Staff was very friendly and courteous especially Hussein, Orhan, and Hakan from the recipient, and Rustam who was very helpful and sincere in doing his job and Sezer from the restaurant also, and Hasgul from room service who was very clever, supportive and responsive and her supervisor Melek. Location is near everything: Close to Marmary metro and in walking distance to Eminönü pier (Around 12 min) and two tram stops to the most famous attractions in Istanbul like the Top Kapi Palace, Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia etc. Roof view is very beautiful in which you can see the phosphorous and the golden horn. Also, the location is suitable to go to different shopping malls and outlets like Olivium, 212 power outlet, Zeruj Port Shopping Mall, İstanbul Cevahir Shopping Mall, Istanbul forum etc. Breakfast had versatile items and was at acceptable levels

The receptionist in the check-in time wasn't cooperative while he was sticking to the rules but wasn't smiling at all and not welcoming (I reached the hotel on Friday morning at around 9:30 am July 26th, 2024) and whenever I asked this person to do anything he was always refusing which I haven't seen in my versatile travelling and bookings but to be honest he smiled while I'm leaving and showed some courtesy at that time. The coffee material in the breakfast wasn't that good

Room view of bosphorus was very good on level 6 - room size was ok , bed was good . Breakfast on offer was fine . I would like to pass my thanks to the restaurant staff , room service ladies and font desk unfortunately weak with names so do not remember them. marmaray station around 20 meters away - sirkeci station 30 meters or so . near to all main mosques and attractions you can either walk to them or use the transport . famous shezade cag kebab only few minutes walk with many other places to eat . Eminonu just 3 mins away so you can catch all the boats to bosphorus or other locations . in a nutshell very good place to stay and explore / enjoy Istanbul . My Salam to all the staff in the hotel .

bathroom needs minor improvements - i guess its been over 10 years since it was refurbished so would qualify for TLC / upgrade . the hotel has a lot of potential and location to match. night staff - 1 person in particular could do with some customer service training. can do with some more free options in breakfast.

My staying in the hotel was excellent. Thanks for free sauna and swimming pool. It's very relaxing after busy day in Istanbul. The hotel is located in the very center. Nearby is the Marmaray station, but you can't hear the trains at all! The room was cleaned well. Bed linen and towels were changed every day. Evening administrator Akin helped to solve all the issues with early check-out. The room had a wonderful view of the Bosphorus. Breakfasts are delicious. If I come to Istanbul again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

The hotel is located in the most perfect location within walking distance from the tram station which makes it easier to move around and avoid taxis. We liked the spa area and the swimming pool. The staff were so helpful and very nice.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time in 2022 and a lot has changed. Back then everything seemed more new than it was now. The rooms were extremely cold and when I turned on the heating a very awful smell came out from the ventilators. The rooms and the bathroom weren’t clean enough as last time which was disappointing.

The location of the hotel was excellent to travel around Istanbul. The breakfast was good and the room was perfect. The reception staff was helpful when you have any questions. At the checkout Husen the receptionist who was so friendly allow us to keep our suitcases in a secure room whilst we go out for the last day before we go to airport.

It will better if the staff offer to explain how to use the air con when you first arrive at your room.

The location of the Hotel is Brilliant, I read the reviews before I booked it but wasn’t sure how my experience would be, I must say, it was brilliant! The blue mosque and Hagia Sophia are 10/15min walk and the tram is right outside the hotel, as well as the main bazar which is right outside the hotel. The view from the Terrace is amazing, you can see the Hagia Sophia as well as the sea. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Yahyah and Sezgin, they went out of their way to help us out and make us feel comfortable from the beginning of the stay till the end. They definitely need a pay rise! I do recommend to book this hotel, if you’re picky and complain about everything, you’re never going to be happy anyways lol. Definitely coming back here again!

The position of the hotel is unique: ferry, tramstation, and metrostation are very close. Spice bazaar, the new mosque, and Orient Express train station are here. Rooms are comfortable with a fantastic Bosphorus view. Breakfast is perfect. Hotel organization is efficient and all the staff professional and friendly. I visited Istanbul frequently, and I never found a better accommodation.

Excellent location. 10 minutes walk to Topkapi, Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cisterne, the spice bazaar, the Galata bridge and the ferries. Nice restaurants nearby. The staf is very friendly and helpfull. We stayed in a superior family room on the 5th floor and loved the beautifull view on the Bosporus and Golden Horn. The room has twoo small balconies with double doors. You can’t sit on the balcony but because of he double doors you have a panoramic view.

Breakfast can be improved. It would be nice to have fresh juice and good espresso.

the staff are all so welcoming especially the guys at the restaurant (Eyip, Ege, and Mert). the room was cleaned daily with no bother. the most important thing is that the hotel is at a calm place near to metro and tramway station with lots of touristic places and restaurants beside.

Amazing front desk staff, I would say the best staff that I met in Turkey so far, they literally adressed all our tiny issues, and were very hospitable. The food is good, with a lot of vegetables and greens. Location is in the heart of historical part of Istanbul, and also near the Metro & rail road station. Rooms were clean and cozy.

Swimming pool is quite small and we were constantly reminded ( even scolded!) that we should be quite ( that is quite hard with 6 y.o. child, who by the way chose this hotel just because of the presence of swimming pool). You should post in the description of the hotel, that those who are using swimming pool should know that the priority is for guests of Spa, not to the guests of the hotel!
