I liked the location it is walking distance to mostly everything. I booked with sakura access and it was definitely worth the upgrade. The Sakura club Team did an incredible job from our first night to the last day of stay.Shout out to Tom for accommodating us when we arrived in Sakura club,Our flight was delayed and we just made on time to have the Sakura complimentary dinner. Everyone in Sakura club were very friendly. Marco, Mekides and Marlon were always giving their exceptional service. Also Tierney was outstanding. The room is very spacious and room service was excellent. Overall was great. I just hope the breakfast buffet would also have different menu everyday. I’d like to have pancake but wasn’t an option but it wasn’t a big deal tho. I would definitely come back and recommend the hotel with my friends.

Everything except the check in

Check in was terrible . I arrived at 6:30pm my junior suite was NOT ready and they had me wait for a whole hour before I got my suite. I asked to speak to the duty manager he never showed up I left my number he/she never called . Not what I expected

This is our 4th time staying at the Conrad in DC and everytime we are just as impressed. The Customer service here is unmatchable. Me and my fiance love staying at difference hotlels for date nights and this is the only one we come back to. The location is perfect, food is great, and the rooms are always beautiful from the suites to just a basic king. We will keep coming back and recommend to spend the money to stay here.

Front desk check out lady not requesting me to enter pin for my foreign card on check out even after I asked and initially claiming card had insufficient funds which was absolutely not the case, then calling us back out of the lift to do exactly that and not taking responsibility for her oversight. I don’t think it would be habitual but it suck out because the rest of the service was professional, thorough, seamless and friendly. A tad pricey but much, much, better value for money than the Conrad NYC.

The room was very spacious and well equipped. All the equipment were brand new and worked perfectly and bedding was very comfortable. Not to mention, the room was properly kept clean by the non-intrusive and efficient cleaning service. The restaurant and bars (including the roof-top bar in summer) offered qualitative, tasty and varied cuisine regardless the time of the day (breakfast, lunch or dinner). The hotel facilities are well maintained and the service is proactive. The location is also very convenient: 15min walk from the National Mall or the White House. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Conrad Washington and I would definitely consider including this hotel in my future travel plan in D.C. I would really recommend it for either business or leisure travelers who are looking for a nice place to stay in Washington D.C.

In my opinion the only down side of this hotel could be the lack of swimming pool. Apart from that, nothing to complain whatsoever.

The hotel is in great location, short walks in all directions and to restaurants. Quality service and mostly helpful staff. The room was big enough, quiet and had great shower and very good toiletries.

There was some mistake made by staff when checking in - a promise to add my stay to my account. However on checkout day - another person got my invoice by email and the hotel has still not added my stay to my account. Worst was trying to tell me to call the hotel (some international service number I think!) in stead of resolving the matter on the spot.

The staff was amazing and helpful. Also, the location was perfect for my purpose of visiting, going to the NBA game, shopping, and dining out. Everything was in walking distance.

The fact that you weren't able to experience the roof views in the off-season was a bummer. I thought I would be able to go out there even though the bar was closed. That was actually one of rhe main reasons why I chose the hotel for my trip.

The Conrad is my favorite place to stay in DC. The location is perfect for good food and shopping and was a 5 min uber drive to Mastros/ The club Living Room. We had a delay gettin in our room and they gave us a $50 credit for dining/drinks. The staff was exceptionally friendly and checked in multiple times to find out how we were doing. They surprised my fiancé with a Birthday bottle of Champagne and Chocolates. We stayed in the King suite and had a gorgeous panoramic view. This was the second time I have stayed here and it exceeding my expectations. I will most definitely return.

Everything was excellent

Very friendly and inviting staff who always went out of their way to make you feel welcome and listened to. Very roomy and clean room with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. Ever. Amenities were great, restaurant and bar was exceptional.

There was nothing that I didn’t like and I would stay here again and 100% recommend this property.

The Conrad was amazing! The staff was amazing and the hotel was beautiful.

The only thing I didn't like was: 1.) My early check-in was honored 2.) I wasn't able to check in at check-in 3:00pm because the hotel was very busy and the housekeeping was behind because of the high volume of customers. However, the hotel made up for this providing others services to me free of charge, and I even received a little gift & card from the staff, once again apologizing for my inconvenience.
