We absolutely love Park Hyatt! It is our #1 staycation destination. Excellent people (thank you for your hospitality and friendliness, Manuel and Mariam - our ever best experience makers!), exellent managment (you can see managers and GM everywhere), outstanding F&B (my fav breakfasy on Eartht!), spacious room, lovely pools, attention to kids (I appreciate how clean and new baby chairs around the property!). Our son was swimming in the attention, smiles and good vibes of this awesome property! Well Done, PH team. We love you all! Marina, Qais and little Elias.

I cannot mention any negative point! Perhabs, the pool is too cold for our family, but we are too sensitive to the cold.

Room was a good size, I don't take breakfast so no comment there. Location is a good distance from downtown Dubai, but that's why I like it, much quieter

There was a fight between a drunken guest and the staff outside our room on the Sunday, I have never experienced this in an Arab country. It took us calling the front desk before security were called and the individual was escorted away. A shame the property is attracting that type of customer I used my Hyatt gold card to register for points when checking in, when checking out I was told that as I had not stayed at a Hyatt for 2 years all my points (which were considerable) had been wiped. I explained a concept called Covid which has resulted in severe travel restrictions, but to no avail. No reflection on this hotel, but I will avoid Hyatt going forward

I would like to say thank you to a few members at the hotel for making the stay absolutely wonderful. The front desk assistant Liezel was so lovely in guiding me around the hotel, giving restaurant recommendations and her general demeanour was always polite and helpful. Thanks Aishwarya for paying attention to details and also adding the most beautiful flower arrangements in the room. The breakfast team, chefs, waiters and personnel for their lovely effort and delicious fresh food. The entire cleaning team for making the room spotless, fresh and organized.

20 years already...but a jewel! Good facilities, central location, quiet and enjoyable. The hotel is very nice designed and furnished, much greenery, 2 lagoons + 1 pool. Spacious rooms (in other hotels this is considered as suite). Various restaurant options and delicious breakfast with attention to details.

Let the guests enjoy their breakfast, please :). Attention and service are always great, but do not 'room' around the table every 2 minutes to ask if something else is needed or to clear every tiny piece of tissue/packing/paper/dish. This turned into disturbing instead of attention/service.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the amazing staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind — the service was outstanding. The facilities are excellent: the hotel grounds are spacious and beautifully arranged, with well-separated areas for families and for guests traveling without children, which I personally found very valuable. The gym is great, with a dedicated cardio space and a separate strength training area. Breakfasts were another highlight — a wide selection of à la carte options and a high-quality buffet, everything I tried was delicious and well-prepared. Special thanks to Anson to such a hospitality and kindness!

The beach (lagoon), although managed by an external company, still is a part of the hotel’s facilities. It was unexpected to find that some sunbeds required an extra fee, especially since this was not communicated upfront by the beach staff and the beach was quite empty throughout the day. Also, the food ordered at the beach was just average — perfectly fine, but definitely not on the same level as the dining experience in the rest of the hotel.

It would be hard to fault this hotel except for one thing - see below

In 2021 the management of the adults-only lagoon pool was subcontracted out. This means that very loud music is played at this lovely pool throughout the day. This not only affects one's enjoyment of the pool itself but the music can be heard throughout the hotel - in the rooms - at the other pool etc... The "day guests" at the lagoon pool seem to dominate it in terms of numbers and service provided to them. I can see it is a fun day out for groups of friends but it is not suitable for such large numbers of them to be at the flagship pool of the hotel. Also, as there is no keycard access to the hotel buildings or the floors with rooms, these day-use clubbers have access to all areas of the hotel. I think this is a security issue.

Proximity to the airport .. The restaurants in the hotel are amazing the curries at the cinnamon club are prob the best I’ve ever had , the steaks at Asado also great . TBH every one of them I couldn’t fault and the staff always happy and helpful .. Spiros , Dimi , Alex and the team at Twiggy beach club made sure everyday was perfect . Loved that place

The rooms are tired and in need of a spruce up and this is coming soon I’m told .. having 2 dogs in the next room was a first for me in Dubai . I love dogs but not when they are barking and taking them out in the middle of the night slamming doors .. not great .

Had never stayed here even though I’ve lived in Dubai for 26 years and have been lucky enough to stay at many of Dubai’s luxury resorts. We were literally blown away by the attention to detail, literally each and every staff member going above and beyond (housekeeping, concierge, Bharat at reception who was extremely helpful and accommodating for a few requests we had). Breakfast at Brasserie du Park, lunch at a Noepe and dinner at the Thai Kitchen were each exceptional. Well done to the management for creating such a special place with a winning team!

Amazing Stay, from the check in Special mention to Manuel and All for the team until the late check out really appreciate , every moment was incredible experience, front office really give you feeling you come home and it was my first stay, room service thanks a lot to Zeechan who take care my amazing room with a beautiful view, excellent Thaï restaurant, Amazing time in family pool area with mention spéciale for Elisabeth & Mellissa & Félix manage day pass for my friends come share the day with me, beautiful sunset and dinner at the cinnamon restaurant also coffee and Tea in a lobby really nice and I forgot the name but very service. And the Best & Unforgettable traitement facial with Ibu Dyan and happiness of this lady, beautiful Spa with super nice Team and Manager of the spa so Thanks a lot for All of the Amazing Team, congratulations to the GM you can be proud of your Team and I will be back hopefully soon and for my opinion in Dubaï now definitely park hyatt creeks is my new favorite place, this place is more than hotel is Home 🙏🙏🙏 Géraldine
