This is one of the best hostels in Madrid that I have stayed in. The bed is soft and spacious, there is a kitchen and a co-working area, and they provide a large towel. The luggage locker is spacious enough to fit my suitcase. The keys are magnetic. I was able to change my bed from the top to the bottom for a fee of 5 euros. The staff is friendly

There are few inexpensive shops and cafes nearby, and it's a bit far from the metro station. There were difficulties with the check-in process, as I couldn't handle the automated registration system

As a traveler, I have wandered far and wide, resting my head in countless places, yet few have truly captured my heart like Petit Hostel La Latina. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt an air of warmth and order—a space meticulously maintained, clean, and beautifully arranged, where comfort meets purpose. Whether seeking rest, adventure, or even a quiet corner to work, this hostel provides a haven for all. But what turned my stay from ordinary to unforgettable was a soul as radiant as the Madrid sunrise—Araceli. Attentive to every detail, effortlessly kind, and tirelessly dedicated, she infused my experience with an extraordinary charm. Her warmth made the hostel feel less like a stop along the way and more like a home away from home. Because of her, I left with a heart full of gratitude and an undeniable urge to stay longer. Beyond the walls of this special place, the Metro station is just steps away, making it easy to explore the wonders of Madrid. And yet, the city's vibrant center is close enough to stroll, inviting you to lose yourself in its charm. I will return to Madrid, and when I do, I know exactly where home will be Petit Hostel La Latina. If you seek not just a place to stay, but a place to belong, look no further. Highly recommended, wholeheartedly cherished. 💫

Comfort: The rooms and facilities were cozy and well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing stay. Self Check-In Machine: The self-check-in system was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free, perfect for late arrivals or those who prefer a quick process. Accessible Luggage Boxes: The luggage storage boxes were conveniently accessed with the hostel card, providing added security and ease of use.

Automatic Bathroom Lights: The motion-activated lights in the bathroom turned off too quickly, which was inconvenient during use. Water Automation: While the automatic water system in the bathroom seemed modern, it wasn’t always efficient and may not be the most ecological solution due to potential water waste.

The location was great in a nice quiet area. Check-in process very easy and staff very helpful. The rooms and bunks give you a lot of privacy with your own curtain, shelf, plugs etc. Love the lockers that work with the keycard. The hostel was quiet and I had a really good sleep! The toilet and shower room attached are amazing. Super clean, give you lots of privacy, and are outside of the actual dorm so you don’t have to worry about bothering other guests. I would definitely stay here again

I didn’t end up needing this but I believe they don’t have luggage storage (although staff were very helpful and may assist you with this). A guaranteed luggage storage option would be a huge bonus to this hostel. Light sensors could work better (would sometimes turn off leaving you in darkness)

Welcoming staff, cleaning every day, guests with a good vibe and open to talk, one of the most comfortable beds I've had in hostels, very good curtains that make the room dark in the morning, air conditioning with individual control, good accessories and spaces around the bed. They give towels and an automatic locker, very good.

Little to no communal space, no lounges, kitchen at the reception, the room is very tight, with little space in the corridor barely passing one person comfortably. All the taps are with a push system that for the sower is very boring, the shower itself also had week water release.

The beds are very comfortable and have everything you need: an outlet, a little trash tray, a light, a curtain and a shelf to put your stuff on. The rooms, showers and toilet were very clean and I appreciated the free shower gel! It's a great hostel if you're looking to just spend the night somewhere clean and comfortable. The self-check-in went smoothly and I did not encounter any problems with that. Staff is friendly and will help you out with questions

The light switches off automatically which can be handy however, when you're just chilling in the room it's not very nice to have the light switched off and be in the dark. Also, I can see how it can be annoying when the staff is gone for half of the day. My bunkmate lost his card and could not get into the room or access his locker and needed to wait for a few hours. The vibe in the hostel is weird and there is no atmosphere. It was also weird to have to wash the dishes in the toilet sink. Again, just for sleeping it is a perfect hostel, but don't spend your money here if you're looking for friends or people to hang out with.

I loved the stay in Petit Hostel . The place is modern , secured , and the cleaning ladies are doing such a great work . The place is very comfortable. About the location : I liked the location very much , it's a little bit out of the crowded tourists center , which in return given you a relaxed nogheberhood and better qualities . Via Grande is only 4 stops away taking the metro .

It’s very well located and the property is pretty clean and comfortable. Good internet speed. Easy check in. Automatized place which is great.

Well, I saw some racist attitude from some guests so maybe a sign with some rules about will help to stop this. Also a face mask should be required to people that are sick since we all are in the same room and it stressed me out, as well to some other guests. No one wants to get sick in a leisure trip.

I liked almost everything. This hostel is nice and comfortable. There is another one only few minutes by public transport(the same company) which is nice too, they have activities every day. Probably one of the best hostel that I stayed in life. The system all electronic(even check in) which is also amazing! For me the most important thing was Paula, she is amazing girl! Helped me with all the stuff that I needed. She was amazing!

This hostel has no much common areas in this hostel but there is another from the same company which you can go with all the activities there. Ask the receptionist, they are friendly and helpful.
