Awesome location 5 minutes walk from a beautiful park and some of the main restaurants, stores, bars, and historical romance architecture. The staff was very friendly and spoke enough English for us to get by. The room was much bigger than I expected and in good condition. The only cleanliness issue was that the carpets in the hallways of the 3rd floor had enormous stains on them as if someone had poured an entire jug of something out. Didn't bother me at all since my room was plenty clean. The price was unbeatable.

The outdoor pool was broken or drained for whatever reason which was unfortunate. Also parking is a bit of a pain because the lot is very limited in size. But other than that, the place was great.

The hotel is in a good location and easy access to the high street and a lot of historical sites. The gym and sauna are good to have. The breakfast is a mix of Turkish and continental, a good standard. If you are someone who wants to use the bar, restaurant or casino this hotel is perfect. It was a nice touch to have a letter in the room from from the manager welcoming me to the hotel and complimentary biscuits.

The bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. When I last stayed there the wooden floor was creaky and now its moving and uneven. There are a lot of reviews about the run down conditions of the hotel and I can't disagree with them but during my stay refurbishments works had started on the floors and decor leaving me with high hopes for my next stay.

Room was upgraded. Breakfast was great, had everything I needed and I like. I loved the Altimbas diamond jewelry store in the lobby. Front desk guys were helpful, they called for a taxi a few times for me. Definitely Ramada Trimontium will be my go to syay hotel every time when in Plovdiv from now on ( I go once a year(

Great location and very spacious room! Restaurant Victoria was very nice and convenient too. Indoor Pool was great too! We wish the outside pool was open but it was in renovations. Room was spacious and was very clean! We would stay again when in Plovdiv! Recommended!

Only that the outside pool was closed and that possibly they should look at replacing some of the soft furniture as it looks dated but still we enjoyed our stay!

Hi everyone! I wanted to share my review of the hotel I stayed at. When I first arrived, the room I was given didn't meet my expectations. I asked for a room change, but unfortunately, all the other luxury rooms were occupied due to an event happening at the hotel. I was ready to look for another hotel, but the General Manager found a solution for me. They gave me a simply perfect room that was even higher in class. When I offered to pay extra, the manager told me it wasn't necessary and that a satisfied customer is their top priority. It was so pleasant, and I wish all other hotels treated people and clients the same way.

Piano bar unstaffed. Staff at reception completely unhelpful and a bit rude. Outdoor pool empty for no reason. Rooms about half the size of what it says on booking.com. Aircon minimally cool enough. Super slow bath tap.

Classy but old fashioned hotel at perfect location with a perfect casino inside. very good breakfast with relatively acceptable Lavazza beans (blended, but Lavazza).

car park might be complicated with the one infront of the hotel. curtain in the room is not enough to block the sunshine.

Plovdiv is a beautiful city...the soviet 50s style Hotel is huge with a beautiful lobby and ground floor...the rooms ought to be upgraded, old fashioned furniture and drapery...small flat screen TV for such a big room.

Very happy with the room on 1st floor , 3 single beds, very comfortable. Last time I was on the 3rd floor with my family and the beds were hard, so very pleased with my room this time, thank you 😊 The staff were very helpful 😊 I loved the honey 🍯 for breakfast.

The location us very very good, just in the center of the town. There is a parking in the front of the hotel which is 10 lv per day. The staff was extremely polite. The pool is nice.

The hotel needs renovation for sure. It is clean but still there are very old parts. The price is too high for the old furniture and bathrooms.
