The location was a good surprise as this was our first trip to Berlin. Close the metro, trams, and river, we got to explore many sights within walking distance. The hotel was clean. Across the street-ish was a mall, some shops, and restaurants. Using ride share we got around the rest of the city. It seems like no matter where you stay in Berlin, it's going to be a trek to get anywhere.

The hotel amenities were quite limited. There is a concert arena also across the way and some days the location was quite busy but this didn't bother us.

A beautiful, well-located hotel ( near many clubs, city center and a lot of other things). All the staff are elegant, courteous, available, kind, helpful, friendly, accommodating, .... The list is too long: they are all just perfect ! The reception, the catering, the maintenance, ... This establishment truly has exceptional employees ! The room was clean, you could smell the good smell of good cleaning products. Very comfortable, practical and pleasant. Lots of equipment available: you will not lack anything ! But they explain that if you need something more, they can make it available to you ! I don't know what else we could need but they can do it ! Quality soap, shower gel and shampoo from the Dove brand ! A plus that makes a big difference ! Don't hesitate, here it's quality at reasonable prices and you will never be disappointed ! Of course, I am a respectful person and it is important to always be so so that others are. I don't speak German and not very good English but they have always been patient, attentive, helpful and full of consideration for me. A big THANK YOU to all the staff ! It's important to recognize such talented staff ! It's very rare, so they need to be rewarded better than others !

A pleasant yet short stay. Very friendly staff, ideal location (in particular if you plan to watch a game in Uber arena) and very close to a large shopping mall and U/S-Bahn stop. The room itself was very clean and big, with all necessary amenities. The parking slot also quite spacious (a bit pricey though). I can't comment for breakfast or the restaurant in general since we didn't take any lunch there, but there is also a fridge where we can find a snack 24/7.

Not much to comment. I would say that a mini fridge would be very useful, in particular for summer. Other than that, everything was fine and there was no complain.

The room was great, nice beds, water kettle with coffee and tea, lovely large shower, sound proofing was also great. We got the room early (12:00) and were able to stay till 14:00 by just applying for a membership card (free). Lobby area also very nice with several areas to rest if you have to kill time after leaving your room. Location was fab as we were going to a concert at the Uber Arena which is literally next door. Also the famous East Side Gallery on the Berlin wall is just behind the hotel. Also great location for transport, the S-Bahn is 5 minutes walking distance with a train going straight to the airport. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. City itself was not very clean nor pretty in the area around the train stations.

We were told we could stay untill 14 if we did a membership so we did. Then they came knocking on our door at 12:30 asking us to leave (same person who actually offered us to stay till 14). And then at 14:10 just as we were getting ready to leave they came knocking again. We then waited in the lobby and there was a crowd of very loud men at the bar making it impossible to sit a read and relax a bit before leaving for the airport.

The location is top, especially if you are staying for the concert or other events at Uber music hall. The stuff is friendly, and the room was also comfy even tho it was a bit small. It didn't really bother me, since it had everything I needed :)

It was quite noisy, whether from the guests near or above, but till late hours, there was some sort of partying. The walls are quite sensitive, all the doors closing, opening, you can hear very well and that was bothersome. Plus, the room wasn't turning warm enough, even after setting it to the higher degree. Those two things were indeed uncomfortable, but it didn't ruin my stay, and I enjoyed it overall

The location is great. Especially for concerts at the Uber Arena you are not even 2 min away from the hotel. It’s also just by the remnants of the Berlin wall and the East side mall. They have everything you need like shampoo, shower gel, towels and even a small sewing kit. We had the king room and it was very spacious and has wide windows which you could open. There’s a kettle and complimentary tea and coffee.

What i missed was a mini fridge. But i guess you can’t have it all. The mugs in the room haven’t seen a dishwasher in a while. I always rinse the things i use at a hotel before i use them. I kind of suspected that they only wash the mugs in the bathroom sink. And unfortunately i was right. I saw it while another room was being cleaned. So that was a little disappointing.

Breakfast price seemed a tad steep While overall cleanliness was nice, it would be nicer if staff paid more attention to detail (the phone in the room hasn't been dusted in a while judging from the layer of dust, first night there was a beetle in a room that couldn't have come in from outside as we're in the middle of winter, one of the windows had broken handle and couldn't be opened)

We stayed on the 7th floor in a large room/suite. The bed was very comfy which was needed. I travelled for the half Ironman in Erkner and the location to the Warschauer Strabe Train station was perfect little walk of 5mins. The Uber Arena is right across the street also. We chose not to eat breakfast as we were next to the East Side Mall with a fab food court. Across the street was the old Berlin Wall which we went to see and also did a run along the river. Loads of restaurants nearby with great choice. Especially Alex Restaurant, we ate there almost everyday.

Great location. Feweters away from.east side gallery. Basically in front of two great venues for music. And I was in there for concert so perfect. Bars and restaurants around. Also a shopping mall adjacent. The train station and tube is just 200 meters away. The place is clean and quiet. Good service. Very helpful staff Highly recommended.

It was all.good. but maybe they could keep the bar open a bit more late at night. But not a big deal. Plenty of places around for a drink
