Loved the simple, spacious, clean, comfortable room. The staff were welcoming and prompt. The location was great, 2mins from the pier which is great for day trips and travel to off the Island. Only a 20min walk to Sairee beach for beach bars etc.

The WiFi didn’t work for me at all. This meant my monthly data phone allowance was eaten up during my 2 week stay. Also for some reason the ‘infinity guesthouse’ doesn’t come up on Google when I searched for how to get to it from the pier. The taxi drivers took advantage of this and drove me around before driving me back a few paces where they picked me from. Search for ‘infinity restaurant’ instead and whatever you do, don’t rely on the taxi drivers. Lastly, the laundry service was not good. The second load I did especially was handed back to me in almost the same state, dirty. I would therefore recommend using services other than the infinity guesthouse.

You're right in the middle of everything: My chosen diving school was about 3 minutes away. The rooms are well-maintained and offer everything you need for your stay. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Both the restaurant and the massage place that belongs to the same company as the hotel are great as well. Good food and massages for decent prices. Important: It seems like they don't bleach their sheets (they're a bit yellowed), but they smelled and felt very clean.

The downside of the location: If you have a room facing the street it can get loud. Usually everything quiets down after 23:00/11 p.m.. I was okay with the noise but others might want to bring some earplugs. Sometimes people parked their scooters right in front of the alley leading to the rooms. I had to squeeze through a couple of times. Maybe a sign could be added to prevent parking in that area.

Great location, very close to all necessary amenities, shops, restaurants, the pier. The beach is also very close but not the best, within 10 min walking distance there is a much better one. Nice and convenient room, huge bed, cleaning service per request, TV with Netflix. They also have a good restaurant and massage, staff is nice. Would definitely come back.

The island is struggling with water supply, and during our stay, the water was cut off 2 times, but it came back within around 20 mins, so it was not a big issue.

Really nice and friendly place! The rooms are big, clean, looking good and beds super comfortable. I have stayed here during 2 weeks in total. I tried the private room with balcony and the studio. Both great! Personally I found the private room with balcony nicer, more cozy and cute. The staff are super helpful and they clean the rooms every single day if you want. Change your towels, take the trash and replace soap and shampoo. The location is perfect because if you don’t have a scooter like me, the guesthouse is located at a 5min distance from the pier by walking. From here you can walk everywhere or Just rent a scooter. When I come back I will definitely stay here again! Super happy with this place

Friendly professional staff and management. Clean room, good shower with hot water, A/C worked very well and there is an additional fan in the room. Location is close to the beach, the pier, shopping, restaurants etc.

The bed was a little too soft for me, but that is a preference. I also thought that the door lock to the room is old style which provides less security than I would like.

Huge room with a big bed, couch/sitting area in front of a tv with A/C and a fan and a big window. The bathroom had hot water and provided shampoo and body wash. Check in was easy and fast and the location relative to the pier made it perfect to get a few extra minutes of sleep before out morning ferry.

There was a very strong perfume smell when we first walked in, not usually super sensitive to that but made both of us stuff up a bit. Was fixed with the window open and fan on.

Large room which felt like a studio apartment as it had a sofa and TV area as well as a table and chairs. Great location for the pier which is only a few minutes walk away. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby but not near to the party area so not super noisy. The guesthouse also has a good restaurant attached and massage/Salon opposite.

The shower wasn't great and faced directly onto the toilet so caused a lot of splashing but the room dried really quickly so wasn't a huge problem. This is quite common for bathrooms in Thailand.

Spacious room, good location (close to the Mae Haad beach, walking distance from ferry, less than 10min to Sairee beach). Staff was wonderful.

Mattress needed updating, it was way too soft and you could feel individual bedsprings poking. In Thailand almost every bathroom has the bad sewer smell but this was the worst, and sometimes the whole room smelled like toilet

The room was a good size and really clean. The bed was quite soft but it didn’t bother me. The TV had Netflix which was great and it had a fan and AC which was extra nice. The location was right next to the pier with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were super nice and friendly. Only a minus point as sometimes there would be a very strong small coming out of the bathroom. Other than that it was perfect and I would defiantly stay here again!

Really good location, close to plenty of scuba diving schools, restaurants, markets. Great price/quality ratio. Bed was comfortable, I liked plenty of lighting.

The room with the street view had a sound-leaky door (locked, but there was a large gap after closing). Till 9pm scooters and cars are quite noisy, but afterwards, is really quite. Sound sensitive guests can take the room from the other side.
