Staff very friendly & professional

Didn't get our room till 5pm although reception did offer complimentary drinks to compensate whilst we waited

As we expected the Conrad lived up to our expectations. We used the executive lounge more on this visit and it did not disappoint. The reception team were very attentive as were the concierge team. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and as in previous visits were so pleased that we chose the Conrad. Also enjoyed lunch in the Blue Boar Pub - the hotels public bar.

Hair dryer provided by hotel didn’t work in the bathroom plug? Why? I had to use the hair dryer in the hall way outside bathroom which was not convenient. Also, green light from a mounted electronic device in bedroom was bright & annoying to sleep with. My husband covered it on second night which helped

The room was very well appointed and very comfortable with everything we needed. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, especially with their turn down service. The staff were all very talented, helpful and kind, especially Luvia, John, and Anna in the Hedgerow bar. The Pub offered delicious food and drinks and catered to hotel occupants. The concierge and front desk staff were all also very helpful and friendly.

We visited the Pew once. The preparation of the food was inventive and well executed, however, one of the pieces of beef in my meal was virtually inedible due to the sinew. The matter d’ and wine steward while efficient were somewhat pretentious. The wait staff was very good.

Having to pay a lot extra for certain cooked breakfast dishes Air conditioning was too strong and I couldn't see how to adjust it but management did respond promptly and helpfully after I made them aware of the issue I couldn't work out how to ensure that the clock display was illuminated

Location is great for moving around some of the historic parts of London. I was there at the weekend and it's very quiet in the area which is a bonus for me.

I had an issue with housekeeping, requested at 8am if an item could be pressed for a wedding I was going to at 1pm. As I was going out to explore, I was asked to leave the item in the laundry bag and it would be collected at 8.05 and returned within an hour. When I came back to the hotel at 1pm, the item has not been returned and then it took the team 30 mins to locate it, and it hadn't been pressed. After every thing else being pretty flawless, this was disappointing.

By far the best bed ive slept in at any hotel! Literally looked forward to coming back just to sink in their comfy bed

The elevator is close to a restaurant and the whole area continuously smelled like cooking. It wasnt pleasant waiting for the elevator especially that 1 was out of order

The room was very comfortable and accommodated our needs. The best part of the hotel, other than cleanliness and friendly staff, was the location. My spouse and I ended up walking to all our activities, and we saw many points of interest. In addition, the breakfast was a really good value. We usually don't add breakfast to our stay, but I'm glad we did. The service was great, and they offered many different choices, including great lattes. Overall, I was happy with our hotel selection.

The hotel could use a little bit of updating, but overall, it was very comfortable and great value as well.

So close to St James Tube station which was the reason we booked it, staff so very friendly, room very clean, nighttime change of towels, all very good. Breakfast was elegantly served in the dining room, staff so obliging, a little touch of humour and a few words with people in the restaurant, beautifully orchestrated.

Wasn't keen on the feather pillows, but i didnt ask if they could change them.

We were in London attending the 80th birthday of my Aunt so we did not have the opportunity to eat in the restaurant however we did have a couple of cocktails in the Hedgerow which were delicious. Overall a fabulous stay as expected! We also had the opportunity to pre-check in and choose our room as well as download a digital key to my phone which was novel and fun!

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this trip as everything went as expected and our trip went great. One not so great thing was that on exiting the lift on our floor the whole hallway smelled like damp carpets which my husband saw as a positive saying that it indicated that the carpets had been cleaned..
