I had a great time in this hotel the staff were amazing and friendly with the guests also flexible and understanding. I like to thank everyone especially the people who delivered us from the room to the lobby back and forth also the room service people they were just nice people, also I would like to the thank Cape Rock restaurant staff their food is delicious and their service is excellent. The hotel gave attention to every detail, well, except for their water source, it wasn’t clean.

WC water was dirty I didn’t get a good shower nor did I use the Jacuzzi. I still taste their water. They should clean their water tank or something.

The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough for us, the hotel was situated just outside the hustle & bustle of Karon and patong which made it so peaceful and overlooking the sea was just perfect. We'd been on a 10 day travel previous to getting to Anona sunset boutique and this was our final destination in which we stayed a week, to say it felt like reaching luxury would be an understatement, it was just what we needed. Again, the staff here are just simply brilliant, (Tina) the night manager even went out of her way to bring us a famous and popular treat to us from her hometown old phuket to the hotel for us to try before she started her shift. This is our second visit to this area of phuket in recent years and if we are to return we will be stopping here for sure. Thankyou guys, Mr & Mrs Moon 😘

The rooms are very comfortable with high quality bedding, matched by the tranquility of the property grounds and the outstanding ocean views. The friendly and helpful staff really go out of their way to assist all guests.

The property had just newly opened and so some facilities were not available at the time of our stay. Minor inconvenience. The property could really use a shuttle service to Karon beach.

Amazing hotel and location, quiet oasis in the busy Phuket. Very close to Karon and Patong, even though no direct access to the beach, but easy accessible with taxi. Breakfast various and high quality.

I had no idea when I booked this place I was booking an experience not a hotel stay. It’s got a resort feel to it, I’ve never stayed anywhere like it. From the moment we pulled up in the car to the lobby I was in awe & they then brought us fruit juice ice lolly’s as a welcome and I was hooked. The location for us is perfect being between the main options of Karon and Patong so you get a peaceful oasis retreat and get a short taxi easily to the busier bits. There’s a few restaurants next door so you actually could easily just not leave at all. They give you plenty of water as well. Our room/villa (as it’s huge) smelled amazing, the bed THE BED it’s the most memorable thing for me I have never slept on pillows or a bed so soft I sunk in to it like sleeping on a cloud. I’m desperate to get some of these pillows I’ve never felt so rested / struggle to leave the bed. We ate at the restaurant there is loads of choices somewhat pricy but a nice treat - grilled pineapple is now my fave dessert. The staff/team are all lovely & welcoming cannot do enough for you, the buggy rides up the hills have been seamless - we never once looked around for one or struggled. The breakfast has great structure/ set up and choices and the view for your breakfast is special you can see big Buddha in the distance. It’s a special place with special memories I would love to come back here as there is so much we didn’t even get round to using like the infinity pool, coffee pod machine, our jacuzzi etc I had no idea it was new so I hope it keeps its newness / soft pillows for when we return :) just completely amazing! Booking.com photos do not do it justice actually or maybe it’s for a reason to keep a secret how amazing it truly is. From start to finish the hospitality was amazing we were even given Bracelets when we left! A stand out memorable stay from our 6 week travels.

Drainage smells - but we just closed the bathroom door all the time. The bathroom decor doesn’t wow or match the room aesthetic.

The room (Ocean Front Jacuzzi) we got is large with beautiful ocean view. We were blessed with beautiful weathers and had an exceptional aesthetic environment to stay and experience. The staff is helpful and professional. By professional I mean they are composed and have never showed any bit of impatience--which is a very normal feeling one in service industry would have. The room is clean and well-managed.

There seems no additional SPA facility, but this is not a big deal for us. The pool is small, but this is OK because the room is big. The restaurant offers, well, mediocre food (sorry). The dishes we had were unimpressive, such as the burger and the asian (fusion?) fried rice (says recommended on the menu). This was due to the lack of aroma, taste, balance of spices (if they use any). Personally do not like it but did not want the service people to know the truth. We said it was good (we lied)

The staff were so sweet and helpful! They noticed small details, the bartender at the pool noticed we were taking photos and took our photos for us.The room was clean and the bed really comfortable! And the view from the breakfast was amazing! The breakfast was good, had a lot of options! You could get a ride from your room to the breakfast so you didnt have to walk the hill

We booked this last minute so we didn’t really check the location. To go to karon or patong you have to take a grab or taxi. We took grab bikes down which was very easy but we were only here for two nights. but if you’re staying here for longer maybe it would be nice to rent a bike
