The room is very nice. Access was easy with the explanation. Room is clean and bright and I like the design of the wall and the ceiling light. The ceiling fan gives a nice breeze. With the windows closed, most street noises are insulated, but fresh air is also tempting! I got 3 towels in different sizes. The shared bathroom was cleaned frequently and the use of a watercooker, toaster and fridge were convenient (by the way there’s Nespresso on the 1st floor). Also there were some disposables – cups, plates, cutlery. Wifi was available. The location is very central, right in the pedestrian shopping street, a short walk to the main bus station or the old city. I found some very nice & affordable restaurants with very friendly staff. There’s also a large Dino supermarket right behind the street. Great is that holding luggage after leaving the room was possible (I requested, because of my late flight).

At times, it can become a bit crowded with many guests on the same floor. The cleaning lady doesn’t enter the room itself during the stay (that is okay because I was staying for just one week, just garbage can gets full). Also I had the feeling that stuff was left in the fridge from guests who already left.

Central location close to many restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and bus stations (we caught multiple buses around the island and to the airport within 500m of the hotel) Self Check in instructions were clear and easy. Whole building was extremely clean and modern, we enjoyed opening the large windows and people watching with a morning coffee. Communal fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster was a bonus. WIFI was also fast and reliable.

As previously mentioned, a little noisy but this needs to be expected in a city centre! The room fan was a little confusing, worked out you need to turn a switch on by the bed before using the remote. Instructions in the room would have helped.

Everything was wonderful. The bathroom was cleaned daily, and there is an extra toilet in case if someone use the main bathroom. I really loved being there.

Sometimes, I woke up at night because someone was shouting in the street. And the shower was leaking a little.

Friendly and helpful staff just a call away if needed. Great shower and overhead fans. Very comfortable. The location is perfect just 2min from the main bus station giving easy access to the whole island.

No complaints tobe honest although being there two weeks a room with a balcony/view would have been the icing on the cake.

The apartment is very clean. Showers and toilets very clean. It seems that they are cleaning couple of times a day. The room itself is like 5 star hotel. The apartment is in the city center, main street. Host is super friendly and provides info fast. The supermarket is 1 minute by walk.

Two things that I didn’t like. First thing, No kitchen, no normal utensils (only paper cups, plastic forks, spoons and knifes. Which in the evening is gone).Only one toaster and coffee machine. Second thing, super difficult with parking. Especially on weekends. Even payable parking is full. Just park on the highway GC-110 and walk 10 minutes to apartment

Room was clean, beds comfy, a nice view, bathroom with a toilet and a separate room with toilet per floor

Not a huge problem; there is a water dispenser, but on the second day it was empty. I checked on the other floors and they were also empty. It remained empty for the rest of the stay, so make sure to take your own water! Someone took our Canarian cheese out of the fridge 2 times, I hope it was not the owner :)

Great location, surrounded by lots of shops and dining options, also close for bus links. Secure access to the building and very comfortable and stylish room with huge windows allowing beautiful natural light. Lovely little kitchenette to make tea and coffee and clean, well maintained bathroom.

Our room was awesome! Everything felt brand new and super clean, and they really nailed the little details. We had access to a shared bathroom and an extra toilet, both of which were kept really clean every day. Our room was spacious and filled with natural light, featuring a comfy sofa, a convenient desk, and a large double wardrobe. The bed was not only sizable but also incredibly soft and relaxing, making for a perfect night's sleep. What made our stay even better was the small balcony overlooking Triana street. From there, we could watch people strolling by, savor the tunes of street musicians, and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of everyday life. It added a charming touch to our experience. The shared dining area was a cool spot, too. There's a fridge you can use, and they've got a coffee machine with capsules, a toaster, a boiler, and even some tasty cupcakes. Overall, it was a great stay with a nice touch of hospitality.

Despite being on the bustling Triana street, having a balcony might seem like it could get noisy. Surprisingly, the room had excellent windows that almost completely blocked out the street sounds. Around 11-12 at night, the street quieted down, and there were hardly any people around, making the noise virtually nonexistent.
