The hostel is really nice! Highly recommended to stay there with friends. Nice environment, architecture and great staff.

The windows cannot be opened in the room. The room gets very humid and the AC isn’t enough so it can get a bit smelly.

Staff were superb. I remembered Oskar from last time I stayed there. They were very prepared to help immediately with anything I asked.

Well the power went out in our room and the desk manager immediately tried from the in-room circuits to repair, but it seemed like it was the main building electric panel which needed care, so maintenance was called and it was repaired well within the same day. As we left, the toilet door seemed to lock itself from the inside, so we used the outside one. It may happen sometimes based on the design of the lock being moved by gravity.

This was such a modern and "cool" spot. The check-in was super easy and the "key" was a QR code that linked to our Apple wallet. We specifically stayed in the "Superior Double Room with Terrace" which has it's own terrace, shower and bathroom (it was a little unclear if there was a bathroom from the pictures because it wasn't pictured- but can confirm). It was equivalent to many hotel rooms that we have stayed in. The room looked and smelled clean. It felt very private. We are not really hostel people but this room/ floor gave more hotel vibes. Limbo, the bar downstairs was great- being either our first or last stop each night. Staff was friendly. The location was great since we had many great restaurants, bars and clothing stores walking distance. Overall we would 100% stay again AND recommend to friends.

My only gripe is an easy fixed. We wished that the room entrance with the full length mirror had better lighting. Moreso it was a missed opportunity for more "getting ready room" as the mirror space near the sink is small. Otherwise, no complaints!

We had a private room with ensuite - rooms were spacious and the walk in shower was great especially after walking about all day in the heat! Buffet breakfast really good value at €10 Overall the hostel is really good. Plenty of activities going on for those that want to socialise too & the bar / restaurant on site are very buzzy atmosphere too. more like a trendy/modern hotel. Geared towards younger crowd but visitors of all ages welcomed ( even my parents in their 70s! )

No complaints really - just sometimes the lift didn't come when we pushed the buttons so had to use the stairs - but think this was kids messing about? Apart from that all was good.

This place has so much character! There is art all over. I loved that we had access to a fridge and kitchen, which we used every day. They had free and paid activities available as well as paid breakfast, a full bar, and a restaurant on the premises. The location was also very good - close to the metro and nice to walk around. The staff was also super nice and happy to talk in Spanish with us even though our Spanish is not perfect. The room was really cool and had a huge shower and great view (4th floor) as well as a rooftop common area area right on our floor! We were also able to control our own A/C which is always nice. This place was not perfect but I had so much fun here so I’d definitely return.

There were some extremely questionable marks on the mattress, which I was able to see because the bed was only covered with a sheet that was not fitted and too small so it would pull up every time we got into bed, exposing the bare mattress. The automatic light in the toilet room was also kinda annoying. The washing machine downstairs was out of order. We could hear noises from outside our window all throughout the night from the restaurant downstairs and trash removal - not super loud but noticeable. For a hostel it didn’t seem as social as I would have thought but I probably could have tried harder to be social myself so oh well!

Good location. Central and close to metro. Lively and friendly atmosphere. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

We booked the superior room and room was basic for what we paid for. Would be good to have a chair in the room. There were only two cost hangers. The aircon blows directly onto the bed so not great for sensitive sleepers. The layout of the space is a little unusual - toilet, sink and shower in separate areas, ie. Sink is in bedroom, shower is a wet room and water does run under the door into the room every time we used the shower. It was noisy at times and was woken up at 4-5am from people in next room talking and yawning loudly - could do either better soundproofing between walls.

it was a great atmosphere and good room

would have been nice to have more hangers and a full length mirror in the room. also it is easy to accidentally flood the room with the shower if it is angled wrong

Great location, very central to all the sites, and felt very safe. I had a private room, and it was spacious and clean. The shower was huge and lovely!! My only issue was that I could hear everything!!! The walls a very thin, but after a long day of walking it wasn’t too much of an issue. I also felt a little uncomfortable that I couldn’t lock the door from the inside. They have a QR code you scan for access, and I felt like an extra lock would’ve have been nice for added security while I slept! Also the hallway was painted black and was incredibly dimly lit. I have a hard time seeing! But otherwise, great stay! VERY minor things that could be improved. The staff were kind and friendly, the bar was quiet but cheap. I would stay again.

location is superb, also the modern digital style, cool design, and the enviroment-friendly narration. reception service very friendly. there are also activities and shows, nice! we chose a room with a private tarasse, and it was really great.

we took superior room with the tarasse for a special birthday occasion. i understand the hostel concept but for the price of this room, quite high, i would expect some mini refrigerator or ice machine on the room. couldn´t have cold water or coke at night. there was unpleasent incident about the buffe-breakfast. my friend wanted to have one for his birthday, i didn´t want to eat due to some health conditions. but we were demended to pay 2 breakfests or denied the entrance. i understand buffe concept can be misused, but some trust should be expected. we were serious customers paying quite high price for superior room.

The hostel is very nice and full of every service: air conditioning and lockers in the room, toilet separated from the shower both located in the room, rooftop, small kitchen, restaurant and pub. The staff is young, super friendly and helpful. The location is in the cozy neighborhood of Malasana and only 15-20 minute walk from Puerta del Sol. Metro stations of Tribunal is just behind the corner and the area is well served by supermarkets. Definitely recommended!

Nothing to improve, just the expectation that it was more a party hostel, whereas it looked a bit more like a family-oriented hostel, but maybe it was just the period of the year (August)
