The room was clean and spacious. Great outdoor pool. Nice location. Close to the Ridgefield amphitheater and lots of restaurants close by to choose from.

Vending machines weren't stocked and ice machine was out of service ice. Sounds petty, but we got back after midnight from our concert and would have liked ice, bottled water and a snack.

The room was very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable! I had accidentally booked the room for a Monday, but arrived on Sunday and the clerk at the counter was extremely nice and helpful about it. The breakfast was also good with a nice variety of choices.

If there was anything to complain about, it would be that the A/C took a while to cool the room off. It was also an unseasonably hot day for the area, so we found it understandable.

We traveled in July and appreciated having an outdoor pool. The building does block the sun after 6/6:30, so that may be a consideration if you're planning on using the pool. Breakfast included fruit, yogurt, cold and hot cereal and waffles among other things. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quite large!

The room had an odd smell like they cleaned the carpet, but didn't allow the room to air out afterward. The hotel is located behind a car lot, so you have to watch for the driveway. It's more like an alley way to the property. Pretty minor drawbacks all in all.

Extremely comfortable bed, great continental breakfast, hot tub was nice & great customer service.

We stayed on the 2nd floor and there must’ve been some kind of roof leak as water dripped from the bathroom vent fan the entire time.

Very clean room and hallways. Front desk person very nice. Breakfast was good, two types of make-it-yourself waffles. At least 4 kinds of juice to choose from. Quiet location despite being on a main road. Close to food, gas, groceries

Entrance/driveway is kind of hard to see. I think a small auto dealer is right next door. On the other side I think is a restaurant. The hotel sign is tall, and very visible, but not the driveway.

Staff were so helpful and kind. I was allowed to charge my plug in hybrid overnight. Reception staff happily washed my coffee mug when the washroom was closed in main area. Did it so thoroughly and willingly. Unpretentious but comfy, friendly and great value

Would have preferred a ground floor room - i should have asked

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, there were a variety of channels to choose from, the breakfast was hot, ample, and delicious, and the staff was very polite and accommodating. And a bonus was that there is a bar and grill right next door to eat and have a drink without having to get out and drive.

The noise from the people in other rooms was disturbing, and some of the people around there were asking for cigarettes.

Dogs on one side of the room and across the hall barked at every thing then the people coming and going all night into the morning with no disregard for any quiet time talking loud and very fast I did manage to get a couple hrs of sleep in. Thanks .put a microwave in the buffet room to soften the cold butter to spread it especially toast just a thought .

The cast members were great, location was in a nice look zone, room was very clean, Free Wifi, Free Coffee Machine in the lobby.

A lot of homeless people around the building and smoking in public areas, the breakfast was too simple, just 2 options.
