I loved that I was on the top floor, it was so quiet. I attended a party night and you would never have known that in the room. It was blissfully quiet. I live in a rural location,even when we've stayed in 5 star establishments, I struggle to sleep with corridor doors and often noise levels from other guests. I had a delightful sleep and stay. I loved that out traditional breakfast was cooked to order and not buffet style service. I never feel the food is as hot served that way. You had no corridor doors on the top floor left to bang that I noticed . The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly and I found all of the staff very helpful and conscientious. Congratulations on your team of employees. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying again in the future. I have also recommended your hotel to my friends and family. The hotel was super.The staff were professional and welcoming .The spa and gym facilities were well kept, modern and spotless. The room I had was very comfortable with a lovel quay view and a bathroom with a separte shower. Bath products were of a high standard. Daily housekeeping also included a change of bed linen during my stay. The car park has plenty of space and althougth the hotel seemed very busy at times this did not deter from the lovely ambiance , cheeryness and care of the staff . Check in was fast and organised. The location is near to tourist attractions and there is an shopping outlet with M and S , Next etc nearby. Roads and directions are easy to follow and the city was very easy to navigate. The restaurant was super with a lovely selection for breakfast and dinner options and at very reasonable costs which didn't comprimise the quality of food , which was refereshing . The mimi mincemeat pies served with coffee - anytime of the day - were a lovely Christmas treat ! Definetely will be back . Not a hotel to pass by . Many thanks for a lovely , relaxing stay

The hotel was in an excellent location, convenient for the town centre and Discovery Point and for public transport. Our room was spacious with a good outlook over City Quay. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and having access to the swimming pool whenever we wanted was a bonus. The large bed was very comfortable and there was no noise at all at night to disturb is. We appreciated having a window we could open at night as we like a bedroom to have good ventilation.

Approaching the hotel, we actually walked past it the first time as the sign with the name of the hotel is very small and easy to miss.

I got a great room with a view but it was very hot they managed to turn it down its not a complaint but reminds me of the heat abroad and was contemplating in going but too hot. The manager brought me a robe and slippers for the Spa. Got some beautiful photos of the sunset, fabulous and comfortable bed and room, great shower it also had the bath, nice toiletries. Went down for the steam room sauna and Spa pool just what l needed. Had dinner it was delicious went up had a hot chocolate whilst watching tv. Love it here highly recommend. Plus friendly staff beautiful surroundings. Excellent value just left it as the room only to have a longer sleep.

Great location, fantastic room with beautiful view over the quayside.well equipped toiletries with bathrobes and slippers a lovely extra touch. Coffee machine and extra hot drinks and biscuits were a lovely touch on arrival. The bed was massive and super comfy which provided a glorious sleep. We were also impressed with the variety on offer at breakfast which was delicious. We booked a late check out which we will do again in the future. The hotel was also kind enough to let us leave our car in the car park after checkout which allowed us time to explore . Overall a fantastic stay and we will be back.

Able to switch dates for free after pool maintenance on original dates. Got my room requests I asked for. Great Quay view room with discount price in last 5 days. Great bathroom, with bath & shower. Indian takeaway & Dominoes across the street. Chinese as well. Great location for HMS Unicorn & V & A Museum, both a ten minute walk. Also HMS Discovery & Shackleton's Cross Museum is beside V & A Museum. Dundee Tapestry panels are well worth a look there.

Price for breakfast was ridiculous. £74 for a couple for 2 mornings. Got exactly the same breakfast at Wetherspoons 10 mins walk away for £6 per person / day. Tea, toast, orange juice, full fry up , eggs Benedict, fruits & yoghurt. If Wetherspoons can do that, why can't you. We normally breakfast at our hotel, but not for £74 !!!!! Our 2 breakfasts over 2 mornings cost us £24. Saved £50 for a 10 min walk in direction we were going anyway . Hotel could have had that business but priced themselves right out of the market. At the check in they spotted we had not ordered a breakfast, so said they had a " deal on " now, only £25 for 2, so that still would be £50. It's tea & toast & bacon & eggs for Gawd's sake !! ..... not sirloin steak !

The location of the hotel is right on the docks with fantastic views or back of hotel over the city there a great restaurant within the hotel but another 2 within 4 mins walk 8.to 10 mins your into the heart of the city . There's also pool jacuzzi steam and sauna free to use if staying also a fantastic choice of massages to choose from a very experienced staff . Overall this is our favourite hotel when going back home to Dundee and visiting family rooms well equipped and comfortable walking showers and bath fridge tea and coffee making facilities . Don't take my word book stay you won't be disappointed 💯

Location was great for visiting the Caird Hall where we went to a talk about Shackleton, then next day walked to Discovery Point, the V&A nd Verdant Works - all well worth a visit. The room was spacious and had everything we needed plus a great view over the quay. Breakfast was really good. My husband enjoyed the full scottish breakfast which was all freshly cooked and I loved the porridge with berries, nuts and honey. We had a light meal in the bar one evening which was just right for what we needed, and we were happy sitting in the bar area just people watching and relaxing. Staff were all friendly and helpful and we would certainly come back here again.

it was very central to nightlife and shopping ! the rooms were very comfortable and the bed was enormous it's the best sleep i've had in months x The spa was outstanding myself and husband had treatments! i am unsure if the girls name who seen my husband but isobel who carried mine out was amazing and so lovely xx

we were in the 5th floor it was super warm. We had a fan in room and kept windows open but the heat in the hall was a lot. Also the housekeeping could have been better one day they never gave one of us clean towels. there was a stain on the duvet cover likely from coffee but they never changed it and they only put one packet of biscuits for 2 people. Small things it hasn't put me off going back though.

The spa was lovely, with dim lights, and all equipment was working. Nice atmosphere with other guests chatting and relaxing. Our room was perfect and a nice wide bed. The view of the city from the 5th floor was very special, with colourful lights and the buzz of Saturday night, but not noisy. The cocktails in the bar were second to none, especially the Limoncello Martini. The food was good, and the service was spot on! We got a great BF price for the room and 20% off dinner. I will be recommending you to everyone I know. Our stay couldn't have gone any better. Thank you so much. 😊
