Like all Address hotels, the facilities were top-notch, offering a luxurious stay with modern amenities. The location was also amazing.

disappointing service. Despite the hotel's impressive amenities, the staff failed to deliver a satisfactory level of service. 1st day I ordered in-room dining for the kids.. it was very late so I called the front desk they apologized and promised to fix the issue.. 10 mins later I had to call again because I didn’t hear back from them and did not receive my food. After 5 mins they called and asked me to wait 7 more minutes so I had to cancel because kids were very tired and slept without eating. 2nd day I asked for Ice. It took them more than 30 mins and 2-3 follow up calls to bring it. 3rd day we needed help with our luggage, again it took them forever to show up.. the service is horrible.

The breakfast items are limited They are clearly understaffed during breakfast. Location is a bet isolated. There is some construction around. Gym has no view. They charge for kids club!!! This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in that charges for kids club after the 1st hour. It's usually free. I was really disappointed especially that it's an Address hotel.

The breakfast service is very poor. They take very long time to make your food or even cup of coffee to get ready. Every days same issue. Also the break lfast staff are not very supportive

Club Lounge was the best option for me and exceeded my expectations in quality compared to other hotels in Dubai which had a lower quality versions of club lounge access. The Address has wonderful selection that accommodates everyone and nice choice of soft and hard beverages. It is nice when wanting to stick closer to the hotel. I found it helped me relax more during my stay. The Staff at the Club Lounge made my stay especially Abrahim and Samri were my stand out two! Abrahim always was making sure I was taken care of. Extremely appreciative of that. Informed me of fireworks that I didn’t know about so all this was wonderful! Nice around the holiday season. I would have missed out if he didn’t say. So that was great! I wish them all wonderful time on their days off or to have more lol but I was so grateful when meeting them that they were working each day of my stay. For me to see them there when I stopped into the lounge - I enjoyed that very much. There were others who are doing a great job but I didn’t get everyone’s name. Also, a Shout out to Mounir as well! (Helped with my luggage super kind and informative) The Orchids too! On each table was incredible. Honestly they are the biggest I have seen. Far Outdoing Emirates first class even. So beautiful. I couldn’t stop photographing them. Nice complimentary buggy they have to show you around the marina creek area. Breakfast is lovely with a wide selection of cheeses, pastries, salads, their Fruit selection was the best (the only place that slightly out doing them in some ways regarding healthier or more choices is The W ) But are far far surpassing NH Collection or SO/ - that is for sure. I ended up not dining out as much as I did at other hotels or my time here, as this was the end of my trip and I was tired. So I’ll leave that up to others! I would recommend though.

I was surprised by the level of noise transfer between rooms from above or the hallway... But when mentioned Anastasia was lovely and sympathetic in helping to make a change in rooms and selected a room that remedied this for me. the change made a significant difference in noise level and my rest/sleep during my stay. I recommend also not doing generic responses on here for feedback, as I notice repetition regardless of feedback. People take the time to do this, please ensure there is some originality or sincerity in response - to ensure you read it.

This was the first time I stay in address grand creek harbour, as usual in any hotel first impression is the reception process I would like to thank mr Fareed it took him few minutes to get me a room and he escorted me to the room to make sure that I’m satisfied he explained everything to me with a big smile on his face I tried to tip him he refused that Thank you Fareed and to be fair all the staff standard is very high Very professional

I had a wonderful stay at Address Creek Harbour. The experience was truly exceptional, with stunning views of the creek and the iconic Burj Khalifa. One of the highlights was the beautiful promenade along the Creek Marina, just steps away from the hotel — perfect for enjoying the relaxing atmosphere and scenic surroundings. I would like to especially thank Dennis for his outstanding support and hospitality — he was incredibly polite, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. I truly appreciate his kindness and excellent service.

The bed and pillows are not comfortable. The club lounge should have more choices throughout the day, also it shouldn’t be closing at 8pm.
