The Staff were exceptional. My husband was in for Cancer Treatment that day & when I went to book into the hotel I was in a sad state. Kira one of the staff, gave me a hug & said that they will do anything to help. I mentioned that I have to go out in the evening to collect him & would my parking space still be there because he wouldn’t be able to walk that far, she said the parking gets pretty bad but to come & see her or other member of the team & they would sort something. Upon returning with my husband at 9pm, they were no spaces available :( As soon as a member of staff saw me entering the hotel, she said “don’t worry we have it sorted!” She came out & moved her car from the front entrance. I think they had planned this in advance for us. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING. I felt very fortunate to have booked this hotel at such a vulnerable time.
Nothing it was great.

We were offered a choice of floors; the staff managed our expectations about being able to park our van outside, so we left it at the Park and Ride; the breakfast was pretty good, though nothing flash. I realised I have stayed here before - I remembered the bathroom doors with two locking positions, which is great when you're travelling with a family. We found the short path down to the river, which gave us a lovely peaceful walk back into the thick of it.
Nothing to see outside our window, though a nice view of the churchyard on the way down the stairs. No black pudding at breakfast!

The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast although busy gave a good choice of food for the different nationalities staying there. Parking was limited but we managed to secure a spot for the duration of our stay. The hotel was within walking distance of the city centre and the bus service was regular
Several guests had dogs, which they brought into the restaurant during meal times. Although they were mostly well behaved I could see that not everybody appreciated them being there and at least one had "an accident" in the foyer, which the owner cleaned up after them.

Bed, Aircon, Location, Breakfast, Staff.
Parking fee is rediculous espevially after paying for the day and coming back and no spaces then yold to park in a slot signed NO parking. No safe or small fridge in the room at the price and brand it shud be standard. Used to be a microwave in the lobby with conduments that has gone. Breakfast section carpet dirty with food dropped all around. Was given a disabled\wheelchair access room initially not very clean and no reason for it just trying to pass me off with it. I get the impression that booking.com get treated differently to other members from listening to others checking in.

The room was super nice and I think had been refurbished since we last stayed. Immaculate fixtures and fittings, a super view from the 3rd floor up to the Robbie Williams concert ! The bathroom was brand new with good quality fittings and everything was so clean, that is really important to us. Also the ability to park (although you could do with more parking spaces) is a big advantage and we were on the right side of the City for our daughter's Uni. Almost all of your staff were super happy and friendly from the Reception staff to the housekeeping staff to the Restaurant Manager for breakfast.
We had to park our car in an unmarked space and then move it to a marked bay later. I think guest's staying should have a parking bay allocation which they can pre-book as if you have, like us, driven all the way from Kent and then have to spend time finding another car park that could be a bit stressful. One of the waiters at breakfast (and only one) was a bit dismissive when I asked politely for more plates, she just pointed at the plates at the far back of the cabinet which wasn't in sight for guests and just pulled them forward and walked off, she seemed a bit annoyed at the request. The breakfast was ok but seemed a bit limited. More fresh fruit would have been nice as there was only berry compote.

The staff were amazing. So friendly and couldn’t do enough for us and made a fuss over the dog and kids. The breakfast was really nice and varied and really organised considering there were many people. It was very clean, and actually not bad size considering there was four of us and a dog in one room. The hotel is in a very good proximity to the city centre by car and great parking facilities though a little pricey. And a great Indian restaurant opposite the hotel which I highly recommend.
The parking was a bit pricey even with the discount. And the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Like - Easy and early check in, comfortable bed, fast WiFi, super dark room at night, decent breakfast, decent walking distance to Oldfield Park train station, near to Brougham Hayes bus stop, Dislike - Sofa bed is not that comfortable for adult. Location is very far from Bath Spa train station, old TV, loud air conditioner, vegan sausages were not served (need to be asked every time), no vegan/vegetarian/halal bacon, door lock ran out of battery which made us trapped outside, friendly staff, the water here tastes funny compared to other places in UK, pancake machine was too slow and the sizes of pancakes were inconsistent. No fruits were served on the first day, and on the second day, apples and oranges were served, with one untouched banana, as it has too many black spots.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, and I was pleased to see that a discount on parking was available for guests—definitely a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference. Food and drinks were reasonably priced, and the room was clean and tidy, just as you’d hope. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for money.
We had a lovely stay overall—the room was clean, comfortable, and well-presented. The only issue we encountered was with the shower. Unfortunately, the plug in our room was blocked, which caused the shower floor to fill up quite quickly. This meant we had to keep our showers shorter than usual to avoid any overflow or potential leaks. Hopefully, this is something that can be easily resolved for future guests.

Staff were lovely.. very helpful and saw to things straight away..no being ignored or we will sort it out but never bother or do it 5 hours later. Food allergies catered for and staff sorted out the fancy coffee machine which ran out of milk as soon as they were told. Free breakfast was great.
Cashless hotel...Expensive digital parking machine on check in..£17.50 that's the guest price if you're staying up to 24 hours but £100 without a guest code!! We were late arriving and needed to check in and leave straight away and when you're tired and or have a disability..it was a hassle.. blue badge spaces available but same price..

The rooms were clean spacious comfortable and well maintained. The free breakfast was delicious and ideal to start a busy day for touring. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be extremely helpful. We had a birthday and cut a cake and while leaving we were not able to pack it. We just checked with the receptionist if they had a box. She checked and came back with multiple options and arranged a box for us. She even offered to put the cake in a fridge for us until we left. I especially liked that the location was precise for uber drop offs which ensured uber drivers dropped us off at the entrance of the reception and not just the entrance of the property.
