Hotel was in the perfect area for our plans, ghere was valet parking however cost around $40 a day. Hotel was very clean and quiet I rarely heard people in the other rooms or hallways. Smart TV available and little cafe downstairs. laundty room available. Expensive for the holiday season but definitely booking again.

Read on here that security deposit was $150 so i budgeted for a certain amount however when checking in, it was more than i anticipated and was not given a breakdown or receipt until after stay. No microwave in room and mini fridge was really small.

I brought family of 4 here to see NYC at Christmas, so glad to have picked this hotel from internet searching. Location is awesome, blocks away from subway for easy in/out of the city. NYPD officer called this area the Asian times square, I couldn't understand the store signage and such but we found what we needed and everyone is very friendly to help. The hotel restaurant downstairs is insane good and affordable, seafood choices and Asian dishes at the same table. We enjoyed a couple meals there. Desk staff is awesome, building is immaculate clean and the main reason I picked this hotel is the free airport shuttle, which was ideal. Brand new vans and super friendly drivers made this pain free. Overall, this hotel made out first visit to NYC so enjoyable. Thank you!

I can't think of a thing that was bad. Our coffee maker didn't work in our room but I simply went downstairs to lobby for coffee and tea which is nice, didn't bother to tell desk of my broken machine till checkout.

Lovely hotel, rooms are nice and comfortable. Good location and nice amenities at reception. The ladies at reception were very friendly and helpful.

When I arrived the sheets on the bed were dirty. I requested clean sheets after I checked in and was told by a man at reception that House keeping would clean my bed. Came back at 1am and sheets were not cleaned so at 1am I had to attend reception, request clean lining clean my own bed!! Male members at reception were not to helpful

Complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Good water pressure in shower.

We liked how clean the property was, and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Very convenient to LGA.

We stopped into the bar, the gentleman jumped up from eating to welcome us. But the girl behind the bar was a little surly, and seemed annoyed that we stopped in at 9:30pm. We had a long day after 2 flight cancellations, so were just looking to relax a little. She made a point to tell us they closed at 9:30, even though the doors were open.

The hotel is well located. The rooms are spaces and there are many places to eat nearby. The access to NYC is easy either via the subway or the LIRR. The hotel staff is very accommodating and helpful.

The room cleaning is hit or miss. They don't do a very thorough job of cleaning. It would be nice if they offered breakfast as part of the package. Overall it was a good stay though and I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is one of the better, newer options in the area. Room layout is straightforward, good for solo/business travelers. Bathroom is new. Room is clean with soft mattress and ample pillows. Internet access in the room is decent enough for work. Front desk staffs are amicable. Housekeepers are really nice and look out for you. Food in the area is great (if you have time to check them out).

The building suffers from the basic problems of recent commercial builds: less desirable location, downdraught effect on pedestrians with increment weather, most rooms street-facing, thin walls and doors, smaller-than-average rooms, HGTV-popular decors. If you really want a quiet hotel for recovering from jet legs, this is not it or you have to request for the rooms facing away from the street.

very nice location, close to main street flushing. room was beautiful and bed was comfortable. bathroom was nice and big and in general everything looked either new or recently redone. good stay overall.

soundproofing is so-so. doors opening and closing are pretty loud anywhere in your vicinity and planes frequently fly very low over the area between 4 and 6:30 am, makes it very hard to sleep. no microwave in the room so food can’t be reheated.

No microwave in room, but there was one downstairs, Location in the Asian community…which was fine and safe but had to walk to restaurants 2-3 blocks, had to drive, Uber etc anywhere else…which is at least 30-45 min and costly. The surrounding area looked unsafe but it was very safe! No issues!

The room was really spacious, clean (although we found a used tape dispenser hidden in the curtains?) and I loved the shower. The elevator was always easy to catch and the inside seating area was really nice too.

Just a lot of construction in the area and the view was meh.
