Very good hotel in relatively quiet location. Not very central, but still close. Reception staff - nice and efficient. Rooms spacious, with various amenities, well thought-through bathroom. At least in our room it was very quiet. Very well working and almost silent AC system. Internet connection maybe not extremely fast but stable.

Breakfast is reasonable, but not great, as for NH standards. Quite often some products were missing, only one coffee machine working, scrambled eggs overdone and nearly tasteless. You could order some egg dishes, but it tool long time and end result wasn't that great.

Very good location near metro station to use line 1 for Chamartin train station and same line for centro to station Sol. Room had all for basic needs, shower was really nice. Of course of some walls might be to thin but i didint feel it too disturbing since didint notice it. Breakfast was simple, nothing too crazy. I.recommend always when traveling anywhere to go for local coffee shops for authentic ones but this one was nice for me to get cup of coffee and some bread to get the day going since included in price. Staff was very polite and speaks english and spanish

I liked the Location… the room, walking distant to the downtown.

I expected a Reception area with more information for tourists! We were not given any guidance. We were informed that we were not going to find any Restaurant open, not cafeteria, etc 31 and nothing opened the 1st of the year!…. We walked 3 blocks and there were Restaurants opened and in Downtown area every place was opened with lots of tourists…. Also there is some “smell” too strong in the Lobby, some kind of “room airfreshener” that could be toxic to people.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Good amount of space. There’s a mini bar cooler that I was able to fit some of my own drinks inside. The AC works very well. It was quiet for the most part. Wifi was consistent throughout the hotel and even if you stood outside. Next door to a small grocery store and a few minutes walk from places to get food, bars, and I believe a nightclub or two. Felt very safe walking around late at night. Love that after a certain time the doors to the hotel don’t automatically open and that there’s only one entrance for people to go through. The snacks and drinks in the lobby were a nice touch. It was a very good experience and I’ll be back when I’m in Madrid again.

Either there was construction being done or someone with kids, but at 8 or 9 am there was a hammering noise

nicely kept hotel in Chamberi. As in every place in Madrid, there are plenty of bars and restaurants around (La Maquina is very good). The staff is friendly. Breakfast is ok. My room was large and well-appointed with a coffee machine, robes, a safebox,

Location is fine (Chamberi), but a little off the main areas of the neighborhood. The access to the Metro requires some walking

The location was great and the rooms opposite to the street very silent! The room had everything needed for a short stay. The WiFi worked perfectly fine. The trim was nicely decorated and the shower was great!

I could feel some noise from neighboring rooms. Not too bad but for those more sensitive may be a bit uncomfortable.

The booking was a disaster. Two days before we left I realised that a room with 2 single beds had been booked twice by Booking. This was by looking at my bank account. Two rooms had been booked at exactly the same time and on the same day. I tried to email Booking but there was no reply. The web site was down and I couldn't find a telephone number to contact Booking. The web site was down. There was an automated reply telling me to contact the hotel. I telephoned them to explain the mistake but stated that I needed to contact Booking to ask for a refund as I only booked one room.

Clean, well equipped, modern and very good value hotel in the heart of Chamberi district. Enough towels, nice bathrobe and slippers. A nice TV and an espresso machine in room.

There's a very loud bar right opposite of the hotel that stays open till 2:30am. I had a 4th floor room but could still eadily hear the noise. Fortunately went out myself till so late that wasn't a problem on Saturday. I will ask for a room facing the courtyard instead of the street next time.

Great Location ,very clean and quiet with a courtyard facing room. The staff were lovely in particular Tania very helpful and kind.

The breakfast was very poor , sweet baked goods that looked unappealing and cold cuts. We wish we had no paid for breakfast to be included as a waste of money especially with lots of great cafes etc nearby. We will know next time !

The rooms are really spacious, direct sun light and a perfect black out so we could sleep perfectly. Room service is excellent, good and plenty of food. The breakfast was too simple for what they charge for it. However, they do have options for celiacs which made my days easier.

The door frames were chipped all around the room, bath's included.
