Good breakfast (11 euros), good room, good bathroom.

It is announced that there is a shuttle from airport to the hotel. But we found out that it goes only in the morning (and not very early) and in the evening. So, when we arrived at 15.30, there was no shuttle. It is not fair to announce on the hotel's cite that there is a shuttle to/from the hotel.

Clean & quiet

There is no way to reserve seats in the shuttle in the morning and it was completely full. It stops at 2 terminals and it should be loaded with the people getting off at terminal 2 should be loaded first so that the people getting off at terminal 4 aren't climbing over them.

The hotel is well kept, bed is comfortable. It is located close to the airport, with shuttle service, for my purpose for staying overnight while waiting for the plane in the morning it was perfect.

I was surprised that there was no complementary water in the room, not even one bottle for welcome in the room. It is a hustle to go down, buy, and it is very expensive 2.5 euros a bottle. Also, no slippers in the room. Small things but when you come for one night from the airport you expect these things. Also, I came on weekend day and shuttle works until 22.30 or 22.45... in any case I send a message asking about shuttle (as I did not have a schedule) at 23h asking why there is none and a person responded relatively quickly by sharing the schedule instead of saying there are no more shuttles tonight so I lost a bit of time until I figured....again small things but when you are in a rush, need sleep, every small thing matters and every minute counts ...

It was a great experience, the themed atmosphere ‘Alice in Wonderland’ is fantastic and reflected on every detail, even the key to the room and the signs around. The staff is great- Davide and Jaime, the Reception staff are amazing. The restaurant team, friendly and attentive, especially the girl with long blond hair (didn’t ask the name). The breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of food and pastry. I had dinner at the restaurant, the menu was a small selection, the hamburger was one of the best I ever had. Beds are super comfortable. The hotel is super clean, it smells good everywhere. It was one of the best hotel experience I had at the price I paid. I travel a lot for work and only have this type of experience and service in 5-star or boutique hotels.

So close to the airport. Great shower. Comfortable bed & AC. It’s a brand new area that’s all new construction with more to be developed, so around the motel there’s actually a few food options , wide sidewalks and near Real Madrid training facility. Good breakfast for €12 a person, appeared to have a decent bar.

Shuttle schedule to airport is a little wonky so pay attention to the times, doesn’t run mid-afternoon and stops at 23:30. Basic double room for €150 is tiny and tight for 2 people with luggage. Absolutely no amenities (closet, iron, coffee/tea, table, water, mini-fridge) except shampoo and soap. Front staff we encountered had limited English proficiency, be ready with google translate if you have any questions outside of your room number and what time breakfast starts.

The hotel is close to the airport and has good free shuttle service in both directions. The place is clean and has a nice layout. The showers are large, modern, and with good pressure and hot water. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with in English and Spanish.

The check-in seems to be very slow and it does not make sense to me. There were no complications but it took a good 10 minutes just to enter basic info and pay. I was not able to order at the restaurant, being warned that it 'would be 20 minutes until they could take my order and at least 20 more to get any food because there is only one cook and he has a lot of orders already"... that seems very strange and lame for a hotel with 5 stories and hundreds of rooms.

Great standard hotel with a nice area to hang out in front and on the side as well as a bar and rooftop pool. The snacks at the bar when the restaurant was closed was very good. The kids enjoyed hanging out on the little green Turf area. The rooms were nice with big bathrooms. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

It is pretty hard to get to if you're not going or coming from the airport or have a car. The main strip of restaurants is only a 5-minute walk away but there's not much there. The rooftop pool was nice but windy and extremely cold water to the point that even in the heat it was unbearable for the kids.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our stay as straightforward as possible. Special mention to Jaime who was fantastic. We’d read some other reviews before we arrived which weren’t favourable. Glad to say that we didn’t experience any problems at all and that these reviews were most likely teething problems as it’s a brand new hotel. The outdoor swimming pool on the 6th floor is great for chilling out with the family for a few hours.

would be great to book onto the shuttle service so that you know that you’ll guarantee a space on the bus. If you have a flight to take you don’t want to have to wait an additional 45 minutes for the bus to come back. That said, Uber ride was only 15Euros.

ARRIVAL - We received a warm and professional welcome even at 1am and appreciated the speed and ease of the checkin-in process and the english speaking staff that accommodated our abysmal Spanish skills. THE ROOM was clean, spacious, well decorated, pristine, well-stocked in towels. A large shower, with a regular shower head and rain-type one for added luxury. Easy to use, amazing water pressure. The BREAKFAST - A bountiful buffet of mini pastries, full English breakfast, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, tortilla, cereal, several types of bread and cakes, donuts, fruit. We couldn't sample everything, there was so much. We especially enjoyed the orange juice and the yogurt, of excellent quality like the rest. Hours are 6-11am, too, so there's time for early risers and beauty sleepers alike. CHECKOUT - fast and efficient. They even helped us find our bus stop. Really a lovely experience. THE VIBE - Beautifully decorated with an Alice in Wonderland theme. Wish we could have stayed longer

Located in a new commercial zone, the Ibis Styles Madrid Airport hotel serves leisure and business travelers with a simple, clean and modern accommodation option. The breakfast (US$12) is plentiful and quite good. The restaurant staff work very hard to keep the buffet well stocked, clean and organized. The rooms are simple and modern. There is a shuttle service with limited hours, but the airport is a quick Uber or Bolt ride away. Located some distance from the center of Madrid, it can take an hour, or so, by train (25 min walk) or bus, with a couple of transfers.

The air-conditioning system thermostat in the rooms is locked and the temperature exceeded our comfort level.
