Our room was small but comfortable. The bed had only a small shelf, leaving no space for storing items. The bathroom was very large, clean, and comfortable, but again, we had the same problem with putting our things away. But It wasn't big inconvenience it's just something that could be improved.Confusion about breakfast price. We were told if we didn't choose breakfast at the time of booking, the price would be higher if we chose it later. This turned out to be false; the price was the same. The breakfast itself was quite decent.Nice hotel staff, I rate our stay as good

Excellent location!! 4 min walk from train station which is perfect when you’re carrying luggage with you. Beautiful hotel & friendly staff that spoke good English. Room was good size, clean and comfortable. The location is what sold me on this hotel because I didn’t want to be bothered with needing a water taxi to take us to and from the hotel and train station. Be prepared to walk a lot in Venice. The whole island is walkable. It took about 25-30 mins to walk to San Marco square & Doge palace. The hotel is directly across from the grand canal and some good breakfast spots right next door which are perfect for a pastry and cappuccino before you start your long day of walking around. Would stay here again!

The location is terrific - just a short walk to the ferry or water taxis - the hotel was lovely and clean and the staff helpful

I wonder if the hotel would be able to give you something to verify your stay as we were stopped by the police on the way back one day to prove that we weren't day trippers - it was annoying as we had been there 2 days already and we were made to go online to organise proof of staying - not sure if its possible but it would be a good idea to give guests something as proof of stay

When we arrived we had been allocated a double room which was unsuitable as I was traveling with my son. I had requested a twin room on the booking and when I told reception about the mistake, not only did they change my room without fuss or excuses, they gave me an upgrade as an apology. On leaving we were asked if we would like to store our luggage, we hadnt known that this would be an option and had planned on lugging our cases to the station then wandering around Venice until it was time for our train. This made things so much easier for us.

No issues whatsoever

We were fortunate enough to have a canal view room with a Juliette balcony. Brilliant room, spacious, clean and comfortable, with a view to die for. Well worth spending the extra money to have the experience that we had. Windows and doors open, listening to the sounds of Venice wafting up into our room...just brilliant. Hotel is in a great location, easy access to all major sights over Venice from here and just a three minute walk to the train station when we had to say a sad good-bye to Venezia

Excellent location - a two minute walk from the Saint Lucia train station, but we were also excellently placed to visit all the attractions without being at the heart of it. Because of the train station all of the public boats/taxi services were a stones throw from the hotel. We decided that we'd made a wise choice of hotel; seeing other people heaving their suitcases onto the boats, up and down the narrow streets and over bridges was no mean feat in the heat along with a high volume of people to battle with too. Aswell as the location, the hotel was superb. We received a wonderful welcome from the reception team. Our room was perfect and very comfortable. We were at the back of the hotel and it was very quiet and comfortable. AC was very effective in all areas within the hotel. There were lovely restaurants near our hotel which we chose to eat in. We loved our stay in Venice and thoroughly enjoyed a late afternoon spontaneous trip to the colourful island of Burano, which we can recommend alongside the other usual sites of this beautiful city.

The hotel is located on part of the grand canal near lots of restaurants and shops and just a few minutes walk from the train station and bus station. It was a bustling area but you could easily find quieter areas for drinks and dinner if you prefer. It's about 30 minutes walk from St Marks Square. We had a room at the back of the hotel which was beautifully quiet but did mean there wasn't a view - we preferred the quiet though. The room was comfortable and clean but beware on mosquitoes if you open the windows at this time of year! The breakfast each morning was perfectly adequate.

We usually stay closer to St. Mark’s, but opted for a spot near the train station this time. I was worried it might be noisy or lower quality, but it turned out to be fantastic! The location was perfect—right across from the bridge and on a lively path with plenty of restaurants and cafes. We requested two adjoining rooms and were pleasantly surprised with two beautiful rooms connected by their own hallway. The rooms, especially the bathroom, were spacious by Venice standards.

The only downside was the breakfast, we hit it kind of late so that could be the reason as well, but with so many amazing cafes nearby, it wasn’t a problem. I will definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect right on the grand cancel, the cleanest, the room size was perfect, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Will stay here again. They had an evaluator and the air condition was perfect. Go to the airport Marco use a taxi from the hotel (40 Euro) a luggage porter(5 Euro a bag) it was worth it!

Nothing. Loved everything!

Very convenient to the railway station and the old town. Plus, I was able to arrange a shuttle service to the port where we were catching our cruise. The staff were very helpful and courteous! We will recommend any of our friends to this hotel in the future.

Only thing bad is we got in so late the night before and had to depart to meet our cruise that we didn’t get to spend more time in Ravenna. The staff was outstanding and the hotel was very comfortable and convenient to our needs. Thank you!
