Very large modern spacious rooms with an excellent shower. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Having a swimming pool and hot tub was an excellent facility which drew me to picking the hotel and was a lovely temperature.
Although I didn't mind paying additionally to use the swimming pool and hot tub I did feel this should have been a one off payment instead of each time you wanted to use the facility. Ideally this could have been free and included within the room price.

Lovely welcome, helpful at the desk. Room and breakfast great. Nice to have the pool as an option.
Later options for something to eat please, even something simple in the bar. Just missed the restaurant, and hadn't eaten so was advised only room service available. Even though not that late. So a very expensive ham & cheese toastie took an hour to come to my room... couldn't believe it. And that was after phoning reception to ask where it was as well. so that let down my experience overall. The lifts were a bit random and unreliable, which added some stress getting downstairs to leave for a wedding

Breakfast was varied and they kept it well stocked, The coffee was nice, and the haggis on the buffet was really delicious. The room was incredibly comfortable, I loved that it was completely pitch black and had no light pollution. The shower had nice pressure and warmed up very quickly. The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room.
Some of the food on the breakfast buffet was a bit bland. The pastries weren't very tasty, the eggs weren't well seasoned, and the fruit was a bit sad looking. The health club was clean and well maintained but i felt the gym equipment was too basic and there need to be more plates for weightlifting. There isnt much the hotel can do about this but the area the hotel is in felt a bit shady and i had to be aware walking about when it was dark at night.

Clean comfortable warm room Chocolate cookie when we arrived Excellent meal I had some breakfast which was good but I did not make full use of this service Convenient parking and a lift to each floor
We thought the television in the room would have more features ie netflix We did have use of the hotel internet so could get it on our laptop if needed There was a fire alarm at 2am of the 19th January where everyone was evacuated onto the street. The evacuation went speedily and without fuss and nearly everyone was outside when the fire engines arrived less than 10 minutes after the fire alarm activated One thing that did surprise us was that people were allowed to go back up the fire escapes to their rooms only to find the doors to each landing closed . I know it is only a minor point but a member of staff should have been outside to make sure the fire escapes were not used for re entering the building

Room was lovely with a comfortable bed, the temperature was absolutely perfect the whole time too. The bathroom was lovely and clean and the shower was very nice. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and had a big enough variety of hot and cold foods. The staff were all fantastic and very helpful with any questions we had. The location is super central which is great too. I'd absolutely stay here again! :)
The room was a tiny bit small but thats really stretching to look for something we didn't like, the place was just fantastic to be honest

Room was very comfortable, the bed too and a good size, the bathroom was spotless with a good bath and shower. The TV well placed opposite the bed. There was desk space too to allow work at my computer and ample wardrobe space for a short stay. The fitness suite was good, although it was difficult to swim in a busy pool. The self service breakfast was plentiful. The location was perfect for my needs, with a 5 minute walk from the bus station and close to the programme I had planned in Glasgow.
This is not a big complaint, but as a single traveller, when I left my breakfast table unattended to go to the buffet area, my table was frustratingly cleared on several occasions before I had actually finished and on one occasion my table was given to another family and I had to be re seated. I appreciate that the hotel was very busy.

The property was in the centre of Glasgow so everything was either within walking distance or a quick uber. From entering the hotel and checking in the staff were really friendly, helpful and welcoming, we thought the welcome cookies were a lovely touch! The rooms were lovely, clean and had plenty of space. Throughout the hotel there was a lovely fragranced smell which I thought was lovely! The pool was lovely, could be used as single, couple or family. There was a hot tub in the pool area too and sun loungers which was a nice little added extra! Over all as a couple we loved the hotel and would definitely be back.

The hotel was amazing, the beds are comfortable. It's spotless clean. The breakfasts are great with a huge selection to choose from. The staff are helpful & friendly and it's situated in walking distance from shops, restaurants, bars etc.
The rooms don't have a fridge. I was told that if I needed to store anything, I could bring it to reception & they would put it in their fridge. That's so inconvenient for people. I enjoyed my stay but unfortunately won't stay there again because of this. They provide irons, ironing boards & hairdryers, while being convenient I think a fridge is MUCH more important.
