Genuine hotel of Madrid, located in an beautiful and stylish building, very nicely decorated, clean rooms with super comfortable beds. The rooms are not big, but for these kind of places they were just right. The hotel is located in most vibrant area of Madrid, so yes it is noisy from the street (though with the wonderful view), but the whole area is like this and this what makes it so special :) We would stay here again!

It’s in a really good location handy for the Puerta del Sol, Metro and loads of bars and cafes and short walks from Latina and El Rastra areas. Although it says Hostal, the rooms were of a decent enough standard.

It was a bit noisy at night but if you’ve chosen a hotel because it’s close to the nightlife, you have to accept that the nightlife is outside your window sometimes. Not sure if it’s every Saturday or just when Spain wins the Nations League final against Croatia but there was a bit of noise during the night. Cherish your towel because they don’t change them. There is no signage saying “Hostal Sol Los Angeles” on the street. It is marked as “Hostal Marlasca” with “Hostal Sol Los Angeles” written on one of the door bells once you get close enough to read it.

Very Clean and centrally located! Staff was kind and worked with us to solve for comfort.

The central air system had been turned to heat and was too warm. Opening the window provided minimum relief and despite the fan provided, we needed to find other accommodations.

A great location, nice view from the window, public transportation in the neighbourhood, everything you need in Madrid!

The street is quite loud at night. The windows are slightly blocking the noise, but not completely. I would still book this place becuase I liked it a lot, but if you are over-sensible to noises, maybe you should double check other reviews.

Loved the location! Close to lots of attractions so easy to walk around. Easy check in and somewhere to leave our cases until the room was ready.

It could be a little noisy outside at night but the windows were double glazed so that helped a lot.

The hotel did not look good from the outside but inside was great the room was very clean the bathroom was very modern and within walking distance to the puerta del sol where all the shops and restaurants are located

The only bad thing was our room faced the street and people were loud until about six in the morning

A lot of noise more during night. The room didn’t have a coffee or te maker. The provide hot water but no provide cups. TV must be updated and channels.

location is great, accommodation has a very good price-quality rate. Outside is crowded, but windows are soundproof. It has a lift, unlike many rooms in the neighborhood. For breakfast, I will definitely promote Majaderitos Cafe (opens at 8am).

Amazing location within walking distance to almost all attractions, comfortable beds, clean rooms which was important to us and friendly staff.

Clothing Iron could be provided in each room.
