The staff at reception were very helpful, although I could not get the original twin bed that I requested. ( changed my booking dates ) There should be more twin bed rooms as even couples sometimes dont want to sleep in the same bed ! ha ha .

I also just could not understand why I did not have coffee available in my room. That according to the cleaning lady, I had to choose between coffee or tea and she did not replace these items daily. While non essentials like tissue pack, shower caps were replaced daily. I told reception about the coffee problem and they noted it down on the first day. It was never done by the cleaning lady. She cleaned the room very well though and accommodated my request for an extra blanket.

I didn’t like the fact that they only gifted us with 2 bottles of water on our first day. They should offer bottles daily.. I mean the price they pay versus the price they charge.. that is not nice of them

Lovely modern hotel in a great location for shopping. About 15 minutes walk from the old town in el Carmen area. The terrace area was very relaxing. Like a tranquil haven in the middle of a very busy city. The waiters provided great, friendly service and there was live music with a saxophone player when we were there. Bedrooms very modern and comfortable. Handy with parking right next door. 22€ per day.

Rooms could do with a bit of TLC…wallpaper tatty in places. Staff were ok at reception but could definitely have been more welcoming. Lifts were annoying…had to wait ages even though there are 3 lifts.

Nice bedrooms and large bathrooms, handy to have a coffee machine in the room, great location walkable to everything in valencia and also right next to metro and train stations as well as bike rental

Breakfast was pretty rubbish, ended up just going out and getting pastries nearby half of the days as food is so cheap anyway in valencia. Not a lot of choice and were offered eggs to be cooked for us one day but then had to wait ages the next day to be offered, the staff were ignoring us, and the omelette was just completely plain with no option of cheese or ham or anything. Also very leaky shower all over the floor and broken lightbulbs which kept flickering in our room.

Excellent location, within 200 metres of the Xativa Metro. Very good bathroom facilities and excellent Aircon ( quiet and controllable ). Good sized and easy to use Safe for valuables, gadgets, Passports. All receptionist had good English.

Fridge wasn’t working and took until our last day to fix - reported it twice to the Reception desk. Likewise one of the bedside lights. I would advise that 4th floor and lower rooms opposite the Lefties department store be avoided, unless you like bright, moving, lights at all times of day and, at lest, most of the night. The net curtains are insufficient and had to close the curtains. Breakfast was good but expensive, 17.50€unless paid in advance at 15€.

It was a busy weekend in Valencia when we travelled which we think was due to the Las Fallas festival (we weren't aware of it when booking) so the hotel prices across the city were pretty expensive. This hotel was the best value at the time of booking, within a good distance to the old town and to a decent standard. We were really pleased with our choice, it was right in the shopping district and about 15mins walk from the Old Town. Close to Xativa metro stop which we used when getting a metro direct from the airport. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean.

Our first time in Valencia, we were there on a 4 day trip. First of all - great location! Just at the rim of the city center it's a great place if you want to stroll around in all directions. Neat little hotel, very clean and cosy. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They helped us get a late check out we really needed :-) The room is average size and it has all the things you need for comfortable stay. Coffee machine, safe, hair dryer, bathrobes and slippers... the usual. Lot of people complained about bathroom - yes, the door are near the bed and they are made of glass. They are not transparent, they are blurred and there is an opening all around but we didn't mind. We are a couple and the privacy is not a problem for us but we understand why it bothered some people. All in all it's a place we would gladly come back to. Recomended!

The hotel was in a great location with easy access to the tourist area of the city by crossing the road and up to Plaza del Ayuntamiento. For those making excursions around and beyond the city it’s close to the main station and bus routes. The room was a typical, snug city room but was very clean and the bed was wide and comfortable. We had a courtyard view so had a good nights sleep. The breakfast offered something for everyone and the staff worked hard to keep items topped up and the restaurant was attractive with comfortable seating. The reception staff were all polite and helpful with our various enquiries and even chased our booked taxi without asking.

- As the shower is over the bath a hand rail would help those a little less mobile. - the Nespresso machine was close to the kitchen doors and when the restaurant was busy with tour groups caused a problem with long waits and staff accessing the kitchen. Maybe coffee flasks for easy pour coffee might be better at these times?

I needed parking and this hotel is right next to a public parking. so that was great news there is also a lift direct to hotel. This hotel was fantastic. The staff were friendly and excellent service and very clean and very quiet hotel. I would highly recommend it. The location is right next to the bull ring , 20 minute walk from botanical gardens and lots of bars and restaurants close. You're in the city with a 15 minute walk. Also excellent price good value for your money

This is a great hotel right in the middle of all the places you want to see! The bed and pillows were very very comfortable! The room had a great shower and huge soft towels! Small but adequate the room included a kettle, safe and refrigerator, lots of plug points and a full length mirror. Staff were happy and friendly. We loved the bar and outside terrace. Jorge was a professional and friendly bartender. We will definitely be back to this hotel on our trips to Valencia
