The breakfast is great. Loads of options, but sometimes you can see some line for the pancake or/and fried eggs or omelette. The time for lunch is too short on my view (1-2:30pm), but you still have snack options until 6pm near the pool. On the all inclusive option, the beer is great, but the drinks quality are horrible. Wines are decent option as well. For the time of the year (October), the pool was a little too cold for my taste, but very clean.

The location is not so far from the center. 15 min to center and 20 min to airport with a car. The room cleaness and the comfortable is excellent. Everyday they clean the room peefectly. The receptioist is so so helpful.

The bar and snack bar is not good. They are so slow. You are waiting nearly 20 min in a row in pool bar. İnside bar is so hard rule i want a coctail mojito with lime and fresh lemon also they have it. But they said to me we will make only mojito with our cold mix they dont have a chance to buy. With extra charge i didnt take lime and fresh mint :))

Room was nice, clean & comfortable! Loved that I had a balcony overlooking the beautiful pool! The live nightly shows were entertaining! Staff was helping & pleasant. Pool bar was nice! Location was 15 mins from airport, taxis were reasonably priced. I enjoyed the poolside bar, drinks were priced good & they tasted good!

As a solo traveler, I had one twin sized bed which I had no issues with. The issues was how extremely small the shower was, didn’t have any room to even turn around! Buffet was decent. I think it was a bit pricey, only because most of the food I didn’t find appetizing. I noticed people getting up at 7-8am just to hold pool chairs when the pool doesn’t even open until 1000. Makes it difficult to be able to relax by the pool once it is open.

Lovely hotel and such an amazing Summer destination. The pool is amazing, the space is lovely, there is a store downstairs. Good entertainment. Amazing view to the pool beautiful during day and at night.

The fridge was not cold enough We had 2 beds next to each other instead of a king size bed. Check in at night was very slow. Very crowded.

Lovely new hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and nice pool area. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it if you are not looking to move around much.

Only downside was the location which is a bit distant from the town and if you have kids with strollers walking up and and down the hill isn’t pleasant although you can catch a bus

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the hotel staff were always very welcoming and helpful, always with a smile. Our room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the pool. We came with a baby, and a cozy crib had been thoughtfully prepared for him. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff were efficient and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop that serves many destinations, including Palma station, which allowed us to be independent with our travel. Many beautiful beaches are accessible by bus or on foot. The entertainment was great — every evening there was a show for children, followed by one for adults, and daytime activities as well (such as aqua gym classes, sangria tasting…). Our son Lucas absolutely loved the mini club. The facilities — mini club area, playground, kids’ pool, baby chairs and cribs — make this hotel an ideal place for a truly relaxing holiday for young parents. As for the dining: breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all flawless. The service was discreet and friendly, with drinks served at the table. The food was delicious, with a wide variety and very diverse menus (special mention to the Mexican-themed dinner). We truly enjoyed every meal — thank you to the chef and the serving staff! The snack bar was very complete throughout the day, offering sandwiches, snacks, salads, and even hot dishes until 6 PM, right by the pool. The gym was fully equipped, air-conditioned, and very clean. The pool was beautiful and well-maintained, and the gardens were immaculate… In short, a well-deserved 10/10 — we will definitely recommend the hotel to all our friends and family!

The hotel was nice, clean and well-organised. There is a bit of territory, including a pool and a place to rest under trees. Breakfast was good; they also had a launch buffet for 20 euros and the sweets table there was really good and tasty. It is 15 minutes to the beach (google says 20, but there is a short way). However, the return to the hotel from the beach is upstairs, so please consider it. The bed was very comfortable.

The only minus was people shutting doors in the morning in the corridor, I heard it quite well.

The BQ Belvedere Hotel completely exceeded expectations! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make the stay special. The pool area was amazing with plenty of loungers, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the entertainment kept the evenings full of energy and fun. The food and drinks were excellent with so much variety, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had lovely views. Everything about the hotel made the holiday unforgettable.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike – everything was fantastic from start to finish!

I had a great time here!! I am coming back soon because I enjoyed my trip so much. The hotel has been renovated fairly recently and feels clean and modern. It has great food, great table service and a great pool. It even has a gym (didn't use) and a free shuttle bus to Palma Nova. It was great value for all inclusive and they have solo rooms, which means that you aren't paying a single person supplement. It made the trip pretty reasonably priced.

The only downsides were the pool is only open 10-6. It would be better if this was extended and hour either side. I had to pay for the safe and you have to pay for pool towels (I skipped this). Also the shower in the solo room is ridiculously small haha, but that's just a minor inconvenience. I loved my holiday. I'm visiting again in late season and will stay here again. Also, I saw the cleaner fill a bucket up with swimming pool water. Weird and a bit grim.

Good variety to pick from at breakfast and dinner. I really enjoyed the local and seasonal specialities. There were always options for kids (some comfort food). Really liked the salads and fresh fruit too. Half board does not include drinks, but evereything is reasonalbly priced. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is really nice and is fairly big, so you can enjoy swimming. The main one is about 1.8 meters deep, but there is another shallow one. Lifeguard was on site all the time. Rooms were always clean. We got a huge balcony, with really nice view to the pool. There is a nice little shop in the hotel, with a cleverly selected inventory. Restaurants, food shops are in walkable distance. We did not try but it is nice that activities can be booked in the hotel. Palma central is about 30 minutes by public transport. There is on-site massage (you pay separately), which we tried and I can recommend. There is a really nice bus service to Cala Nova and Marineland, which is included in your room price. Cala Major beach is a short walk away. There is an ATM by the hotel (I have not used it though).

Nothing. But good to know before you arrive: - coffee is not the best and there is no kettle in the room, but you can buy one in the shop of the hotel - to use the safety deposit box in your room, there is a small daily booking fee that you pay on top of your room price. The safe is digital (quite standard, what you would expect in any hotel), but it is activated by a key, which you get at reception. You'll need a small cash deposit for the key.
