We really enjoyed our stay at Beausite Park. We love the view from our room. The location was excellent, within walking distance from the train station. The spa was also nice, although there were times when the pool was busy with children. All the staff we encountered were very nice and courteous. The restaurant had the most fantastic views. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruits and freshly made omelettes. Christian at breakfast always so friendly and welcoming. Other staff were helpful too. We had an issue with our room and I spoke to Lena who was very helpful. They were able to offer a solution and we were please with how they dealt with the issue.

The sound proofing could be better.

Ideal location, stunningly beautiful view, great hiking opportunities, excellent service, delicious food.

The mattress ended up being too soft for me.

I could say that this hotel is possibly the best I have stayed in . The Director of the property Mr Stefan and his team are simply the best hosts . The view from the property is breathtaking and incase you choose the room facing the mountains you are in for a real treat ! It seemed like we are in paradise . What made our stay even more special was the care and attention given by Mr Stefan and his team . We stayed in the junior suite which was very well appointed . The bathrooms were refurbished and modern . The swimming pool is heated with a jacuzzi by its side . Perfect for any family or couple to get in and relax and enjoy the breath taking view from the pool area as well . The hotel also has a well appointed children’s play room . The breakfast was typical English breakfast with a wide choice of breads eggs fruits cheese meats cereals and teas . But what really adds to the breakfast is the ambience . The breakfast area again overlooks the small town and snow clad mountains . The bar is cosy and their charming bar man Louis will pamper you with his classic cocktails . Coming to the menu for lunch and dinner , they have a very different menu but we were speechless after having their lentil burger and beet root burger . These are the best and healthiest burgers we have had . Being from india and my wife being vegetarian we were amazed how we could get such burgers in a small town like Wengen ! Everything about this property is perfect and with the personalised attention of Mr Stefan who took great care in ensuring we were comfortable was the icing on the cake . He would be there every day in the morning at the breakfast table interacting with the guests and ensuring everything is taken care and all day right at the front desk welcoming guests with his warmth and beautiful smile . I have stayed at the Taj Hyatts Hiltons Ritz but never have I come across a director so involved and interactive the all his guest ! Thank you somuch Beausite Park Team !

No AC in the room. It was quite hot during the time we were there, so we had to leave the balcony door/window open, but that also let in bugs (wasps, flies, smaller bugs). I wish they had let the guests know that they can offer car service to pick up guests/luggages from the train station upon arrival. We had dinner at the hotel one night but didn't think the food was good.

We appreciated: 1. The promptness and convenience of the hotel shuttle and driver who drove us to and from the Wengen train station with our luggage. 2. The easy walk from Wengen to the hotel through a quiet neighborhood and past the English Church. 3. The amazing views of the mountains from the front of the hotel and the main dining room. 4. The fabulous and elegant dinner and delicious full breakfast buffet. 5. The warm and gracious hotel staff members. 6. The best indoor swimming pool. 7. Calm and relaxing resort atmosphere. 8. Picture windows in hotel rooms including those facing the forest. 9. Two sinks in the family room. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return to the Beausite someday.

The bathroom was a little tight for four people and didn't have a fan. Shower door leaked water onto the floor.

First, the high quality and professionalism of the hotel staff were what separated this hotel from others. They were consistently courteous, efficient and willing to engage with the guests. Second, the creativity and variety of the restaurant menu are worth mentioning. Chef Jan mingled and engaged with clients throughout the meals, bringing a real personal and genuine touch to our stay.

This is a tough question to answer

Breakfast was lovely each morning (buffet style) on white tablecloths, & a chef made individual omelets for us. Earl Grey & other floral teas were offered. We enjoyed croissants with capuccino and tea each morning. Dinners were delicious, served in the same dining room as breakfast overlooking the mountains. The surrounding scenery was TOTALLY BREATHTAKING! We LOVED the swimming pool & came in from Swiss hiking to swim each day. The staff were all very professional & VERY helpful. We liked the location away from the main square of Wengen, which was exactly where we wanted to be, to wander past colorful flowers on surrounding structures as we wandered throughout the Swiss territory. Beausite Park is close to hiking trails, a short walk to the Wengen train station, COOP (grocery), restaurants & 1 spectacular lift that people can ride on the roof of to get to the top of the station at Mannlichen. Or one can take the train from the Wengen station for a Fabulous ride up to the Jungfrauyoch, which is also close to Beausite Park. We wanted to stay up the mountain since it takes so long to switch between trains and lifts to get to the top of the mountain (Jungfraujoch). The hotel is quite historic but meets many of the upscale features of the most modern hotels around the world. The bed was comfortable. We could open 2 doors & 1 large window to enjoy the Swiss country air. There are spa services but we did not partake. However, their spa at Beausite Park was incredible(!), warm, welcoming, with features you will NEVER SEE OR EXPERIENCE at another hotel. Staying here just for the spa services would be a truly, INCREDIBLE experience! Maybe next time...

Getting in & out of the tub for a shower was a bit concerning since the tub was thigh high for me-a short 5'3" woman. This kind of tub seems to be an on-going trend at many hotels (both modern and older). Just grab whatever bar you can & step in & out carefully.

Fantastic location, well appointed and comfortable rooms with a super view. Excellent pool and spa.

Generally the staff were very good. The exception being the resteraunt wating staff. Our order was mixed and on Monday many items on the buffet had finished and despite many requests from customers, they were not replenished

Great spa and breakfast. Location is a ten minute walk to the gondola and train, so you make the walk a lot.

Walk to center of town was ten minutes. Not terrible, but kinda annoying.

can’t beat the incredible views!

the restaurant manager was such a jerk and stuck up! my husband was wearing very nice trouser shorts and he made him go change. the next day I saw several men AND women wearing shorts to dinner. He just wanted to show his big ego and puck on us. The front desk guy, younger, was totally helpless. we asked for help getting to the airport and which train routes to take. he was no help and we ended up figuring it out ourselves. our room was VERY, Very outdated! the bathroom was old and the shower didn’t work very well. the room was sparsely decorated, no area rugs or decor, smelt musty. very disappointed and we will probably stay elsewhere when we go back.
