Loved it! The rooms were clean and updated, the bathrooms were comfortable and the beds were nice. The location was great with lots to do in the area and very close to the Hyline to nantucket. Staff was super friendly and we couldn’t stop talking about how nice and welcoming they were.

The breakfast buffet was good, but on sunday morning it was closed and we had to order breakfast from a menu so that was kind of a bummer. We were really looking forward to eating at the buffet like it said in the booking.

I love the location of this hotel. It is close to convenient stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants. It is centrally located on the Cape, so you have easy access to major highways and attractions. Because of its Central location. We had the convenience to explore all of the Cape With ease. The staff at this location is very friendly. The lobby is stopped with watts of easy to grab foods in drinks in case you have a Late night craving, we also took advantage of the laundry room on the lower level. One of our favorite parts Of our stay is the fact that our room had two bathrooms and a balcony with a chair to sit outside and enjoy the cool summer nights. Each door at this hotel is locked and you need to use a key card to enter. Making you feel safe at night. They also Have options for breakfast. Some mornings it was sit down and other mornings. It was buffet either way the breakfast was amazing. Remember to tip your staff. If they are waiting on you. We also enjoyed Food at the bar. Last but not least, the hotel did have full size. Dove shampoo conditioner and body watch which was great.

The mattress on the pull out sofa on the second level of the room was horrible. The mattress is so thin that you can feel the bar in your back all night. If you are staying At this location I would recommend grabbing 8 mattress topper at the local target.

My family and I enjoyed our 3 day 2 nights at the hotel. Staff were very courteous, organized and provided a great customer service. The bartender PG was a rockstar and the attention she provided to me and the other customers was excellent. She is Very kind and polite, making sure everything was served accordingly. She also was able to stayed few more minutes after closing , to pleased customers on getting last minute cocktails. “ please make sure she gets this message and I wish her the best in her new journey, so sad she will no longer be part of the hotel team.” The general manager was very polite and making sure everything was perfect during breakfast hours, and made sure my family and I were served during our late arrival. The room was very clean and cozy, I loved the bathroom set up! We had a maintenance issue, and staff immediately took care of the problem in less than 15minutes. The Pools were very clean and love the idea of having life guards, I felt very safe and comfortable for my son to be there alone while I was enjoying myself at the bar 😬. I will definitely be coming back and recommend this hotel to friends and family members! 100% customer satisfaction!

We went with family 4 adults and 4 children, there were 2 pools (inside and out), free coffee, the room was clean with 2 double beds and the beds were very comfortable....but too small for 2 adults...thebathroom was clean and there was all what a person need.

The carpets in the hotel didn't look clean, the double beds are a bit small for 2 person, If the breakfast was included it would be great

I didn’t like how expensive one night was I did breakfast included and the breakfast was absolutely terrible. Our waitress was so rude to us and completely not friendly until she noticed I was upset she was being rude! Will never do breakfast included again!!!

It’s nice hotel rooms are good swimming pool and gym area are very nicely maintained, breakfast was good and staff is super friendly, overall nice facility would recommend who is planning to go with family

Room was big. The place was near restaurants and some tourist destinations. Staff were helpful. Good breakfast.

It was horrible visit! Fire alarms went off , someone left a bag used to catch fish in the hall way . They were moving equipment and furniture from lower level banging and bumping all weekend. We should have stayed home. Was not the relaxing time we hoped for

Bed was really comfy staff was great and good company food was pretty good and I liked the mad hatter Cafe bar tender was fabulous on saterday

Room was a little smaller than I expected and pool hours are not in the morning only at night the bar and grill wasnt open on sunday

Close to a party we were going to plus only a few miles off the highway.

Nothing everything was great, we had breakfast included and the woman who served us was excellent.
