My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcome, proud, helpful and friendly. The sun deck, plunge pool and view were all amazing. The breakfast was delicious and full of great options.

The pool was tiny, only really enough for a plunge, not a swim. Even though I was given an unexpected upgrade, my room was still quite small and my view was of a construction site! My shower leaked under the shower door all over the bathroom floor each time I used it. My aircon was confusing and made out to would not work with the window open, even when the window was closed. The hotel felt a little too posh and stiff and slightly corporate for my liking.

We’ve spent such a wonderful time in this hotel. I need to say that people who work there create great, respectful atmosphere. „Gracias” to the whole crew - the reception, the waiters, the managers, the cooks, the cleaning ladies and everyone who contributes to create this place. We got upgraded so our room was even better than we expected. Hotel is so clean and smells luxuriously (awesome cosmetics!), breakfasts were fresh and nicely served, with local products to try. The terrace is beautiful, the view is spectacular. The spa area is probably a bit crowded when there are more guests in the hotel but it was completely fine when we were there few days ago. Once again - a huuuge „thank you” to all of you guys there!

There is a problem with the operation or system of the air conditioner in the room. It does not work very well, sometimes the room is cold. They tried to help but there was no change. I told them that I would make a reservation for a massage before I arrived at the hotel and they said they would help me, but when we arrived at the hotel, we learned that all 3 days were fully booked, unfortunately.

Very well situated close to the water and on the edge of the old town. Very friendly professional staff.

The bathroom was not seperated from the relatively small room. Toilet had a no noise insolated fizzy glass door. Room door with little sound isolation.

Reception Staff vojld Have been a little more on the ball and slight lack of attention to detail. Even roof top bar staff walking around on phones not collecting dirty glasses or plates or attending to sun beds. If a person has left the Subbed staff should be right there to wipe Down bed from previous Person clean side tables and remove All drinks plates to. Instead of being in their phones or Checking out people on the sunbeds walking arojnd doing nothing - there is always something to do and make perfect

This hotel has hospitality down to a science. Beautiful touches along the way from evening treats, to handwritten notes welcoming you, fresh cool towels for working out, and beach hats and a tote if you choose to visit a local beach. The staff was incredibly helpful with any of your needs and they always went out of their way to make sure you had everything you need. The hotel itself is beautiful and the location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants.

We were offered a welcome drink at reception Our room was not ready We decided to go to roof and have lunch whilst we waited so reception rang roof top to transfer our welcome drink up there and then it just didn’t happen so communication did not work

The hotel is placed at the edge of the city wall and offers a stunning view over the ocean. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises from our bed. The Cathedral and Palmas city centre are all in walking distance. No need for a car if you're staying in the city. If you do travel by car, the staff is happy to help with valet parking (the streets in the older city parts are super tight and so is the parking. Leave it to the locals.) Our room was beautiful, the bed very very comfortable, the AC nice and quiet and the breakfast (buffet & à la carte) absolutely delicious. The staff is super friendly and we even got to enjoy the spa. We really recommend this hotel. Great place!

Due to its close proximity to the main road along the coast the noise of very loud bikes was sometimes audible in the room, especially during the day. But it all calms down at night.

Our stay in Es Princep was lovely beyond expectations. The personnel was hospitable and kind in an authentic way and we felt really pampered, a wonderful 5 star boutique hotel experience! They were attentive to our needs without being overwhelming, have accomodated all our requests, we felt truly welcomed there and spoiled. The location is central within walking distance from the centre, the room was impecable (amazingly comfortable pillows and mattress), breakfast was amazing (totally recommend it) and the toiletries were of high quality. I would love to go back as soon as possible, it was the best stay in a hotel for me so far. Congratulations to the manager and to all the staff working there for delivering such a high quality hospitality service!

I had a truly wonderful experience at Es Princep. It was my first time in Palma and I was looking for a place that would be in Old Town so I would wander the city, but still be close to the water to give the island getaway feel and this was perfect. It's in a quieter residential area of Old Town, about a 10 minute walk from the Cathedral and busier areas so if you're looking to be right in the center of everything then maybe this isn't the place for you, but it fit what I was looking for perfectly. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. I paid up for the sea view and it did not disappoint. If you choose not to then you can still get the amazing views from their great rooftop. The staff in particular were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I didn't tell them the trip was for my birthday but they figured it out and gave me a little gift, which was a nice touch. I usually don't bother writing reviews but I had such a great experience here that I felt compelled to.
