This was my first time at a naturist resort, and I really didn't know what to expect. I know it won't be my last time as I found this place, and my experience such an amazing experience which I would like to repeat for the rest of my life. The staff and hotel have special qualities and is well run and very professional. Please give it a go as you will not regret it and will return many times as I will do. All staff are extra friendly and expertly trained, areas are nice and clean, extras provided when needed. No need to leave the property as everything can be found on site.

There was nothing to complain about.

The meals were tasty.

The cost for breakfast could have been explained better. It felt like we were being steamrolled into paying for the most expensive breakfast & when we mentioned it later we were told that we didn't have to eat all of it. No offer of a refund for the larger breakfast to be replaced for a smaller one. We also believe that we were over charged for our drinks. We had one bottle & one glass of wine, but were charged for two bottles of wine. Also, we were charged for three bottles of beer & we only had two.

All the staff are really welcoming and friendly, especially Lisa. Such a relaxed and chilled vibe. Even the other guests were really nice. The spa facilities are fantastic and the garden is insanely beautiful. We can't wait to visit again

The pillows on the luxury king-size bed were tiny

breakfast very filing had to be finished the location quit open suburban with plenty of greenery and buildings pleasing to look at

People staying in whirlpool very long to chat outloud preventing other guests to enjoy it.

Breakfast and location were brilliant. Flying from Belfast to Egypt and missed our Birmingham Airport connection??? On arrival, we were told of the 'relaxed dress code' and option not to honour the booking -but- we had the most relaxing stay 'ever', due to both the staff and other guests - kindness and consideration!!!
