Beautifully maintained garden and impressive building situated right on the beach. Rooms are cleaned twice a day and I especially appreciate small details like fresh flower on the balcony and small box of chocolate on the bed side. Big compliments for Daniel who was working on breakfast area, he was very helpful and attentive.

Pool area was very underwhelming. Suitable for the hotel or 3 stars in my opinion. Surrounding neighborhood of hotel felt unsafe.

The building is beautiful, it gives that luxury resort feel.

A few minor things didn't live up to the luxury resort setting. Is this a new hotel still finding it's feet? Service could be slow, often needed prompting. Impossible to get a booking in the restaurant before 10.30pm - guests should have priority, so maybe make the restaurant bigger? Ditto the sunbeds during the day around the pool - there aren't enough, while the cabanas reserved for 'suite guests' were all empty. Hierarchy of sunbeds is never good: guests won't return if they don't feel welcome. Also, no iron or steamer in the room, which luxury resorts typically have. So we were creased.

This is a lovely, elegant looking hotel in a great location with Las Arenas beach at the doorstep. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, clean, in fact they were cleaned twice a day. We liked finding complimentary chocolates in the room every day 😀 the pool was lovely and we always found free beds no matter what time we arrived at (little tip - plenty of free beds upstairs in the solarium). The staff were courteous, friendly and they would always try to go above and beyond, which is what you would expect in the 5* hotel.

I'm not going to score the hotel down on this but they really need to look into the situation with the rooms doors. I saw it in other comments as well. Every time someone enters or leaves the room, the door bangs so loudly that it literally wakes you up. That can be pretty annoying as your sleep is constantly interrupted. Those doors really need slow door closing mechanism.

Amazing luxury hotel in fabulous beachfront location with lots of dining options close by. Easy transport links and hotel has bikes to rent and is on bike path. Super friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast a must - incredible - rivals the best in Asia’s luxury hotels. Rooms maintained to an excellent standard.

Lack of sun loungers by upstairs pool. Cabanas unused and take up a lot of space. Food and cocktails at hotel very expensive compared to other options near by. AC auto sets to 20 overnight and it’s too cold!

Very spacious, comfortable rooms. Really clean, lovely veranda overlooking the sea. Excellent food in the restaurants. Great service and choice of drinks. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio in front of the fountain on an evening. Lovely setting for pre dinner drinks. Pool area clean and well maintained. Would 100% recommend and will be back!

Location, nice for stroll along seafront but pretty scruffy surroundings and a long way out of the main town. We got an Uber to the park and walked in to old town. (About 15 mins in taxi and 11€)

The hotel is located next to the fantastic long and wide sandy beach. In addition to the sea the hotel has and exceptionally large and beautiful outdoor pool, a nice second outdoor pool and a large indoor pool. The restaurant is very comfortable inside and outside, the food is great. Rooms are large, comfortable, clean. The hotel is surrounded with a lush garden which includes a sushi bistro and an ice cream kiosk. Taxis are available 0/24, plus there is a public bus to the city.

mention anything that could have been better.

Overall the rooms and venue were very good and high quality, maybe a little aged though. Staff in the main were very friendly and service was very good. Room cleanliness was excellent as were the facilities. The restaurant dinner was excellent as was the service.

The wifi was woeful, I was there for a conference and everyone had the same experience. It was very slow, and sometimes completely down. I tried to stream Netflix and it was 50/50 success at best. In my opinion the coffee was awful, I suspect that all of the lobby and restaurant coffee was Nespresso pods and a foaming jug, it was not good coffee at all, we ended up going outside for coffee. The breakfast I felt was underwhelming for 30 euro's per head.

The staff was so professional and welcoming. When our hair dryer made a strange sound I told the staff and within an hour it had been completely replaced, with a special note in our room. Turn down service, with chocolate in the evening. The spa was amazing!!

Honestly, the only tiny downside if you want to visit all the old town sights in Valencia is that you'll need to take a 15min taxi, or public transport (about 25min). But....honestly I wouldn't choose this hotel if that was the purpose. We wanted absolute relaxation and good location, and we got it....right on the beach!

The staff could not have been more helpful, the location was perfect with the hop on hop off bus stop directly outside & the beach so close too. The rooms were beautifully clean, although a few patches of wear & tear are starting to show. Having a swimming pool & gym on site was fantastic- although having to change by the poolside early in the morning is not ideal- a couple of cubicles would be good! The breakfasts were incredible, so much choice, the food was delicious & the staff so efficient.

It is a small thing! A kettle & tea as well as the coffee machine in the rooms.

The breakfast was diversified and for all tasted . The room was very comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff are very qualified and respectful.

Was a big problem with the schedule of the pool… it’s important to have access of this pool at 8 o’clock in the morning not of 10…. The hotel has not reserved places on the beach and if you can go in the morning until 10 o’clock isn’t possible to have a beach chair available… also the prices of its isn’t acceptable 24 euros/day for two beach chairs… booking is important to inform the customers
