The location is superb - right in the town centre and very close to Tower, Winter Gardens and North Pier. The facilities in the apartment were excellent - great kitchen with tea, coffee, milk and biscuits left for us. 2 good sized bedrooms, one with a TV, lots of cupboard space and a washing machine. There was a spacious living room with 2 sofas and a table with 4 chairs, and a huge bay window overlooking the street. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property.
Minor issues were that we couldn't get the Sky TV to work, the shower tray was very slippery, and it was difficult to lock the downstairs front door onto the street. None of these had any negative impact on our stay.

I’d never want to stay anywhere else now. Perfect location, perfect host - who even left crisps, biscuits, milk and a pizza! Loved the little touches. The sofas were really comfy, as were the beds - and I LOVED the pillows, best sleep. In the front room, you can hear the street, but it wasn’t too crazy, but then in the bedrooms you can’t hear anything, which I was so grateful for. Can’t fault this apartment, everything was just really lovely and to such a high standard. Thank you so much!
I loved everything, but maybe you could add a little dressing table. But I’m just saying this to fill in the question, as I just loved the whole place.

This really is an amazing hidden gem. Don't be put off that it is above a shop. Its in a perfect location, right near North Pier and a few minutes from The Tower. Great going back to a place, that's more like 'home' instead of a b&b or hotel. Everything you need is there and also milk in the fridge for a well needed cuppa after your journey. We were lucky to park outside, which made the unpacking allot easier. Then moved the car to one of the long stay car parks. The morning we were leaving, again...had spaces outside to load up again. These 90 minute spaces are so handy. Definitely recommend this place.

We stayed in the first floor flat 1. The location was excellent - 11 minutes walk from the railway station, close t the North Pier and Blackpool tower. The bedrooms were at the back of the property so had zero noise. The flat was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and a large spacious lounge. The decor was modern with pale cream walls and tastefull pictures.. There was a window across the whole of the front wall making it bright and airy. It was hot when we were there and the fan helped cool the room down. The kitchen had everything you would need and some extras such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt pepper and oil. All towels dish towels and kitchen cleaning products were also included. The flat was very clean. The WiFi was excellent. This is the best self catering flat we have stayed in in Blackpool.
We had never used a keystore before and at first thought the key was not there as we were looking at the letterbox. We had our grandchildren with us and a couple of plastic tumblets for milk/juice would have been appreciated. We used mugs as we were a bit scared they would break the lovely glasses. It took us 2 days to work out how the large televisin worked and the same with the induction hobcooker. It may be beneficial to provide instructions for oldies like us - google did help.

Lovely huge apartment. Lovely sofas that I wish I had in my own house. Fully fitted kitchen that had everything you could want including a washing machine. There was tea coffee sugar and even fresh milk and biscuits. 2 good sized double bedrooms. A large fan was supplied in the living room which was sooo appreciated in the hot weather. Wish the bedrooms had one each as well as the rooms were very warm. Comfy beds. It was clean and comfy. Good communication from the owners. Very central to all shops and a multi story car park a 5 min walk away as you can't park in front of the apartment.
A mirror in the second bedroom would have been nice. Also maybe a wardrobe in the bedrooms. There was one in the hallway but a little inconvenient when getting dressed in a morning. It was quite noisy on the Saturday night as the apartment is on a street full of bars and restraunts however it wasn't unbearable and shouldn't put you off spending a few days here.

Fantastic apartment. Fitted out with high quality furniture and fittings, more like a home than a holiday apartment. Scrupulously clean, very comfortable and in a great location. Great communication with hosts, rapid responses to questions. Lovely touches like tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and crisps left to welcome us. Hopefully we will be back next year!
The bathroom was a little cool (in February)

Really good communication with the owner, even got to check earlier. Place was nice and clean and they'd left milk biscuits etc for us which was lovely. Loads of room there and was 2 minutes walk from the North pier. Wasn't noisy at night, thankfully, because we had a 3 year old with us. The winter Gardens was round the corner too, we were taking our little one to watch a show, so this was the perfect location for us. Would stay there again, loved it.
Nothing not to like, really.

Brilliant location, very easy to find. Wanted to stay close to the theatre, and this was just perfect. Apartment was chilly when we arrived, but warmed up quickly, perfect for a freezing mid January stay. The bed was so comfy. The apartment had everything we needed without the need for extra frills. The coffee maker and the little pods were a nice extra touch. Both settees were comfy and unlike other places that we have stayed that said they catered for 4 people, this apartment definitely did. Both bedrooms suited 2 couples. And the seating area and dining area was comfortable for our family. We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the bedrooms were at night, in the centre of Blackpool I was expecting it be noisier. I wonder what it would be like in Summer? the bedrooms are at the back of the apartment, which btw is bigger than it looks on the photos, so maybe even then it would be quiet?
Brrr the cold bathroom. If there was a heater we didn`t find it. I would also like to say `the cost`? A little expensive perhaps. I did know in advance, and still chose to book. We found free parking, but if I had had to add the cost of Blackpool parking, its a very expensive town in which to stay. This is not a criticism of that actual apartment, just an observation in general.

Beautiful property, huge space and very comfortable. Great location and everything u need for a comfortable stay.
The only thing was the tv. The reception was poor and there was only freeview channels. It wasn’t a smart tv, so no option to use Netflix/ prime/ Disney plus etc. as an alternative.
