Bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, lots of parking. Breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, french toast and sausages, on real dishes (not styrofoam or plastic).

Room could have been cleaner. Dirty floors in bathroom (especially behind the door when closed), hairs in shower. Also our alarm clock was unplugged and when we pulled out the night stand to plug it back in, it was filthy. There were chip bags, other garbage, and someone's glasses fallen in behind the night stand. Also the hairdryer only worked on "low" so it took forever to blow dry our hair.

The free breakfastbis just cereal and yogurt. And I'm lactose intolernt. Would be nice if more places will realize the high rate of lactose intolerance. You had to pay for hot breakfast. 6 bucks for eggs and a toast. ,6 bucks for one waffle. When hotels that don't look as nice give more for free. Some muffins at least.

Our second stay at the Quality Inn. Considering the renovations that are ongoing, we were delighted with the front desk staff and cleaning staff who attended to our needs quickly and with smiles.

Room was nice. Staff (especially front desk and housekeeping) were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, better than any i've had elsewhere The man in charge of the breakfast was also super nice.

Nothing to complain about.

By the time we went for breakfast, it was cold, there was no more yogurt and fruits.Coffee was finished.

For breakfast, you could have some to replenish more often.Check your coffee pots more ofter at the front desk.

Expect you will add some additional items of breakfast. We like the location, which is near to attractions places.

Bathroom and room floor has to be cleaned out deeply.

ALL staff friendly, super helpful , breakfast was outstanding. location was so convenient for shopping, dining. price was very good.

MOST uncomfortable mattress ever backache, neck ache next day

the breakfast was great, my daughter had lost a backpack that was rather sentimental to her and they took the extra time to find it when we left it behind thank you.

I was expecting a cheap experience for the cheap price. I was surprised they had a indoor pool. Very Nice.

Front desk staff didn't even greet us properly. It gave me a bad impression but the hotel itself made up for it. The cleaning workers were friendlier than the front desk workers.

Good locations reasonable prices and not far from outlet mall food and the falls
