Clean, comfortable, friendly, helpful. Lovely little hotel, always clean & tidy. Rooms are very comfortable, the bed was fine for me too. The decor is nice & cosy. It's right in the centre of town too so perfect location. The bar itself was I very lively place, it was karaoke night & very busy but once in the room I couldn't hear a thing so best of both worlds really. The only thing I could say is its a shame they don't do food although plenty of takeaways for deliverys & restaurants to eat out in the area so it's not a massive deal.The staff are lovely, they go out their way to help you so all in all a 10/10 little place & would definitely use again

Friendly staff, great location, lovely pub downstairs

Very hot in the room and karaoke on downstairs till very late meaning I couldn’t have the window open, still loud even with it shut. Expected when staying above a busy pub but didn’t help my sleep.

Pet friendly. Nice big room, bathroom and separate area with table n chairs. Had the use of a microwave, fridge and cutlery. Lovely staff 😁

Nothing that affected our holiday. Had renovations being done. Would stay here again

I am just grateful I had somewhere to stay inspite being accommodation above a pub. And I know noise and music comes with the territory. I am grateful and glad that I am able to lock myself in my room that what made me feel safe. Room have windows to let in fresh air. Very good.

As it was the first time staying in a BnB, I domt really know what I was expecting, but the rooms were very nice. Changing our rooms to one further away from the karaoke night was a nice gesture and it was highly appreciated.

There wasn't much that I didn't like, we weren't there all the time but when we were there wasn't anything bad to comment on.

Everything about it , thanks to all the staff at horse jockey gainsborough and all.people there who made.me feel.so.welcome and respected.my space and needs to stim. Perfick.

Nothing really - the place needs some general TLC / maintenance inc decor etc but wouldn’t hold that against them for the price and in view of current economic times..it was it is and their doing a decent job.

Nice Quiet Pub in central Gainsborough. Clean well sorted rooms. Staff very nice , large car park next door free after 6pm. Will stay again
