The location is excellent. You are within walking distance to all the important parts of the town, to the bus station, and the various restaurants. The staff is fantastic and very helpful. They booked me a cab to the airport, as I had a very early flight. They gave me coins for the bus. I could go on and on. Awesome people. The room has character. Nice wooden floor, wooden shelves, etc. It has a historic air.

The bed was hard. I had a hard time sleeping because of this.

The property had character and was central, very comfortable, quiet and we enjoyed having a balcony view overlooking the area. The staff were all extremely helpful and polite. Natalia was exceptional in her support.

The only constructive feedback would be, that the buffet breakfast could be a little more varied. Unfortunately the coffee machine was struggling to work!

Location, very nice room and good value for money

Noisy. The city is quite alive during the night which is to be expected. There was a lack of acoustic insulation due to poor fitting of the windows and skylights. The equipment was good but the install was bad. very easy to fix with the right technician. Please note that the hotel supplied ear plugs with the toiletries :)

Really great location, very close to the cathedral and restaurants and bars. There’s also a bus to airport nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is cleaned well every day during our stay. My child really loved it!

Maybe it was Friday night parties around the old town. It was a bit noisy then. Sunday night was much quieter.

The location is very central for the old town and within a short waking distance of everything! There are many bars, restaurants and shops close by. All the bars I went in were excellent but I had my daughter as a guide!

For some people the noise might be a problem. It can get lively outside at night and I would recommend ear plugs.

room was at the top level and required taking stairs after an elevator there was no AC which can be an issue in warmer months lots of late night noise (music and partying) from an undetermined location nearby

Location and staff are perfect. Very good value for what you get. Clean and tidy rooms.

The rooms are a little dated and could use a spruce up. Stained tiles and old fixtures in the bathrooms. I’ve stayed here several times over the last two years and experienced this all three times.

Very central location , good breakfast very good variety. Airport bus left from a stop very close to hotel Receptionist gave us many useful tips about places to visit

Very nice breakfast compared to other hotels in Spain. Varied and good price. Helpful staff, big room, clean, nice shower!

Not the hotel's fault but the screaming party-people in the street woke us up.

In the older part of the city. Walking distance to everything. Parking close by in parking building and bus stops close by. Lady in reception was Soo lovely and helpful. The breakfast was adequate and well supplied. Would recommend.

A little noisy and the bed a bit hard and uncomfortable.
