Near the beach. The surroundings is not too noisy or quiet. There's a fair share of restaurants, massage parlours and shops within walking distance. Check out Nong Korn Restaurant (turn right at the main road outside the resort) for very affordable and good local food!

Location was perfect, we had a villa which was quiet with no noise from other guests or outside. Very spacious, we had plenty of room for 3 adults. There is no restaurant or bar which was a shame, but it is situated close to many eateries and is also directly across the road from a big resort with bars and restaurants. The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist with enquiries etc.

It would have been nice if the pool bar was operational, this was apparently closed since COVID, and although there were air conditioning units in both bedrooms, the lounge, with only a fan, got quite stuffy.

Nice and clean! In nice area away from lots of tourists so not too noisy. Tv had access to Netflix which was brilliant for evenings and air conditioning was excellent.

Construction outside the hotel, looks like a big project that will be ongoing for a while. Not overly noisy but did wake us up eventually every day. Also means that the road is busier with work vehicles. The single biggest complaint we had was that one night the local 7/11 was sold out of bottled water, we went to the front desk and asked to buy some more of the waters that they provided us with the housekeeping. The lady at the front desk refused to help and said that the two waters we’d been given 8 hours prior were all we could get. Let the entire stay down as water is a basic necessity and definitely a reasonable request for a front desk, especially as we went in offering to pay.

Lovely family accommodation, 2 bedrooms with large living room area and kitchen, plus nice spacious bathroom. Good location, less than 5 minute walk to beach and lots of good restaurants and convenience stores around. Would recommend here.

A tranquil location close to the beach, where room service was offered daily, including the provision of water and towels.

The setup was great! We needed two bedrooms and this worked for a family really well.

The pool is quite small.

It was very quiet but only 2 minutes from the Main Street and 6 minutes from the gorgeous beach. Housekeepers were excellent about cleaning and giving us water and toilet paper every day.

It would be better to have more seating in the living room. There was only 1 couch and no chairs. Also, having air conditioning in the living room would help.

The location was perfect, easy access to the beach and restaurants and shops but nice and quiet. The bed was firm and comfy, the AC worked great and fast. The balcony was nice on the north side so comfortable in the shade.

Wish they had a microwave, coffee maker and hair dryer in the room. The kettle was good though!

Room was really clean. We stayed in a 2 bed villa. Beds were super comfortable. Location was great right near Kata noi beach. 10 minute walk or short tuk tuk to the busier kata. Staff were really friendly
