I enjoyed the convenience of shops and food.

The parking costs per night are pretty high, and there may be some confusion among the hotel staff regarding motorcycle accommodation. Motorcyclists must display a paper parking pass on their bikes to avoid towing, but there's no secure way to attach it. It might be helpful for the hotel to explore solutions that ensure a smoother process for motorcycle parking in the future.

Location was prime for our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

They were having construction which was unknown until we arrived. The loud pounding and sounds of power tools at 8am were awful. We also book Holiday Inns because of the massive breakfast included. Due to the construction, they minimize their breakfast. Had we known, we would’ve picked a different hotel instead of eating cereal and yogurt. Also would have been nice to be compensated due to the inconveniences.

The room was very nice breakfast was so very nice the lobby was very hot the rest of the hotel was nice there was a lot of kids and we didn't hear any noise and it was nice the traffic outside never heard it the whole stay was nice

when we checked in it was so hot in the lobby the ac was broke only in the lobby .. That is our only complaint.also no one told us about being charged to park 22$..

The staff was very knowledgeable, And helpful . The room was very clean.. The fitness room was very well-maintained.

That the swimming pool was not open. I don’t know who I talk to when I called when I first made the reservations. And found out I could only park one vehicle on the premises. And ask, where I would park a second vehicle at. Said I had to find a place to park it they didn’t have places… this was on the phone, so I’d really don’t know who I talk to… just didn’t like the idea I cannot have both vehicles on the premises.

Close to the events that we were going to. Very close to the great resteraunts as well as bars.

Under construction so it was a bit congested with equipment and supplies. Some things was closed off and not available. Was booked on the third floor an and was supposed to have 2 beds. Only had one bed.

Great location if you like to go out bar hopping on Carson Street. Parking is on site and $22 a night which is cheaper than some out here. Decent sized room. Friendly staff. Room had Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash pumps in shower. Not a bad place to stay for a few nights at a decent price.

Hotel is outdated and needs work- rust/stained tub, need exhaust fans in bathrooms, old elevators, mini fridge didn't close right, air conditioning could be colder, pool was closed. Nothing too crazy.

Staff was fabulous. Professional. Helpful. Went the extra mile. I traveled with about 15 friends. We All rode bicycles from Washington DC to Pittsburg so we were road- weary and ready for a comfortable hotel. Also there were several big events going on in the city at the same time...a major country concert, the PRIDE Festival & parade, a major art street fair and more. Still the staff kept their cool amid lots of travelers and hectic last minute arrivals, departures, etc.

The main area in our room with the beds was clean and nice. The staff was also great, and so was the breakfast. Good location near pitt night life.

The bathroom was dirty, especially the shower/bathtub. The elevators I needed to pray for my life bc they were so scarey lol. When u step in the elevator, the whole.thing sways back and forth. The only steps we saw said "fore door, keep door closed", so we didn't want to use those stairs in case an alarm or something went off.

The breakfast could have been a little better and longer hours such as 630am to 1030am....Only one elevator was working in the entire hotel which made it difficult to go from the lobby to the 6th floor with my disabled mother. When I reserved my room i requested a handicap accessible room and that was not given to us. At time of check in they ran out of keys and i was told that i would have to wait till later in the evening to come back to my room after attending an event that was not over till 1030pm at night. Thank goodness for a nice gentleman in the lobby offering up one of his keys for me to check in before the event.

Better customer relations

I loved how spacious the rooms were and the beds were super comfortable. We also had a little sofa which I haven’t gotten at other hotels for a higher price. The bathroom had a lot of counter space and an extra hairdryer!! Also, the staff were super sweet and welcoming.

Our fridge didn’t work and we had to pay for parking.
