We liked the whole look of the cottage ; room looking on to garden also ; room good decor really pleasant , lots of nice extras in room , parking was excellent for a B&B . Host was very good , hopefully will visit again in the future

Liked the idea of pre - ordering breakfast but would have liked to be able to select an amount ie I would have ordered two sausages and two eggs as it was a perfectly cooked breakfast ; highly recommended

Wow ! What a stunning property,decor was absolutely perfect,the house was spotless and very well decorated and very cosy and warm. Bed was so comfy also. Breakfast was so tasty (I actually had 2 breakfasts) and hot,the owners are super friendly and very nice people who took the time to help us with recommendations of where to eat in the evening,they took their time to chat to us as well. This property only had 3 rooms which is perfect in my eyes as it was very quiet and we slept very very very well. Can’t fault anything about our stay and so happy we found this little gem of a bed and breakfast.

Communication with the owners was excellent. The room was lovely and clean and had everything you needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. We opted for breakfast after our initial booking, and the owners were happy to oblige. The breakfast was lovely and well worth booking. Our booking in time was later than the agreed time, but again, the owners were happy to oblige and were very friendly when we checked in. The cottage was beautiful, and they also offered secure off-site parking. It was a great place to stay, affordable, and close to amenities. We would definitely recommend and are likely to book again when in the area.

There is nothing that I can say that we didn't like.

We were greeted by the owner, he was very agreeable and made us feel very welcome. The room was spotless, and very modern in its furnishings. My only gripe ( which is an observation really) it would be really nice to have had black out curtains. The breakfast (which is an extra cost) was well worth the money, and owners could not have tried harder to fulfill any requests.

Nothing was too much trouble both Helen and Paul were happy to help in any way.. I have never stayed in such a clean, well kept b&b, everything was thought of. 10/10 would definitely stay again and totally recommend. (Only teeny quibble would be a full length mirror lol)

Breakfast was freshly cooked sausage was lovely as I don’t normally eat them , fresh chopped berries and Greek yogurt , and lovely fresh coffee. Breakfast room was lovely and clean and bright and quiet.

Nothing at all so hard to write two or three sentences. We stayed at the Hythe Imperial Hotel the next day for a wedding we would’ve much rather stayed at Rose cottage again if we could have it was a much better and comfortable stay.

Full English Breakfast (pre-book) was excellent. Location very close to town centre (2 minute walk) however Dymchurch was not what we expected. Room was very comfortable and Helen was a very good host.

A mirror near the power socket would have been nice for hair drying. Limited restaurants in Dymchurch however you are required not to eat or drink alcohol in your room.

Booked for my parents to stay in the village whilst visiting, they thoroughly enjoyed their stay at Willow Cottage, finding it very comfortable, clean and quiet. They had everything they needed whilst being a stones throw from all the wonderful amenities and beach Dymchurch has to offer.

Just purely on a personal preference we would have preferred firmer mattresses. and the gate style doors do little for sound proofing, but are stylish.

Very friendly, professional, polite and welcoming owners. The property was very comfortable, taststfully decorated, very clean and well maintained. We stayed one night before our onward journy to France via the Euro tunnel which was about 20 mins drive away. Good parking Great breakfast and good value for money. I would definatly recommend and stay again.
