Perfect location. On one of the most busy streets. Close to everywhere. Still very quiet in my room. I had an inner courtyard room, not sure about the street rooms. Facilities are good. House keeping staff are super good! I was out for one hour and they got my room cleaned. Amazing. Nice terrace.
The staffs at front desk and breakfast cafe should be more friendly. I barely get greeted when I walked in. They did greet some guests very friendly, just not everyone:-) I asked for a taxi on the day of departure and the front desk staff told me to go cross street to call one. He said that’s the easiest and cheapest way. I guess he was right on that point, but I was alone with two pieces of luggages and it was a very busy street. That was not the kind of service I was expecting from a seemingly high class hotel.

Fantastic hotel, located conveniently at one of the main boulevards, Gran Via, in Madrid. Metro station and some of the major tourist sites are only a few steps away, and so are countless number of cafés, restaurants, and shops. The whole property is really well maintained, and rooms are perfectly clean. Breakfast is varied and tasty, and coffee is very good, too. I also liked the bar on the 9th floor, where I could enjoy a glass of very good Spanish wine in the evening. However, what I liked most was the staff: even the most beautiful hotel in the world is worth nothing without the people working there. The receptionists are really welcoming and helpful, but I was really amazed by one of the ladies in the breakfast room and by the young girl working in the bar in the evenings: they were always smiling and charming, and also remembered everyone's room numbers (if people stayed there for more than couple of nights). I was really amazed! I will definitely choose this hotel again, and I really hope that I will meet all this people again! Without all of them the place won't be the same!

The hotel's maintenance and cleanliness are top-notch. We have stayed in many hotels in Madrid, and this is one of the cleanest. It is old, but all spaces are perfectly maintained. The terraces on the top floor are fantastic, and the service there is excellent. Amparo, the woman who cleaned our room, and Lucía, who runs the bar on the top floor, were kind and very professional: our room was spotless, and on the terraces and lounges of the top floor we enjoyed drinks and a football match on a large TV.
The prices of the rooms, food, and minibar items could be lower, but now Madrid is very expensive everywhere, and hotels charge as much as they can for everything.

Where do I even begin? I absolutely fell in love with this hotel and will definitely be coming back. My husband and I had the best sleep here, the beds are incredibly comfortable. Despite being right on the lively Gran Vía, the noise isolation is excellent. As soon as you close the windows, it's peaceful and quiet. The staff were all very friendly, and the cleaning service was outstanding. It was such a joy to return to a room that was spotless and perfectly arranged every single day. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the action, perfectly positioned between the bustling downtown and the more upscale upper side, both of which we loved exploring.
I just didn't want to leave

Absolutely loved the location, it’s so convenient for getting the Metro and bus, but it’s also easy to just walk around to find good restaurants and shops. We would visit the rooftop terrace at night and it’s always a lovely, peaceful place to hang out with my siblings and dad. The rooms are very clean, super comfortable, and every evening I was excited to get back to the hotel so I could spend time in my room! I really liked that there was actual AC rather than a central ventilation system so I could set it to my preferred temperature. Special mention to Clara who worked the breakfast buffet and the rooftop bar some of the times we were there, she’s so friendly, efficient, and always making sure everything’s clean and tidy!
The hotel reception was kind of unhelpful when we tried to get a taxi back to the airport on our last day. Admittedly there was a city run that meant Gran Via was closed, but I think reception could have helped us book a taxi and advised the driver to pick us up on one of the backstreets that were still open. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Amazing location, on main road but rooms have full electric external blinds to block noise and light. Easy walking to all main attractions and feet from metro station. Room was spacious and well equipped. Room properly cleaned every day. Bed was very comfortable. No tea/coffee facilities in the room but free tea and coffee available in hotel. Breakfast was superb. A wide buffet spread, rapidly replenished when necessary and excellent value at €12. Evening meals are not served at this hotel but many high quality restaurants nearby. Free, fast WiFi worked very well.
Nothing.

Loved this hotel mainly because despite its fab location on the hectic Grand Via it was an elegant haven of peace with two lovely roof top terraces where you could relax with a drink and snack and get away from the hustle and bustle. The decoration is very Spanish with tapestries and elegant furniture. My only criticism is there is no kettle or coffee maker in the room. Tea and coffee is free at the roof terrace bar but I would have liked a kettle in the room to relax from a long day of sightseeing - this said I would still return to this hotel if I visited Madrid again. We had a luxury room which was very large and the bathroom had his and her sinks and a separate toilet area - another big plus for this wonderful hotel

The hotel is situated in an ideal location in Madrid, conveniently situated within walking distance of all the prominent landmarks on a bustling street. The ambiance is reminiscent of Times Square in certain aspects. Despite its modest size and age, the hotel boasts modern rooms. The Wi-Fi connection is exceptionally fast. Breakfast was not included in my room, but the abundance of bars and cafes in the vicinity ensures that it is easily accessible to find a coffee outside the premises in the morning. While my room had a slight unpleasant odor, my parents and I found the overall experience to be quite tranquil and enjoyable. I have nothing but positive feedback to share about this hotel.
This boutique hotel in the heart of Madrid offered a more intimate experience. While the room’s aroma was slightly peculiar, the overall amenities were exceptional. The Wi-Fi was robust, the shower was spacious and inviting, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was truly a remarkable stay.

We had the best experience at Hotel Atlantico. Their exceptional hospitality, elegant and very clean and classy rooms, and safe and secure environment were the best parts. From the moment We reached Hotel Atlantico the staff welcomed us . The best thing was its efficient check-in/check-out process, which left me thoroughly impressed. No doubt, I got a total of 5-star experience . The luxurious street view best accommodations, serene surroundings, and attentive staff make it a perfect place for relaxation with the best location. Thank you again and again.

We loved the central location near to the major shops and metro. Friendly helpful informative staff. We had room316 which was great. Quiet as it does not face the street. Plenty of lights in the room as with only one window in this L shaped room it was a little dark without lighting. The room had every thing. Stocked fridge, safe, robes, slippers.hairdryer x. 2 , ironing board & iron , plenty of hangers including trouser hangers, plenty drawer space, The bathroom was superb shower over bath and bath was low level with double doors. I didn’t see a bath mat but presume I could have asked for one. Bathroom supplies were comprehensive and were replaced as used. Lovely large towels and the bedding was first class and monogrammed which made it look lux. It was quiet .the bar on 9th floor was quiet which we liked . Prices were very reasonable.
