The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom includes single-use personal care items (such as a toothbrush, comb, etc.). The rooms have mosquito screens and balconies. There is a vending machine in the lobby where you can buy coffee or snacks. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

On the map, the Francesc Vidal i Sureda 6 stop also appeared to be nearby, but we had to climb a steep uphill in the sun to reach the Hotel. To reach the hotel by bus, you should use the "Valparaíso" stop. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff recommended this stop and she was right. This stop is very close. It took us about 1,5 hours to get to Playa de Palma by bus. It might not be a problem for those who have a car. If you're getting there by bus, I'd suggest choosing a more central location for easier access.

An excellent breakfast with good variety. Staff always friendly and helpful Large room with spacious en-suite shower room. Lovely balcony overlooking the garden. Very useful fridge in the room. Coffee machine but no kettle. We asked at reception and were quickly provided with one A quiet location but a reasonable distance from Palma centre, however this was not a concern for us. Took approx 35 minutes to walk along the front however frequent buses if preferred option

The hotel restaurant and bar are currently closed. It would have been a bonus if the bar/cafe had been available although not a huge issue as places locally to the hotel.

Worth 100% and a place I'll definitely come back again and again. Great stay!

There's an extremely limited parking spots so you'll spend even an hour around to find a place or maybe more and have to walk up for about 15 to 20 minutes up to the hotel. There's NO PARKING SPACE AROUND AVAILABLE, BE AWARE OF THAT!!! You can park on the walking pavement on your own risk to get a huge fine-ticket penalty, or even get your car remove by authorities, so up to you! The closest private parking 🅿️ would be almost down on beach side-level and from there you can walk your way up the hill to the hotel for about 35-40 mins! So my best recommendation is, use a taxi or Uber to get there, DO NOT GO ON YOUR OWN CAR OR RENT-A-CAR, will be a huge nightmare, once again because of no space were to park. The hotel only have about 5 places of parking spots and that's it!

The location was really good. Close to city center few minutes drive with moto. Breakfast was above my expectations, good variety of food and really kind and professional personnel. Clean Rooms Swiming pool was OK. People working there were really professional and kind. Everyone from cleaning lady, reception, people at breakfast, janitors...

Room was ok, but we had some problems. The air condition was not really cooling the from, not working OK. In bathroom sink was not properly glued and was wobbly. Beds (at least for me were not the best). The rooms were clean. Fitness doesn't open before 9 am. There is no bar at the hotel or anything to entertain guests, which is a shame as they have a nice garden.

Location is perfect for what we wanted; 20 min bus into the city of Palma, but walking distance to a modern shopping centre, small supermarket and restaurants/fast food chains and not to mention a 20 min walk away from the castle with stunning views. The hotel is on a slight hill so there are a few sets of steps but this didn’t bother us in the slightest. Plus the number 47 bus into Palma is on the doorstep and the buses are frequent so the steps can be avoided if not planning on walking anywhere. The hotel itself was clean with spacious rooms, plenty of plug sockets, a mini fridge, AC, full length mirror, big wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and a safe. The pool area is fairly small but was lovely and gets the sun for the whole day and not busy at all, although this may be because our visit was not in the peak of summer.

Aside from the mini fridge, there are no other kitchen facilities within the hotel room. It would’ve been perfect if there was a kettle and coffee/tea making supplies for a morning coffee on the balcony! But aside from that, there is nothing I didn’t like, I would highly recommend and definitely visit again.

The staff is super friendly and always helped us to book taxis into the city (you can ask them to order one in the lobby). They have a pool that you can sit by all day, they give you necessities like toothbrushes/spoons/ forks and towels for the pool, to our surprise an AC was in our room (we didn’t expect it or overread that in the description, so our joy as soon as we saw it was even bigger), our breakfast (a buffet with a lot of variety between ham and eggs, fruits and a lot more! you definitely will find something you like here) and they also have automats with snacks and drinks in the lobby for the little cravings we all get sometimes which you can pay with your card.

For me its not that big of a deal. On the last 3 days we put up the sign to clean the room. We wanted to have fresh sheets because we were at the beach almost every day. They somehow didnt see the sign even though we put it up every morning for the last 3 days we stayed here as we left our room. So everytime we came back to our room the beds were made, but we had the same sheets we were sleeping in the last couple of days. This was just a bit confusing because we put up the sign and they didnt change the sheets. To be fair you can avoid the sand in your bed by just washing off your feet or whatever before you go back to bed.

The hotel had a swimming pool comfy beds n marble floors the breakfast was continental too thin slices of meat which was different to what we used to . The room had great view of the bay n ships to open to every morning. But overall had a great experience friendly staff in restaurants, the food was amazing. Plus it made us so special as was our honeymoon I will never forget. We even saw the dolphin show at the marina.

Our room had a leaky Aircon n had to move rooms after two nights disturbed sleep as that weather was so hot was the only time to catch shuteye we had to get taxi everywhere as no where was near to where we stopped. I'm afraid to say if we went there again would have to be nearer to Palma nova or the cathedral. Or a beach too .

I booked at Hesperia after a surgical procedure. Not being a resident I needed somewhere I could recover and feel comfortable while doing so. The staff at Hesperia were so accommodating and helpful during this period and I am glad to have booked here. Thank you for your service.

The property was in the middle of renovations so there was a bit of change happening while I was there. This did cause a bit of noise however this I see as a good thing as they are in a developmental stage to make the facilities more comfortable and modern.

Very nice pool area, quiet great for relaxing. The rooms felt spacious. Location is in a quiet area, the walk to town isn't far and there's a bus stop and taxi rank just outside. We got a really good deal on the room (booked 5 months in advance)... I would not want to have paid more than we did, though (~€150 per night in Sept).

The hotel shows some signs of wear. Our bathroom sink didn't drain well, mattress somewhat spring-y and the pool chairs quite old. Our biggest issue was that we were woken up at 7:30 every weekday morning by the cleaning staff, because our room was next to a storage closet. Not ideal but can be avoided.

The hotel was lovely, rooms were nice and spacious including a big bathroom. The hotel staff were really nice and helpful. The breakfast service small and cost but still was good, a decent selection considering the size. They even had gluten free bread upon request!

The hotel only offered breakfast as their cafeteria for lunch and dinner was closed for some reason, not necessarily a problem but would have been nice to have the option to be able to get food in the hotel. The location of the hotel was not exactly convenient, even though there are good bus routes from palma, you need to walk up a big hill or long set of stairs to reach the hotel. It was not impossible by any means, but more difficult when initially arriving with suitcases on the first day, and also would be difficult to access for someone with mobility issues. Finally the only problem that I had with the room was that I did find some ants in the room and a couple of silverfish throughout the stay.
