I wanted it to be a special treat for my girlfriend and the staff all seem to do there best to make it happen. a massive comftable bed that could easily fit 3 was luxury for just the 2 of us .we had a view of the football pitch which wasn't planned but was a nice touch that a match was just starting as we arrived 1 nice surprise we had was we knew we had a shower but we wasn't expecting a bath i had to take my bath out through medical reasons about 15+ years ago so the chance to have a bath again was a nice touch

1 small issue we did have was it said sound proof rooms on are first night there was a birthday party below us that went on till 12am and we heard everything thing the base was echoing through to are room if we wanted to sleep we would of had no chance lucky enough it ended early but everything else was superb

The room was amazing, modern and great quality fittings. Bed was super comfortable, large smart tv, good wifi, large bathroom with Molton Brown toiletries, tea coffee making facilities with fresh milk in the fridge. Also air con was a welcome addition! The courtyard view is on the road side but it was still quite a lovely view and it’s a quiet area. The best hotel we’ve stayed at in the Blackpool area without a doubt!

Breakfast was included in the price but it’s only until 9, we missed both days. Ten is the norm and it should be at Mill Farm too. It was quite noisy in the early morning with doors shutting and on the first day housekeeping also started early. Maybe they are catering more for the business traveller during the week than people there on holiday which is a shame as hotel is fab! No food on site, there’s a sports bar, not sure if they serve food, menu online was just drinks. There’s a kfc and a Burger King nearby and a petrol station you can get food from plus a Starbucks if you miss the breakfast!

Very friendly, welcoming staff. The room was large, very modern and very clean with good facilities in the room. Big walk in shower and very nice complimentary toiletries. Large comfortable bed so got a good nights rest as it was also very quiet as not a massive hotel. Breakfast was freshly cooked, good selection and they started serving at 6:30am which was great as i had an early start. I'll definitely use the hotel again when I'm next in the area.

The only slight negative was having to use the sports bar next door for the evening meal. Not a great selection on offer although it was reasonably priced.

Suite overlooking pitch was lovely, only thing I would recommend in a suite I would expect coffee pod machine, maybe better biscuit treat, and more powerful hairdryer. But other than that it was excellent

Nothing apart from we had misread breakfast and our fault totally as had stayed two days earlier at weekend at it until 10am. The girl in restaurant was quite dismissive but the girl on reception was outstanding, she took us back in restaurant and chef did us a cooked breakfast, I think she was called Rachel. She turned our mistake in to a great experience.

Rooms are amazing (we were in room 1, other family in other rooms). Spacious, comfortable, HUGE bed, great toiletries, refreshment... Let's just say, pretty much everything you'd want from a hotel stay. I really couldn't rate the hotel much higher!

The bar shut at 11.30, but I suppose the staff have homes to go to. The revolving door needs a little attention. It's very small - especially with a small flight case, and the carpet came up and trapped the door for a bit.

We stayed in a standard room but the room was beautiful. very big, huge bed, huge bathroom and shower. A good sized fridge in the room, with water and fresh milk! A very nice touch! Nice biscuits with the tea and coffee. Luxury coffee bags. Bathrobe and slippers Iron & Ironing board. Nice view

We were at a wedding. Food was okay - not great. Ran out of some things before everyone had chance. Breakfast was okay. Sausages were lovely but the bacon, tomato and mushroom were very dry. We were a table of 10 though, so Ii think those items had been prepared earlier and unfortunately they had dried out. There was loud music Sunday morning coming from underneath our room. I found out later, it was some kind of church service. This wouldn't stop me staying again though. Would just bring earplugs next time.. Lovely hotel.

From the moment we arrived we knew it would be a good stay. We had travelled from B'ham to attend a family wedding in the area. The staff were welcoming, professional, informative. The location is clean and well maintained. Just so lovely. The Hotel sits within a little Business estate next to a small thriving Football club. So unexpected, but adds a unique aspect to the location. As well presented on the outside, the inside did not disappoint. High standards of cleanliness everywhere. The Bedrooms.... Ahhh! Exceptional. The Bed, large spacious so comfy. We slept like babies. Shower facilities Beautiful. Then to top it all off, The breakfast... Brilliant! We intend to visit again next year as it was a wonderful stay and we are now inspired to explore Lytham a few miles up the road. Thankyou all staff at Mill Farm. Tina, Julia, Anthony, Kim and Team. There was nothing not to like. Hotel at Mill Farm is wonderful.

With a description of Mill Farm, the venue is unusual as it is part of a larger complex. It had a luxurious feel. The rooms were exceptional. Small details not overlooked, down to fresh milk and bottled water in the mini fridge, slippers and robes. Breakfast was beautifully presented with quality ingredients. Wonderful stay.

The two steps in the room could present a challenge for people with mobility issues.Probably a good reason why it’s there, but only negative.

Room was very nice, good size and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Loud music was played across the pitch (not a match day) for around 20 mins Sunday am before check out time. At breakfast, I was told an Earl Grey tea bag would cost an additional £3! I have never stayed at a hotel where an extra charge is made for any different tea (it wasn't even Jeeves and Jericho). Your room charges are high, it's outrageous to charge extra for Earl Grey tea!

Amazing experience. Beautiful room, great staff and very hospitable. Shout out to Charlotte, Rachael, Sam, Emily, Tony (great chef), Alysha and Ian. Felt right at home during the stay. Highly recommend staying here, peaceful area and nice surroundings.

Breakfast service closes too early. A lunch option would be ideal for this staying there. Tony the chef had no problem however making me something for breakfast and the staff were more than accommodating also.
