Nice Executive room (417) Most of the staff were very friendly with the exception of one receptionist. Comfortable bed. Quiet AC. Quiet room with balcony. Good access for vehicles, including taxis, at the back of the hotel.

The restaurant was not open for lunch on our first day when we checked in. Good bakery in nearby supermarket for lunch instead. Expensive breakfast Only got two tiny containers of body wash and shampoo for two people. The room is only cleaned upon request (which is fine for a two night stay) but there are not sufficient coffee capsules, water or bathroom toiletries for two people for more than a night, however we did get these upon request at reception.

The hotel is not a new facility, but it is kept very clean and comfortable. The bed is the best part—it feels like it’s hugging you after a long day of travel and work. The staff are also very kind. I had a late checkout due to a long wait at the US embassy, but they allowed me to quickly grab my bag, which I really appreciated.

The self check-in process isn’t my favourite, and when I arrived, no one greeted me or offered a brief overview—like the Wi-Fi password or other basic information. If they want to continue with self check-in, it would be helpful to still have a staff member at reception, at least to appear available and maintain a sense of hospitality.

The lunch buffet excellent. I thought it was pricey but the food was delicious. It was worth it! Dinner and breakfast were also very good. Lots of choice and everything fresh. The hotel is walking distance to the US Consulate and the hotel had even a small printed instruction ready on how to get there. Super service and all the employees trainees and others are super friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately I was told the lunch breakfast was for a group and I could not enter the diningroom. After hours of travel I was really ready to eat. Later it turned out I was given the wrong information and I could have had lunch there. I understand there were trainees so things like this can happen. What I did not like is that the hotel charges Euro 10 for early per hour and the same for late stay. For late stay I can understand but for early arrival it is also the risk of the traveller that they might have to wait.

Friendly and professional staff, especially the young man who met me at the reception. Everything in the room is very well thought out, everything you need is available, the room is clean and - what is great - there were no foreign smells. The room was also very quiet - you can sleep well. The hotel is ideally located: 7 minutes walk from the US Consulate.

As a small improvement, I would like to have a separate kettle for boiling water. The water from the coffee machine tastes like coffee. For tea lovers, this is unfortunately not suitable. But this is just a small thing, and overall the hotel is wonderful.

We recently stayed at this hotel with our 5-month-old baby and had a generally positive experience. We booked a family room with an extra sofa since our baby sleeps with me, allowing my husband to use the sofa. The room was very quiet and the main bed was comfortable, though the sofa bed could have been more comfortable. The staff were attentive and ensured we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. We also took advantage of a late checkout (2 hours later) for an additional 20 euros, which was very convenient considering we were traveling with a baby. Breakfast was okay—nothing exceptional, but it had the basics. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor areas for improvement.

The property is modern and overall clean. Has its own garage located in the underground level. Check-in can be done through their self check-in terminals or at the reception desk. Our room was facing the backyard and therefore it was mostly quiet aprt from some guests who where yelling late at night while parking their cars. The hotel had set up the sofa bed for our child to sleep in which was very kind as we didn't ask for it. The bed itself in the room was a vert comfortable king size bed. Bathroom was clean and spacious. There is a shelf on the second floor where they have some board games which you can borrow and play with. Check-out was very easy as well through their terminals. As our purpouse of this trip was an appointment at the US Embassy, we booked this hotel because it is located just a few minutes away and easily reachable by a short walk. The reception has already prepared a small sheet with walking directions to get there.

From my point of view the parking could be included in the price of the stay per night as many other hotel chains do so.

Everything, from the moment I booked the room the staff was really responsive and helpful. We made a couples trip to celebrate my birthday and the hotel was able to give us a room upgrade and even had decorated a bit in the room to make it even more special. The staff in the restaurant as well as the food was really great and, once again, they were just amazing once they knew we were celebrating. We checked out almost one hour after the designated time and the reception was just really flexible about it.

Clean, spacious room, including the bathroom. The bed was really comfortable. The sofa bed was larger than expected. It is conveniently located near two bus / tram stops, and within walking distance from the US Consulate. There’s also an Aldi and McDonald’s nearby. A few bus stops away is a more lively, commercial area. The self-check in counter was pretty cool.

We were only there for one night, and checked in on a holiday, so there weren’t that many staff members. The shower head was snapped broken so we couldn’t take a shower. But again, we were only there for one evening.

Everything was excellent including the breakfast, room and staff.

Did not know the restaurant across the way was serving food when we arrived. It is associated with the hotel and we were told that lunch was not available. Yet, two days later when I discovered the restaurant on my own, I read that indeed the restaurant was open for lunch at that time. Too much reliance upon Apps & assumptions.

Very friendly and helpful staff, big and spacious rooms to ensure your comfort. Just a 15-minute bus ride to the city centre. The bus/tram stop is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. There is also a small gym and a sauna that can be used anytime at no extra cost.

It's very expensive considering it's not in the city centre. I understand that being very close to the US embassy is probably the biggest reason for this. The breakfast is delicious however the bakery section is very limited, just mini croissants that tasted like they have been recycled for several days and only 3 or 4 types of small bread rolls. Other than that I cannot complain about the breakfast!
