This hostel may not be the epitome of luxury, but its good rates and excellent location make it a viable option for budget travelers. The accommodations are basic, and some areas could use improvement, but the proximity to all the attractions compensates for these shortcomings. - Location is very centric, near to Puerta del Sol, Gran Via, Callao - all walking distance from the hostel. - Reception is also open 24hrs, which is very convenient if you arrive after midnight. - Personally, I find the beds very comfortable due to my lumbar pains. It was really a plus!

Lockers provided were a bit small, but enough for a hand bag - luggage trolleys out! Be prepared to have a coin to insert - to close and open the locker! 😄

The location was very central and close to everything. The breakfast was fresh every morning, the food was good enough and there was plenty of room and food. The rooms were clean and maintained well.

The lift was broken the first day we arrived and our room was on the 7th floor, but that was sorted out by the second day.

Great location, super centric. Ideal if planning on going out, as coming in and out feels good. Has bathroom inside room, a nice plus, and breakfast option. Got up late, but was told it was good.

Bed are a bit close to each other, feels not very private. Common area is a bit plain and small. The people that work there seem a bit tired.

It is located right in the middle of gran via callo meteo station all transport including hop on hop off stops were right next to the road it is heavily crowded area with thousands of torurist and local walking arround the location is little difficult to find but it is fantastic in this price point cause hostal and dormitories are used for sleeping not for luxury holidays.

The 7th floor where you have to take few stares from 6th floor cause elevator acces is upto 6th floor. There was no lock and key cabinate usually very much needed in shared domitory to keep you belongings. Plus they didnt provide towels

I was very surprised because they have really bad reviews, but our experience was positive. The room and bathroom were clean, the beds were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep, the room was fine, not a lot of room for big suitcases but it wasn't bad at all. Honestly, we were pleasantly surprised considering the reviews on Google maps are bad.

Everything was good.

The hostel is in an excellent location wrt city attractions, shops, grocery stores and bars. The hostel was very clean and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the entire hostel was very quiet and peaceful, so ideal for doing work, if need be.

The only concern was the number of long-term guests who seemed to spend almost 24 hours a day in the hostel.

the location is flawless, the room is nice just that I dont like bunk beds and I believe the stairs to the bed are badly located as you have a handle bar at the top of the stairs that makes it difficult to sit in the bed once you are up the stairs

the breakfast was too simple they should add or fruits or some protein to eat with the bread

Really well located to visit the city, friendly staff, comfortable bed and property kind of new.

Maybe the check-in process could be smoother or probably it was just my case in which some guests arrived at the same time

Location was great beautiful area superb shower bit noisy during the small hours of the morning with workmen l was awake anyway. Would go back and good free breakfast.
