Great Location and Good welcoming staff... Rooms were comfortable, clean and very enjoyable.

The staff became less helpful once they realized we booked through Booking.com, some staff were very helpful but others less helpful... They recommended their own Beachclub, which was a good place to go, but they only provided the transportation to the club and not back, while it costed us 500 EUR for a day.

Great location, accommodating staff who were very welcoming and helpful, making sure the bathroom in the room for our 86year old mum was accessible . The is a breakfast was delicious , the new restaurant was also wonderful, as were the cocktails. The rooms were spacious and very clean with the welcome addition of plenty of clothes hangers! We had a wonderfully memorable stay.

A very small thing, but we found the pillows too soft but we all still managed to have great sleeps.

The location was superb, the hotel was like an oasis, tucked away in the old town right in the centre of Palma close to the cathedral, bars, restaurants and shopping., and yet it was a quiet, calm and relaxing environment. Very restful and also right in the middle of everything you might want from Palma. The staff were amazing, accommodating and helpful, particularly Joan and Anna whose advice was really useful.

Coffee and tea making facilities in room would have been nice to have.

Wonderful design of the hotel, central location and excellent breakfast make our stay exceptional, not to mention about the staff at the reception and in breakfast restaurant. Roof top is an additional gem.

The room was really small, almost no place for the luggage. Bed was one of the softest we have ever experienced, not comfortable for your spine, but of course it is the question of preferences (we prefer hard / normal beds).

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond as I was there celebrating my birthday. The rooms are lovely and spacious (amazing bathroom!) and incredibly Comfortable. We had breakfast while we were which was lovely - lots of variety! The rooftop was really nice too - we didn’t use it much due to the weather but would be lovely in the warmer months.

The whole experience was just fabulous - the staff on our arrival were so friendly, they offered us a glass of champagne and checked us in really quickly. All of the staff were so friendly throughout our stay, the hotel is absolutely beautiful. We had no complaints at all, the bed were so comfortable too - literally nothing but positive feedback.

Lovely breakfast. Very friendly staff. Clean and nicely decorated rooms. We had a problem with ekectricity in our first room, and the staff quickly checked it, and gave us a new room upgrade, with a bottle of cava. Very nice gesture.

Nothing not to like. But could he smart to put a ventilator in barhroom/shower, opened window in shower to try to reduce all the steam in the room after.

We got a free upgrade to the Puro Grand Hotel just around the corner, and after an issue with some noise outside the room, we even got a second upgrade to a very spacious room. The rooms are very stylish and the roof top terrace yet has to be topped by any other place. Also, the service from reception - especially from of Anna - was super friendly and helpful. Thank you again for making this stay so special!

Due to a wedding lunch that took longer than planned, we were not able to get our table for dinner in the wonderful restaurant inside Pure Grand Hotel. But as a compensation, the chef de service setup a nice table including heating in the beautiful patio, which made this dinner very exclusive to us :-)

I booked two rooms, one luxury double for us and a junior suite as a surprise to my friend who was celebrating his 60th birthday. The rooms were very comfortable but the junior suite did not have a sofa as the room description and photo. It wasn’t a problem to them.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. Everything - restaurants, bars, tourist attractions, beach, etc. - was within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Rooms were great and there was a good selection of food at breakfast. Had a great time in the hotel bar on the Saturday evening. It turned in to a nightclub with a brilliant DJ. Tip - if you don't want to be disturbed by this, ask for a room on the upper floors when booking.
