Great location - easy walk to shops, restaurants and attractions. The majority of the staff were very friendly and efficient. Bar service was very good. Our room was on the top floor and was very spacious with comfortable beds.

The lock was unfortunately broken on the bedroom door and I always like to lock my hotel room as a safety precaution. Also there was a problem with some of the power sockets not working but overall the room was very good. The Sunday reception staff were unfortunately much to be desired - surly and unfriendly - completely different to the staff we met on the previous 2 days in the reception and bar. I would suggest the management look into this - unfriendly, grumpy hotel staff are very off putting to guests - there are lots of alternative hotels to stay in Belfast!!

Location was excellent, clean hotel, good value, staff were great. Shout to the beautiful red head behind the bar, very happy and smiley

I’d requested chocolates and Prosecco for the room for my girlfriend’s birthday (additional cost of £30 ish)Thought they would be in the room as a surprise for her, disappointed when checking in, the member of staff shouted to to the bar to bring a bottle and glasses over and pulled a box from under the desk, ruined the moment haha. The Sunday desk staff weren’t as happy as the other members we came across. And the room safe didn’t work

The breakfast on the first morning was not that great. We had breakfast again on the Monday and it was brilliant. The hotel is in a super central location and very easy to walk or get a Uber for transport.

We had a very noisy adjoining room at 4 in the morning and had to phone the main desk to ask for help to get them to quiet down. They still kept laughing and talking over a phone once someone spoke to them and went. Needs a better sound proofing door between the rooms. Took a while to get back to sleep. The rubbish bin was not emptied and the towels were not replaced as requested but soon rectified after calling the receptionist.

Breakfast was good value plenty of choice, fresh and tasty. Room was a good size, clean and the bonus was we could check in and get into our room on arrival 10:15am. Nice to be able to get extra beverages instead of having to ask every time. Staff at reception, breakfast and restaurant all friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was excellent for what we wanted and not in the thick of the city which we liked.

Some other guests were loud and nosy, banging doors and didn’t respect the quiet signs around the corridors when coming in late at night, shame as otherwise excellent hotel. May be a reminder to guests when checking in to respect others.

Stayed with 3 friends for 1 night midweek as we were going to a show in SSE Arena. Excellent communication with reception staff from start to finish. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. We had dinner, menu and food was excellent. Breakfast was impressive. Excellent variety. 1 of my friends is Celiac and this if first hotel we have stayed in that there was a special menu for both dinner & breakfast for her. Staff were well educated on her requirements also. We were all very impressed with this. Will definitely stay again next time in Belfast and would not hesitate in recommending Ramada by Wyndham Belfast to family and friends.

Good clean rooms.

Staff need customer training courses. Staff ignore customers at bar and at tables. Staff say back in a minute. Don't return. Forget to take food or drink orders. All seam to think they are to bussy but the bar/restaurant was only about half full. Seen staff ignore other tables and customer. Really really bad service. And no excuse for it. Management obviously not taking on previous complaints as I a sure there have being plenty before this one. Do better!!

Very nice and warm welcome to the Hotel by Rachel who was working on the front desk. And answered all my questions with warmth and patience. Also a lovely man Tomas who worked the night shift was very helpful in ordering me a taxi for the Airport the next day. And the taxi was all ready for me the next day like being in a film. Also to I think his name is Allan or a slightly different spelling was also very helpful.

Sometimes my Tv Remote didn’t work I didn’t spend much time in the room as was out working so when I came back just wanted to chill and watch telly but I had to sometimes really press the buttons hard to change the channel. And then sometimes it just didn’t work at all. That’s really the only negative thing everything else was great, I loved my room and the bed was so comfortable and had the best sleeps.

The location is excellent, close to all amenitites and not very much noise. The bedroom was spotlessly clean but a little bit dated. Loved the bathroom deisgn - it was so clean, bright and modern. We only had a view of the car park but it did help to keep the room quiet. The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly and always acknowleged us with eye contact, a nod of the head or a smile. The cleaning staff were equally friendly, and acknowleded all guests, even though they were working very hard.

The room decor is dated and could do with a freshen up.

The Ramada met our expectations. The room was clean, the staff was welcoming, and the location was ideal. The walk from the train station was about 20 minutes. From the hotel, we walked to the Titanic Experience (0.8 mile) across the river. We were also able to be at City Hall within 15 minutes where met our tour guides for both our Giant's Causeway and Black Taxi Tour. The hotel can also schedule a Black Taxi tour, but you must pay in cash. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Belfast!

Staff were lovely, Victoria on the front desk was very cool when we checked out, as was the Irish girl on arrival - super helpful, nothing was a bother to assist with. The room was of good size, with plenty of room. The shower lovely and powerful, and hot.

The bathroom in the room definitely needed a fan, too steamed up after shower, plus bathroom smells lingered in the room. Shampoo combined with body wash not good for your hair, needed to be separate shampoo. Breakfast had all basis covered cold and hot, although the soda bread was rock hard, as was the hash browns - almost inedible.
