Was a bit worried at first from reading the reviews but our experience was amazing. We got two rooms both very clean and spacious. At check in our rooms weren't ready but they comp our parking as compensation for this. Staff was friendly and showed us a map of the area and where to go see the fireworks and family friendly places in the area. It is a five minute drive to Clifton hill but that was fine no big deal for us. Pools were great water was a bit cold but in the hot sun wasn't a big deal we still went swimming and the kids loved it. Overall we had a great time and will be back.

Pool a bit cold If your going with elderly parents make you you are in the main area that has elevators not just stairs.

Location a little out of main entertainment area Parking charges need to be dropped at all these hotels in Niagara. Unnecessary really. It would be better if they are either removed altogether or a small amount ie 10$ incorporated into final bill. Its especially annoying if the hotel is a 10 min drive away from the main Clifton Hill area, I'd definitely make it free and it would encourage more people to stay here .

The room was spacious, modern in décor. The bed was ultra comfortable. The suite was very large and roomy, plenty of closet and drawer space. Modern updated bathroom. Parking was ample and affordable.

There were two issues with our bathroom. 1. There is one tile on the new floor tile that has a dangerously high corner, well above lever and easy to stub or slash your foot on. Dangerous. 2. the shower handle was very loose and when showering the handle would slip to extremely hot and scald you. This could be ultra dangerous for someone with limited mobility. Needs to be addressed. The suite (two rooms) could have used a bit more lighting. The living room section was very dark.

Always parking available. I liked the location. Far from the falls yet still close to access. Away from the traffic.

Honestly there was nothing I didn't like. It isn't the first time I reserve in this particular Ramada. Few years back there was renovations taking place and those renovations were well worth the time to come back to. Place is really nice.

There was no Restaurant there for a breakfast, so you had to go elsewhere, but was a few around the area to choose from. There is a Starbucks in the hotel, but it was only open certain hours, and only had certain types of drinks and sizes available. Would of liked a restaurant to have breakfast and a free one , most hotels we stay in have that available.

Very clean and staff was very welcoming ! The online check in and check out is a nice feature, took us all of less than 5 minutes to check in and out! Room was spacious and the pool was very very clean :)

The one pool ladder seemed a bit dangerous, I think it was broken. We went to buy 2 redbulls at the Starbucks in the lobby and it came to $22. Just seems a little bit overpriced

Great location, close to shopping and easily accessible to popular tourist attractions by car, bus or taxi. The room was bigger than expected and very clean. The staff was very friendly, ready to answer any questions you and knowledgeable about local activities.

We weren’t provided a hotel guide/map of the hotel, as such we didn’t know where to find the amenities until we went to the front desk to ask. We were looking for the ice machine and a water bottle fill up station but couldn’t find it.

Room was quite nice and spacious.

Parking is really crammed in. Place is always under construction. Quite a maze of stairs and elevators to get to your room. Pillows lacked some neck support. Also, too many rules for everything. Literally no point in having all the facilities, if, by the time they are done telling you the rules, you just rather not 'inconvenience them' by using it.

Very nice hotel with 2 good restaurants on-site. The staff were good to deal with, and the rooms very clean.

For the money, the toilet seat shouldn't have been loose. The toilet itself shouldn't have been constantly running slightly (so it kept topping itself up every minute). And the $20 paper night charge for parking was annoying (but seemed to be typical of Niagara Falls area).

Pay parking . We had issues with the TV during the evening and weren't able to get assistance until the following day. We still could not enjoy viewing TV as a family because the volume was too low.The volume is probably preset so as not to disturb the other guests.
