The hotel is beautiful and close to the airport, the swimming pool is spacious and clean and there is a fountain in the middle of the pool which gives enjoyment while swimming, there is also food and drink service at the pool, the pool is surrounded by beautiful gardens, the room is beautiful and the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious, the hotel staff are friendly whether at the reception or at the pool or room service, check in and check out procedures are easy, there is a free transportation service to and from the airport and City Center mall, the breakfast is excellent but not varied every day the food is the same, thank you Millennium Airport Hotel

I arrived very late after a flight delay from Muscat. I was obviously upgraded because my bedroom was HUGE and very comfortable. The bathroom was larger than some bedrooms I've stayed in. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and good, freshly prepared food. The complimentary shuttle bus to the airport was very much appreciated and extremely efficient.

I didn't like that Booking.com did not show the correct price. I booked the hotel based on the price shown on the Booking.com website but ended up paying quite a bit more after four separate taxes were added to the original price. Booking.com should show the actual price a customer will have to pay. It was very misleading. It was also quite embarrassing querying the price with the reception staff. They said this happens a lot as Booking.com always fail to advise customers of the actual price.

My family and I spent 6 nights in this hotel. Everything was great: great room, great staff and great cleaning. I want to thank the wonderful team at the reception, who immediately solved our minor problems. Great job! I want to thank the cleaner named Amnul (I might have mixed up the name a little, sorry) for the perfect cleaning of the room and for the animal figures made of towels. My child was happy! This was our second stay in this hotel and we liked almost everything.

The hotel has very thin walls between the rooms and all nights we slept very badly. At four o'clock in the morning we had to call the reception and ask for help. The breakfasts are a bit monotonous, but tasty and rich.

He remained available throughout the day and was incredibly accommodating, even with last-minute changes to my meeting schedule. His ability to adapt without compromising on service quality or punctuality was remarkable. I highly recommend to speak with Shahroz for any premium and reliable transportation in Dubai.

I recently had a truly wonderful stay at the Millennium Airport Hotel, made special by the exceptional service from three members of your staff. My positive experience began at check-in. The receptionist, **Sacshin**, was incredibly helpful, polite, and efficient, setting a great first impression for my visit. A minor incident occurred when water was accidentally spilled on my bed. I contacted the front desk for assistance, and the response was impeccable. The **Floor Supervisor, Miss Hydee**, handled my request with great urgency and professionalism. She immediately dispatched a member of her team to help. The housekeeping attendant, **Sint**, arrived promptly. She was exceptionally kind, understanding, and handled the entire situation with a calm and professional demeanor. She swiftly changed all the bed linens, ensuring everything was fresh and perfect again in no time. Her efficiency and positive attitude turned a potential inconvenience into a non-issue. I was so impressed with the teamwork between Sacshin, Miss Hydee, and Sint. It’s clear that the hotel has a culture of excellent guest care where every team member is dedicated to ensuring a comfortable stay. Because of their outstanding service, my stay was extremely enjoyable and comfortable. I will definitely be returning on my next trip and would highly recommend this hotel to others. We stayed at this hotel as a one-night stopover on two occasions this month. The first was after our flight from Australia on the way to Barcelona and the second was before our return flight from Dubai to Australia. On both occasions our rooms were upgraded which was greatly appreciated and unexpected. The rooms were spacious, clean and importantly the air conditioning was good. The service at reception was excellent and a lovely gentleman assisted us with our luggage. Unfortunately, our stay was limited due to the connecting flights but we enjoyed our time there. On both occasions we did have an evening meal which was good. The hotel also offered a shuttle service which we utilised on our trips to the airport.

This is an excellent hotel. Even though it's very close to the airport, there's no noise from flights. I arrived just after 10 a.m., and I was able to check in immediately, which was great after an overnight flight. My room was upgraded to a suite, which was spacious and very comfortable. Facilities are great, with a number of options for food and drink. I loved Biggles Pub, which has great staff and service. Breakfast had plenty of options from the buffet and cooked eggs to order. The pool area is quite big, with plenty of space for relaxing, plus a pool bar. Lighting at night was brilliant. Hotel areas were spotless, and Housekeeping did a great job cleaning my room.

Breakfast Excellent; Room: Hanzala was an exceptional professional cleaner and very sweet. He really was always appropriate and we always looked forward to a well cleaned and welcoming room. He was also very respectful and always had a smile and promoted the hotel. Joan at the reception area was also the best making us very comfortable and attending to our needs with emphasis on the hotels regulations. Overall, staff helped with answers to questions we had. Proximity to airport was the best and the convenience of taxi to places was good. Housekeeping responded immediately to a complaint.

One of the cleaners did not clean our room well on a particular day. He had just laid the bed and left the carpet and bathroom uncleaned. He might be new and not well trained and did not seem to understand English well. That sometimes children were running around and touching things in the breakfast room and screaming. Staff should take charge reminding parents of expectations during these hours so we can sit and enjoy food and a nicely set environment

This hotel was exceptional value for money, all areas of the hotel were clean. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The pool area was very well designed and a great place to cool down. The location was very close to the airport and with the excellent free airport shuttle this will definitely be our choice of hotel for a short stopover on our travels. The staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we have had and we have tried a lot of buffets. Would highly recommend this hotel.
