Service was friendly and informative. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Enjoyed sky movies and mtv. Bathroom was fantastic, I like the seat in the bath it's great for shaving your legs. Loved the private deck area and location. Great selection of hot beverages avaliable.

The kettle needs replacing. Had some crud inside at the base that i couldn't clean off. I think there should be a dishwashing brush in the cupboard. The little individual milk pods taste is not very appealing (tastes like cheese). Bathroom lighting was too bright. A suggestion for the rooms would be a charger with multiplugs for our devices etc.

Our second stay in a Deluxe room & it was excellent, the cleanliness, large space & the comfort were great! Really appreciate the extra pillows & blankets, fresh towels & daily housekeeping. Wish there was a kitchen sink in this room like the first one we stayed in (personal preference) Love the culture brought through in the artwork in the rooms, bathroom amenities (supplier of shampoo/cond/hand & body wash) & at reception, kids books👌

We stayed in a standard room on our last day as we extended our stay, the comforts are much lesser of the deluxe room. Beds were low, springy/lumpy.

I was there for an overnighter and met friendly helpful staff on my arrival. It was raining outside, and without prompting, I was asked if I needed to borrow an umbrella. Nice. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. I had questions for a number of staff, and all were responsive and helpful.

There was a breakfast bar available which I thought was less than satisfactory. There was no cooked breakfast available, and the breakfast bar lacked variety. I thought the cost of the room was up there, maybe included the continental breakfast. I will look around next time, though the convenience of the location will probably win me over.

Large size room and nice bathroom, small fridge and kettle in room. there was a small private patio where you could sit out with your morning coffee. Gastropub restaurant onsite had good food for dinner. Maid service was every day. Bus stop out front took you to the light rail station so getting to downtown Auckland was easy without a car.

Hotel breakfast was disappointing, just muffins and toast. No exercise facilities on site but they do give you vouchers for a community center gym about a 10 min walk away.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The check-in process was seamless and hassle-free, setting the tone for an enjoyable experience. The location was absolutely ideal as we were attending an event at Trust Arena—it couldn’t have been more convenient. Parking was also a highlight, with ample space that made everything so easy. Overall, the hotel was perfect for our needs, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone attending events at Trust Arena or simply looking for a great place to stay. I’ll definitely be back!

big clean room and bathroom, comfy bed, TV with movie channels, parking, location close to shops and many food choices, staff ok when we were 30min late checking out due to a baggage mishap, I would stay here again

when I asked for a restaurant recommendation while checking in at dinner time, front desk lady just said many on this road and I felt like she was in a hurry to get rid of me. it was my 1st time here and didn't know the area

The unit was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a large bathroom with a generously sized bathtub. The bed was very comfortable, and there was ample free parking available. The views were fantastic, and the room included a large TV for added convenience.

The only real drawbacks were the thin door connecting to the neighbouring unit, which allowed a lot of noise to pass between rooms, and the slow, somewhat unsettling elevator that made me feel uneasy while using it.

The bed was very comfortable—nice and high. The pillows were good quality. The TV was huge, which made it easy to view. We also had a great view from the third floor. The bathroom and the bath were massive.

We didn't like the internal door to the room next to us. Sound travelled through from the other room and clearly from our room into theirs as we often got home late at night and they opened their door to bang on our door to complain. - needs more sound proofing.

The hotel is centrally located in Henderson and public transportation is very close. Reception was warm and welcoming and all facilities including the room were very clean. The bed was amazing!! The room is well equipped and there is filtered water and microwave in the lobby which is excellent. We stayed 2 nights and a month later chose to stay another 2 nights and would definitely stay again. Safe and clean and friendly. They went out of the way to accommodate our every need.

Check in was easy as pie! Staff were very accommodating RE early check in. The 24hr reception desk was nice to have and given the big event in the area during our stay, having security on site was highly appreciated. Then checking out was even easier than checking in! Great place.

Our room had a faint hospital smell but how else would you know everything has been sterilized haha. And the pillows were a bit flatter than expected but is still a good Hotel.
