The location is great right on the river and in between downtown and then the other direction to eateries. We walked in total about 4 miles and it was nice that day. Pool was great highly recommend for a get away or great for the family.

The only complaint was the oder in the room. It was a mix between mildew and a room that could have been smoked in twenty years ago. Other then that facility is great and the staff is wonderful

We stayed here the night before our cruise. It's right on the riverwalk so it was lovely to explore this part of Tampa in both the evening and the morning. The University of Tampa is across the river and there is some beautiful architecture there. Nice value for what we were looking for.

There is a $25 resort fee, but you get $25 in credit for their restaurant. Not really sure of what the point was...but just a heads up.

I liked that there was music and a bar in the pool area. The bed at the room was really comfortable, I slept like a baby. The breakfast was really good and It had a nice view of the river. I just wish there were more choices of coffe.

I hated it that I didn't get the view that was shown when I reserved the room. It was supposed to be a nice balcony view by the pool and the river. Instead I got a room in the first floor with a view of a white ugly roof. The air conditioning wasn't cooling the room properly during the day.

The location was excellent in relation to the event that I was there for as well as other things I could do. The staff was excellent. My mother took a fall and hit her head. The front desk staff was on top of the situation right away and showed genuine concern for her well being.

Though the house keeper did come in every day and make the beds replenish the towels and vacuum the floors he/she never did wash the tub. Also we had to ask 3 times for a shower chair for my mother across a 24 hour period before they finally brought one up to our room.

Great location and Vicktoria at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Room was huge and bed was very comfortable. Steps from the Riverwalk and about 7 min walk to University of Tampa campus. Nice pool area with a bar and daily activities. Very lively and many spots to sit or lounge. I would stay again if price was right even with its flaws

Needs a major update. Caulking in bathrooms needs to redone and sink area is very dated along with the walls in the tub. Floor didn't seem to be clean and the closet with the safe looked like was wiped with a dirty cloth as you could see wipe streaks. Breakfast buffet was ok but $25/pp seemed steep for what they had. Very basic. Did like that I could order off the menu but didn't know that 1st day. Yogurt bowl was amazing as was the avocado toast

Location is close to everything. Staff was amazing front Desk, Bar tender, valet, and House keeper. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I was able to check in early for a fee, of course. The view was spectacular. I stayed in a balcony Riverwalk view. It was so nice to see people kayaking early in the morning and dancing at the pool side. The room was very clean. Bed was comfy, and it was very spacious. It was a super nice stay. Would definitely come back with the family.

Lack of options for parking. Either you pay a high valet parking fee or nothing. There's no other parking alternative leaving force to valet. Even street parking charges per hour. So just add about $40 a day to your stay plus tip.

The staff was so kind and helpful. The room were comfortable and clean. The food in the dining area was delicious. The staff was very accommodating. The view of the river n the pool area, it was wonderful. If I go back to Tampa, I will definitely stay there again.

I can't find anything that you could've did better. I feel the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was it was spaces. Comfortable I just loved it. The view was amazing of the river. It was so calming and relaxing.

It is convenient to downtown Tampa. It is a great location on the Riverwalk. The front desk staff and valet staff were pleasant and helpful.

It was a little loud at night since we were on the side facing the street. It was also still under going some renovations from the hurricane damage. So the rooms looked like they were quickly put together, the carpet edges were still rough and the bathroom still needed some finishing touches. It didn’t detract from the stay though.
