Very good breakfast - lovely selection to suit all tastes. Helpful waiter. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming and advised us of a local walk which was perfect for us. Good size room which was very clean and comfortable. Nice tea and coffee making facilities. Location is wonderful and so quiet. We enjoyed drinks at the bar. Plenty of parking Great shower

Little sound proofing, so we could hear low level noise from next door (just some coughing and plugs being put into sockets but it did make me wonder what it would be like with a noisy neighbour) My salmon/eggs breakfast was under whelming (a bit bland and also tepid in temperature) whereas the full English looked really good. All other breakfast food was great!

Loved the location, loved how staff communication was including the lovely lady who cleaned our room and asked permission to enter while we were at breakfast. The breakfast was divine. Also the two different men serving breakfast were brilliant and had excellent customer service.

The unfortunate smell of the hot tub when it first comes on smells like sewage and it is unfortunate that everything is in complete darkness after 11pm, it is eery as it is in complete darkness surrounded by farmland we also had the hotel to ourselves for the first night so was actually quite scary to go outside after 11pm. The bed in the hart suite was quite firm and hard which was disappointing but I suppose that can be a personal preference as some people like the mattress like this.

It was tucked away just far enough from the motorways and was peaceful and very quiet. The food, accommodation and facilities were excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and would recommend people to visit.

It would have been a little difficult to find without satnav and check in could have been earlier, although due to congestion on the M1 this was less of a problem than it could have been.

We had such a lovely stay at the white Hart, our only problem was, in the morning on Sunday we went down to breakfast around 08.10am, my husband and I were left waiting nearly 40 minutes for our breakfast to arrive, when my porridge finally did arrive it was barely lukewarm, that made our experience just a little less enjoyable. The rest was lovely, our evening meal was really nice and the room was very pleasant

The setting and surroundings of the hotel are amazing. The staff are out of this world friendly polite and nothing is too much trouble, they go above and beyond to help you. They're accommodating and attentive. Food was very delicious and tasty with a good selection. The facilities are excellent, showers are large and the water pressure was powerful. The beds were comfortable, with pillows soft but supporting and duvets soft but warm. Towels/linen smelt wonderfully fresh. The room was very clean with great views over the idyllic gardens. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room and large TV (if needed). Breakfast was included in room rate which was a nice touch and very reasonable rate for the venue setting. Overall the exceptionally friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere of the venue were completely amazingly.

Staff were always happy to deal with any requests. For instance, when we asked for extra tea bags in the room, they were provided immediately and without any question.

The breakfast was disappointing especially on the Saturday morning when the restaurant was busy. The sausage and bacon was undercooked, all 4 of the poached eggs served to our table were overcooked, and the whole meal was cold. Having said that, the waiter took our comments on board and offered a replacement.

Location and building is stunning. The staff were very friendly. I loved that the rooms felt like a bedroom and not a hotel room. It was really cozy and felt like home. The bed was the most comfortable bed i’ve ever slept in. There was a function going on in the evening, but we were told about it before our stay and it didn’t cause any inconvenience to us. The breakfast was wonderful with a variety to choose from. Very tasty. I actually can’t wait to return!

The location was lovely; countryside surrounded (including a Alpaca we could see from our window) There was plenty of parking and the staff made checking in very easy including booking us a table at the restaurant for dinner as we arrived around 7pm and I checked reservations online prior and couldn’t get a space. Our room was a nice size with a king size bed, the shower was spacious and powerful! A gorgeous gift basket was left in our room which was a fabulous touch. Would 100% return here again if in the area.

There was nothing about our room that we didn’t like, it had everything we needed and we are overall very happy with our stay.

Room was beautiful.

Unfortunately my eggs were snotty at breakfast and the waitress left us standing a long time waiting to be seated then had to ask her to take our order as she took other people's who had arrived after us. This it not ideal when you have a 3 year old to keep sitting at a table. Also the waitress did not seem happy to serve or help us. Also lighting not great at the mirrors in the room to do make up.

The location was ideal to travel to nearby attractions. It was a very clean hotel. Every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful. We would especially like to thank Nathan. The food at the hotel was exceptional and good portion sizes. My daughter especially enjoyed the tapas. The cocktails were good, too. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a really relaxing weekend. Thank you.
