The location was very good, just a short walk to old town. There were plenty of stores around to get any essentials and restaurants were a short walk. Breakfast was very good every morning. The rooms were nice and big and very clean. They also have a garage to park your rental car for 18€ a night because there is no parking around the hotel.

The staff at the front desk were very nice and friendly but the housekeeping and staff in the breakfast area could be more friendly. The hotel could offer a coffee machine inside the hotel room like a lot of other hotels do especially if you’re not paying for the daily breakfast. The pillows were terrible.

Staff were efficient and helpful at check in. We arrived early, but we were able to go to the room. We were given a map showing the best dining areas etc, It’s only 4 years old, so it’s quite modern. The room was larger than expected, lovely big comfortable bed. Bathroom was spacious with brilliant shower. Everything was kept spotlessly clean. The rooftop terrace had plenty of loungers,and comfortable chairs plus clean pool. All attractions are within walking distance, so the hotel is perfectly situated.

Nothing to dislike

Super clean and modern. The touch panels in the bedroom for lights and blinds was great, lots of sockets around the room and a nice full length mirror! The shower being visible from the bedroom was also pretty cool (it still offers privacy just in case you’re travelling with a friend). The wardrobe was great, includes a safe and plenty of hanging space and space to store suitcases. The room overall was just what we needed, beds were comfortable, great location for the centre, walking distance to everything.

The rooftop could do with more sun loungers, that’s me being really picky. Everything was great.

This is the third time we have stayed at the hotel and we like it very much. The staff are very helpful and friendly - Patricia on reception was particularly welcoming. The location is great, very close to the centre.

The only hiccup came at the end of our stay. We had paid for breakfast each day but had to leave early for the airport on the last day - 15 minutes before breakfast was officially served. A little discretionary flexibility re rules about access to a few simple breakfast items would have been appreciated. Apparently a simple breakfast could have been arranged but we were not (made) aware of this. The staff were not to blame but as I say a little discretionary flexibility would have been helpful. In the end we were given 4 croissants and access to the coffee machine - better than nothing but certainly not worth the €56 we’d paid in advance for breakfast each morning.

The hotel is perfectly located and only 15 minutes from the airport. We hired a car and staff were so helpful assisting in advance of arrival (on the day) to secure a car parking spot, in a secure underground car park. Not only this, I was in contact all over summer trying to organise plans to help in our engagement whilst staying in Palma. The staff on reception were exceptional at communicating throughout and were so nice on arrival, organising flowers for the room and after the engagement, congratulating us on our return. Could not have asked for a better experience at a clean, perfectly located hotel with staff that the company should be proud of. Thank you all again!

Location of the hotel is perfect for walking into the city and catching local transport. All of the staff were lovely and the hotel clean at all times. The room had everything we needed including a hairdryer and a fridge (that was very quiet!) We had no issues with the window wall combo that separated the shower room with the bedroom (it has very well placed decor that keeps it private) and the toilet also has it's own room within the shower room. The beds were so comfortable. Myself and my 19 year old daughter slept very well the whole holiday. The breakfast choices were plenty and regularly topped up. We also ate at the hotel a couple of times in the afternoon. They have a snack menu and also a set menu, 3 courses for a bargain €17 each that includes a drink too! I will definitely not hesitate to stay at a Protur hotel in the future.

Good location, close to nice restaurants and cafes. Very kind staff, helpful and friendly. Good gym, small spa and rooftop pool. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room and comfort of the beds, also the wardrobe had plenty of space which is always a tricky thing in other hotels. The welcome drink was a nice touch.

Maybe I should have paid more attention to the view of the room, but we were surprised that the inner side of the building looks into a not so nice inner courtyard without any tree or view. The elevator was a bit hectic and the steam room in the spa did not smell good. For us, the breakfast was disappointing in quality.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were amazing and friendly. Got to know them all a little bit and often the staff would see me come in for breakfast and bring my espresso straight over without me even asking. Rooftop pool was next level and always sun loungers available despite being busy. Rooftop bar was a nice place to have a drink after a swim. Small lunch menu was good value for money and tasty. Room its self was amazing, very spacious and had everything we needed. Maids cleaned the room daily. Air conditioning made the whole place comfortable. Front desk went above and beyond for recommendations and anything we needed. Also gave us a free bottle of Cava on arrival as an anniversary gift. Couldn’t fault a thing.

The hotel is situated in a safe location (literally beside the police station) and walkable distance to all areas. There are supermarkets on the left end of the street, very handy for getting water or toiletries if needed. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They speak good English and no problem in communication. Room was very clean and spacious. Two types of pillows are available. Shower unit is great with good water pressure and temperature. However if you are not a couple you may find a little tricky on privacy. The Spa has a great pool and steam room plus sauna. The roof top also has a dipping pool but the weather prevented us from using the roof top facilities during our stay which was unfortunate. It will be great in the summer months. Breakfast was decent with different choices of hot food and plenty of cold cuts and continental breakfast selection. It can get a little busy during peak hours but we never had too much toue finding a table. All in all a very enjoyable stay. Would recommend to family and friends.

Staff couldn't help you enough and were so friendly! The location is amazing, perfect distance to walk to the centre of Palma in 10 mins. Facilities were great and everywhere was spotless. The breakfast had lots of choice and catered for all tastes. Would definitely stay here again.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable, but if you like a hard mattress then they'll be fine. Also, I am a light sleeper and could hear next doors/underneath so I don't think the soundproofing is too great. I am fussy about noise when I sleep though so this will only be a problem if you're the same.
