One of the best resorts I have visited and it wont be my last time Reading through the reviews before booking put me off slightly.. however after my stay here il tell you do not hesitate book your room. Me and my husband stayed in the ocean front suite room 2311 it was a a blast. It’s the last suite located in the corner you get the privacy and the view. If you want something near the activities and pool book a junior suite with pool and beach view. Everything in this resort is amazing the service, spa and beach is soo soft and sandy. Breakfast is good. They have a small clinic inside the resort too. A small coffee shop that sells specialty coffee and another two shops for snacks and clothes. We tried the thai restaurant which was tasty but expensive (we ordered lobster which costs 1200 bht)

There is another building that is NOT overlooking the ocean in which i would stay away from as its crowded its called the bhuri wing. Were there any ants 🐜 in the room? yes due to the tropical weather but it did not bother me at all.

The deluxe double rooms were very spacious! The shower was amazing...very strong pressure and very large. Additional bonus of a balcony with a drying rack! Breakfast was amazing and the pools were very nice! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! Facilities were spotless and the AC was strong! There were a lot of restaurants right down the street off the resort and even more 1 mile down the road (200 Baht by taxi or tuk tuk each way) 7Eleven right down the street + numerous massage parlors and a pharmacy. Everything was so convenient and we had so many options in and out of the resort.

The photos on Booking made it look like the hotel was right on the beach but in fact, the wing we stayed in was across the street although the street was private for the resort and there was a guard who made sure we crossed safely. Not a big deal after we got used to it but it was misleading. The main wing was right on the beach. We also didn't know there were 2 wings and that we chose the wing that was further from the beach. Lunch options or poolside bar/restaurant food options were very limited.

The location was excellent, near the beach. We enjoyed the facilities, restaurants, entertainment rooms. Beds were comfortable. Room were clean and service was really good.

That the bathroom was separated by see through blinds and I was staying in the room with two teenagers sons, that was a bit awkward. Just a minor issue, but hopefully the hotel will take steps to improve it.

We loved the location. Right on Kata Noi Beach, it almost feels like the beach is private. It has at least five pools and there is a lot of chairs on the gardens, so even though it had a lot of people it was very relaxing. The quiet pool could be better supervised, there was always some kids making a lot of noise. Room was very big and noise was minimum, good products (such as sleepers, toothpaste, detergent, cotton pads, etc, etc)

Breakfast was awful. A lot of quantity, poor quality. Everyday the same thing. Bread basket at restaurants was not good. They confused our departing time, but managed to solve it quickly.

Would be good if the chef made fresh pancakes to order with pineapple and banana Also hashbrowns missing from the breaky. Maybe different varieties of foods for breakfast each day so it's not the same all the time

The location and beach are stunning, and the pools are excellent. In the evening, the ambience around the restaurants on the property is both relaxing and charming, creating a perfect setting to unwind.

The food is good, though at times it felt a bit repetitive. One suggestion for management would be to install baby changing tables in the bathrooms, as none had them. Not even those near the kids’ pools, where they would have been especially useful.

The facilities are excellent for kids, the pool, game room, restaurant 👌 I loved the yoga class

The resort has many facilities: clean pools, beach in front, bars, supermarkets. The buffet from Chom Talay restaurant it is so good. Everything is clean.

It would be fair to mention that Bhuri Wing part is old, floors, room and bathroom smell old (like someone smoked inside some years ago).If I knew it before reservation, definitely I was choosing a room in the other building. Some people from staff are friendly, some not. A lot of mosquitoes outside ( it will be nice to prevent this).

Location, cleanliness, food, exceptional staff

We are an adult family of 7 and it was hard to find a quiet place, there was a quiet pool but it wasn’t attended and because there were lots of young kiddies around they obviously liked to be in it!

Quiet location away from the crowds. Nice beach area

The food wasn’t so great and lots of insects in room. We had to carry beach and pool towels every day from our room. No towels available in the pool area.
