The view was absolutely stunning. The distance to the beach only a 5-minute-walk down the stairs. Great restaurant

The floor in the bathroom it was uncomfortable to have constantly “puddle” after taking a shower. It would be better to separate shower maybe just a little bit. A lot of small insects they were everywhere, constantly climbing the walls and bothering you while sleeping

This is an absolutely lovely place to stay. Nice and quiet with a wonderful nature vibe, gorgeous view, but not too far from things either. The restaurant food is very good, with tons of healthy options. We loved it and will definitely recommend it to our friends. There are certainly fancier places, but from a value-for-money perspective this place is an absolute gem. A quick note on the negative reviews I've seen here. I have been in Southeast Asia for 20 years. It is hot, humid, and the presence of insects are healthy and normal and not any sign of "dirty". Food that is left out in the tropics will immediately attract ants, so it makes sense to eat on the balcony not inside the room itself, and throw packaging away OUTSIDE your hotel door (or put it in the refrigerator until you are ready to toss it in a bid outside your room). This is absolutely normal in this part of the world, the only exception is in places that are drenched in poisonous insecticide. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very charming. Anyone who is going to flip out about seeing an ant just shouldn't be traveling to the tropics, and certainly not to a lovely nature spot such as this. Bathroom and water pressure are standard for Southeast Asia and perfectly clean.

Taxis and tuk-tuks in Phuket are quite expensive; an occasional shuttle service down the very high hill would have been nice. The restaurant closes at 7:30 PM and there's not much else immediately around. If you come back on the late side, be prepared to order food from Grab or take a taxi to eat elsewhere.

Excellent location! A short walk through the hotel grounds down to the beach which brings you out right next to a beach restaurant - it doesn't get better than that! There was a pool, but we didn't bother using it - the sea was perfect! The staff were very friendly and kind. The room, whilst dated, was clean and comfortable - and for the price, we couldn't complain! We had a large balcony that we could sit on and admire the excellent view of the beach and sea through the trees.

It is a bit dated, and could do with a spruce up and a lick of paint, but honestly, the bed was comfy, the shower was hot and the room was clean - so we cannot complain!

Brilliant hotel in Karon - probably one of the best on the whole of Phuket. We had a wonderful room with a sea view, it was majestic to sit on the balcony, surrounded by the jungle sounds, and see the whole beach and the sea. The property was extremely clean, cleaned and towels changed daily, also free water brought every morning. The staff was extremely helpful and supported us with every problem we had (lost airline luggage, medication needed etc). The breakfast in the restaurant was also great, at an affordable rate, the staff also cut the fruit we bought outside for us. Beach was surprisingly close, but you have to take quite steep stairs to get there. It is a quiet corner of the beach which was great. Next time we are on Phuket we will definitely come back here. There is also a swimming pool available and nice terraces if you wanna go yoga/stretching.

Not a problem for us, but the property is a bit far from Karon town with no public transport - but easily solved by taxis. Or just a 15-20 min walk along the beach.

Staff and restaurant on site were very good with kids. Restaurant has a kids menu and high chairs. Happy to provide extra plates, etc. for splitting food between kids. Thoughtful to put us in two side by side rooms for our family even though online we unknowingly booked rooms away from each other. Booked taxi and sung tao for us if wanted. Left extra towels and waters so we had one for each person even though two were free (6 bottles of water and towels daily with no extra charge).

I forgot that we would be so in the middle of nature and that the bugs and lizards would be upon us. 😅😅 Everywhere outside. It was fine just didn't think about it ahead of time.

My experience at this hotel was absolutely amazing. Almost all the rooms have balconies and windows facing the beautiful Karon Beach and the Andaman Sea, offering breathtaking views. The staff deserves special recognition – they were exceptional, attentive, and truly caring. Every request was met with prompt attention and genuine hospitality. I particularly want to highlight the owner and his family. A lady named Noo and her daughter Meow were especially kind and welcoming. Noo went above and beyond to assist me by arranging a massage therapist to come to my room. Each time I requested, within 10 minutes, I received an excellent Thai massage from a skilled local therapist who, as I understood, lived nearby. The hotel is located on a hill and has approximately 170 steps leading down to the beach. While I didn’t find it difficult to return to the hotel after a beach visit, it might be challenging for older guests to manage the climb. However, the hotel’s proximity to the center of Karon makes it very convenient and accessible. The beach was clean, sandy, and not crowded. You can rent sunbeds with an umbrella and table for 100 THB from the restaurant at the beach (not affiliated with the hotel). The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need, except for a phone. Housekeeping is provided upon request by hanging a sign on your door. I arrived three hours earlier than the standard check-in time and was allowed to access my room without any extra charge. The staff also assisted me with my luggage, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. If I return to Phuket, I would choose to stay at this hotel again without hesitation. I highly recommend it to everyone who doesn't mind a bit of exercise when going to and from the beach.

Nothing to dislike

We stayed here five nights and it was fabulous. We were about two-thirds of the way down the hill and had an amazing view of the beach from our balcony. There was direct access from the site to the beach, which is at the quiet end of the bay, with great views of the sunset. Access to the town involves walking along the beach unless you have your own transport (or use a taxi), as the road leading to the site is busy with no pavement. Luckily, there is a fabulous on-site restaurant, at the top of the hill (with amazing views), open from 7.30am to 7.30pm serving breakfast all day and a varied menu of reasonably priced Thai and other dishes. We hired a scooter in town for three days and there was adequate parking close to our room. All the staff were lovely. When we arrived, us and our bags were taken down to our room on a golf cart. Even though we were leaving at 4.30am, they insisted on taking us and our bags back up to the top to catch our taxi.

We liked everything about this place and had a wonderful stay. We would just say, don't stay here if you're not good with steps.

Its located on the hill so views of the beach and sea are amazing, rooms are very spacious in a simple thai style. Restaurant is cosy, good food and quick service. The hotel is the Middle of the nature and few steps from the beach. Staff was polite and helpful.

As you imagine there is no shower cabin like we got used. Position is good to enjoy the beach but if you dont have car or scooter, evening time you will be forced to pay tuc tuc to go to Karon of Kata beach which are close but no way to walk there Night time ( tuc tuc expensive). To avoid extra charges for you stay payment you have to use cash, otherwise extra 3 % is applied (Booking is not highlighting this Point in the confirmation).

This is a dream place for a beach holiday. The restaurant area has a fabulous view over the beach and sea, as did our room (though not all rooms have this). The steps from the hotel lead down onto a quiet end of Karon beach with soft sand and warm water. There is a restaurant/bar there and many more if you walk along the beach

The restaurant closes very early in the evening and we found this inconvenient. There is a big ugly pipe on the beach leading into the sea though we did not notice any pollution in the water and maybe it is just a land-drain for rain-water.

Lovely staff. And a fantastic location with incredible views over the beach and a short stroll down steps onto the best part of the beach too (quiet and tranquil with a beach bar). Short taxi ride into the main town where we went each evening. The restaurant was great - we had breakfast each morning which was fabulous. Had we stayed longer, we would have tried a dinner there too.

It’s a little tired and outdated decor wise but as our room was clean and given the incredible views from our room over the sea, we could look beyond this. Do try to get the rooms closer to the beach for the best views!
