I loved that I was on the top floor, it was so quiet. I attended a party night and you would never have known that in the room. It was blissfully quiet. I live in a rural location,even when we've stayed in 5 star establishments, I struggle to sleep with corridor doors and often noise levels from other guests. I had a delightful sleep and stay. I loved that out traditional breakfast was cooked to order and not buffet style service. I never feel the food is as hot served that way. You had no corridor doors on the top floor left to bang that I noticed . The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly and I found all of the staff very helpful and conscientious. Congratulations on your team of employees. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying again in the future. I have also recommended your hotel to my friends and family. If you are an international traveller, contacting reception for anything is difficult, without having to physically go there, which isn't convenient sometimes. The chat facility with AI answers isn't helpful, and when you ask to contact a human, there is no reply. The room was super hot when we arrived and we didn't realise that it was heating only in the room. Once that was figured out, all was OK with the wind open. It really would help to have a bit more info in the rooms.

We had a fantastic time. I had ordered a special Birthday Cake and Banner for in our room, she also received a special Apex (Dundee) Duck for my 9 year old niece and she loved it the staff are very helpful and polite and made her feel very special. Poppy at reception was exceptional with her customer service to me and my niece and sister she made our stay very special indeed. Room service is great and food is hot and fresh on delivery. The hotel is very centrally located and close to the city centre of Dundee. Wild Shore on the quayside is great fun with kids would highly recommend giving it a try.

The white screens in the room need replaced as they were torn a bit but apart from that it was great

Hotel inside was great. room was lovely and very clean and spacious. Staff friendly. Restaurant dinner was great food and really great staff. We had been told dont stay in Dundee, however we chose to and it was such a nice hotel.

I asked the reception guy where was closest super market to buy some food for my baby. He pointed me to Tesco and said was a 20min walk. I got to my room - looked out the window, and there was a big beautiful M&S right outside my window. a very short walk few minutes. I have no clue why he would not have said that?? It is also such a lovely M&S.

This is a super-comfy hotel with good facilities. The pool and sauna were very welcome at the end of the day and were all included in the price. It's well-located for the station and city centre. I'd stay here again.

They sent a blizzard of messages, probably 10 altogether, about the facilities and self-check in. Completely OTT. Worryingly, the payment information was contradictory, and suggested my Booking.com reservation (pay on arrival) could be cancelled unless I paid in advance with a non-existent link they didn't send me. I simply wanted to book a hotel and get on with my trip - this felt a bit like agreeing to a date with someone horribly needy who thinks they're a catch.

140 a night including breakfast. apart from the gluten free one not sure how beans have gluten in them the breakfast was fab although small portions.Room great as always city view is really car park and road but beds are wonderful as is shower . My only bugbear is the chairs in the bar watch and not fall off a pouffee or the other very low slung chairs service slow but the bloom cocktail although tiny is fab not sure gin should be in a martini glass . Staff are fantastic in reception, bar and dining all lovely x

The hotel was super.The staff were professional and welcoming .The spa and gym facilities were well kept, modern and spotless. The room I had was very comfortable with a lovel quay view and a bathroom with a separte shower. Bath products were of a high standard. Daily housekeeping also included a change of bed linen during my stay. The car park has plenty of space and althougth the hotel seemed very busy at times this did not deter from the lovely ambiance , cheeryness and care of the staff . Check in was fast and organised. The location is near to tourist attractions and there is an shopping outlet with M and S , Next etc nearby. Roads and directions are easy to follow and the city was very easy to navigate. The restaurant was super with a lovely selection for breakfast and dinner options and at very reasonable costs which didn't comprimise the quality of food , which was refereshing . The mimi mincemeat pies served with coffee - anytime of the day - were a lovely Christmas treat ! Definetely will be back . Not a hotel to pass by . Many thanks for a lovely , relaxing stay

The hotel was in an excellent location, convenient for the town centre and Discovery Point and for public transport. Our room was spacious with a good outlook over City Quay. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and having access to the swimming pool whenever we wanted was a bonus. The large bed was very comfortable and there was no noise at all at night to disturb is. We appreciated having a window we could open at night as we like a bedroom to have good ventilation.

Approaching the hotel, we actually walked past it the first time as the sign with the name of the hotel is very small and easy to miss.

Great location for the V&A, big car park, food in the restaurant was EXCELLENT (dinner and breakfast), staff were very friendly - every single one of them. David checked us in and gave us a warm welcome allowing us to park our motorbikes in a secure spot. Rooms were swish and bathrooms had a lovely bath and a shower. Spa is compact but decent and free to guests.

Sheets had an odd smell Car park cost extra No air con Heating controller glowed all night Needed to buy a pair of swim shorts in the spa and they had very limited sizes

I got a great room with a view but it was very hot they managed to turn it down its not a complaint but reminds me of the heat abroad and was contemplating in going but too hot. The manager brought me a robe and slippers for the Spa. Got some beautiful photos of the sunset, fabulous and comfortable bed and room, great shower it also had the bath, nice toiletries. Went down for the steam room sauna and Spa pool just what l needed. Had dinner it was delicious went up had a hot chocolate whilst watching tv. Love it here highly recommend. Plus friendly staff beautiful surroundings. Excellent value just left it as the room only to have a longer sleep.
